Their menu is kind of hard to read, but they do have smaller hand held menus you cant check out. You order at the counter and then someone will bring it out. I ordered The Buckeye smoothie (peanut butter, chocolate, and banana). The smoothie was really good! I drank it fast. I also ordered the Urban Chicken wrap. The wrap comes with chips and salsa or a fruit cup. The chips were salty but they were a bit stale tasting. The wrap was okay. Some of the tomatoes and lettuce was soggy and wilted. It satisfied my hunger but not my favorite. I prefer the smoothies over the food.

It would have been helpful for staff to make suggestions or quickly go over menu options. But, everyone is doing their best on a stressful evening. We ended up with just scoops in a cup, but I'm excited to explore the menu more next time and try a sundae or dipped waffle cone. We tried 3 flavors total: campfire s'mores, cookie dough, and mint cookies & cream. Campfire s'mores was definitely the star of the show with large marshmallows and graham cracker chunks. The cookie dough was also good as the base tasted like cookies and the dough pieces were large. I wasn't very impressed with the mint cookies & cream, but I can't put my finger on why. I just like the flavor at other locations better. Overall prices seem pretty on par with other local premium ice cream shops. Although it seems this location is cheaper than the others around central Columbus when looking at online ordering?? Overall, looking forward to coming back to try more unique flavors and seasonal specials!

It just didn't taste great when I got to my car and I started drinking it.--The tea flavor tasted really weird. Very, very strong taste to the tea not very much coffee flavor and I have to say the two didn't mix well whatsoever I don't know why I continued to drink it, but I did and I wish I hadn't. It's midnight and my stomach is still making noises and protesting against that tea. I don't know if I got bad milk or a variety of tea that my stomach just doesn't like... But this was not the tea for me. The girls in front of me had gotten mango smoothie type of things and that looked delicious and another one had a strawberry looking thing and that also looks delicious. I think I really chose poorly... Like as poorly as one could choose--I could probably receive a metal saying world's, worst choice. It was that bad. If I had to come back (which I probably will not), I would get something with mango and maybe not a milk tea
