Today was my first trip in and I had the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake shake... try saying that 10 times fast... and it was fantastic! I also got the Raspberry Tea, with Cranberry Aloe Water and a Pomegranate Berry "Lift Off". I love tea, but when I get this tea again I will not be adding the "Lift Off". It was good, but had a powdery feel and an odd aftertaste. I went in with a co-worker that has a gluten allergy and the staff answered all her questions and provided her with alternatives to keep her shake gluten free. Just drove 20 minutes to this restaurant on a Saturday when it said it would be open till five and it's already closed at 3:50 with no postage online about it being closed, just wasted all this gas money not planning on coming back, hard to find the store when there is no sign. Being new to the area and to this business, I asked the young blonde employee a few questions. Unfortunately, she only replied with "it's on the paper" and "you have to fill out the form for your order," which were the only responses I received. Yikes. The vibes here are off. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. We had never been there before and knew nothing. She barely spoke to us, when she charged me for 3 and gave us two acted put out when I asked for the 3rd. I asked to see the ingredients because Herbalife has been known to have a lot of added ingredients and she slammed it down on the counter. Stumbled upon this place after we discovered Rita's was closed. I'm glad we did! Loved their team options (cold or hot) and the add-ins. They also have a nice variety of smoothies. Great for after a workout. Also, wonderful light, airy space where you can sit/work and play an assortment of games. Heard they are trying to bring in a yoga instructor and hold a class. Fun! Only negative is the menu is a bit hard to navigate, so have them explain it to you the first time you go in. Support local and check out this cute place! read more

A different kind of beverage/coffee place. They sell protein shakes,teas, and coffee using Herbalife products. I did not know this until speaking with the employee, but I decided to give the place a try. Since I came for a coffee that's what I ordered. I got the mocha coffee hot which has energy and protein in it. Yes, it had energy! Later I looked up the product online and it has 80 mg of caffeine! Yikes I'm glad I didn't have any heart issues. It really would've helped to get more explanation of the products as I told the employee it was my first time coming and I have never had these types of products before. I was the only customer. So it's not like they were super busy and couldn't have taken the time to do that. Also, if you're watching your calories, the coffee I ordered was 100 to 150 cal. I am appalled at the the things the bad reviewers are saying.. this IS a small business- i've followed along since the founder announced she was bringing the concept to Powell; the owners put in hard work, time and love themselves to remodel the place, and give everyone a chance to experience what they love to do. Yes they use herbalife supplements to craft their drinks, but why is that a bad thing? We as a community need to offer more grace to our fellow human beings, not every experience at any 'restaurant' will be perfect, but these ladies do their best to offer great service! every visit I've had has been wonderful, they always go out of their way to make me feel like family. This is one of my new favorite spots, I love stopping in after a workout!! Once you get a hang of the menu, it's easy to navigate and there's a huge variety of shake flavors!! The butter beer is so good, but my personal favorite is the Shamrock Shake! I love the idea of the shake and tea combo, and you can't beat the $8 price! I always opt for a couple of add ins, but it's still very affordable and I feel full for long after! Keep an eye on their Instagram for any specials and their shake and tea flavors of the month. Bonus - this place is dog friendly!! Bring your pup in and they'll get a treat while you wait for your shake. read more

If you are looking for a friendly place then I would mark this off your list. I was getting my hair done near here and needed caffeine before I went and decided to stop in. I have a favorite as I drink Herbalife everyday and she wouldn't even let me finish the word blue and she shut me down no we don't have that we do things different. She couldn't care to be friendly for more than a minute and honestly wish I would of walked out. I think she was the owner which is sad. read more

Nice clean location with a lot of shake options. With more of these places opening up in Columbus, it's coming down to selection and price for me. You can easily get what you need for $10 and under, or splurge more if you want to. I love Skittles tea and was happy to see it here. I'm not in the area often but will be back next time. read more

Definitely NOT the vibe. For starters it's an herbalife front. The drinks tasted absolutely awful, super bitter crystal light. Everything's chalky. The shake made me feel bloated and left the weirdest taste in my mouth. And 18$ for 2 shakes that are literally just protein powder is insane. Will not be returning, I would steer clear. read more

Literally as good as it gets for smoothies. The menu is amazing, I mean I can't even count the amount of options available. I got the peanut butter oreo and it was the best tasting protein smoothie I've ever had. The customer service ALONE deserves 5 stars. This is not a coffee shop as indicated on Yelp. Vibe is a "healthy" shake and specialty tea shop. You can get an a average tasting cup of coffee at Vibe, but there are no lattes or espressos. As far as the concept, I found the ordering process confusing and inefficient. If I am not going to order by speaking with a server, give me an app, not a community pen and a card with checkboxes. Maybe the shakes and teas are good? I can't say. Those are not my beverages of choice. read more

One of the worst experiences I've had in Downtown Powell!!!!!! No one was in there, and it still took about 30 minutes for both of our drinks to come out. They tasted awful! Very confusing menu. They make everyone fill out full personal contact information, cash or credit, and order on a sheet of paper. They state that no one will be contacted. It is not written anywhere that they are NutriLife. When I asked what the papers were used for after finding out that it was a business that is essentially NutriLife, I was told that it was to give the company an accounting of what was actually being consumed. I asked for my paper back and I instantly got a glare and nasty attitude. I went back outside and proceeded to hear an entire negative conversation being had about me. There is no visibility that this is attached to a network marketing/direct sales company.
