I've been trying different bakeries in my area and decided to stop at sweet tooth after running some errands. Neither my daughter or I had been there before, but the pictures in their website looked pretty appealing. The shop is small and has a limited selection of items. There are no pastries but they have cookies, cupcakes, bars, and other small treats. Oh and they do custom cakes! Anyways we wound up getting some cake bombs, a cake bar, a cupcake and coffee. I have travelled by Sweet Tooth Cottage many times and finally had the time to stop. They have a variety of desserts. Their sugar cookie cutouts are adorable. If it would be possible to give more stars I would. This is a fabulous bakery with lots of tasty treats, not that we have tried them all, yet. The customer service is definitely worth noting, particularly in this day and age. We purchased some of their custom sugar cookies for our vet after our dog passed. They could not have been more helpful, going so far as asking for a picture to help when decorating. The cookies tasted great as has everything we have tried. Great customer service and friendly staff. This was my first time ordering from Sweet Tooth Cottage. I've been told that their cookie cakes are better than the ones in the mall and of course way better than what the grocery store has to offer. Super cute cake and my son loved it! It was soft and the icing was delicious. Our only minor complaint was that the cookie cake was a little too dense for our liking. Owners husband the manager is Very rude. I asked about a rewards program for returning customers. He advised me that I obviously know nothing about small businesses or I wouldn't be asking that. As I tried to explain that I spend lots of money with his wife's business, and they should consider with the pricing. He then said he's not having this conversation anymore, and hung up. Sweet Tooth Cottage is a nice and sweet addition to the Powell area! Although the nicely decorated interior, and rented strip mall storefront doesn't necessarily mean they are a new contender in the realm of Northern Columbus sweets. In fact, I was informed by the owner that Sweet Tooth had been operating in her home for a while doing special orders, and decorated sugar cut outs for parties and other occasions. Experience shows here. The cookies are decorated perfectly! They're EXCELLENT for celebrations, or the office potluck. They have some skilled ladies (maybe gents) working here. I smell a second coming Cheryl's Cookies here, folks. The sugar cookie cut outs take the cake! Sweet tooth also focuses wholly on cookies. No other gimics, or unfocused travesties here. Cupcakers look elsewhere. (At least for now) Sweet Tooth also offers other types of sweet treats like salty caramel cookies (one of my faves), Chocolate no bakes, banana chocolate chip cookies, and just your regular chocolate chip cookie. Although they were good, but the last time I was in the chocolate chips were running a bit on the soggy side from too much butter on the bottom. Not going to ding them for that, though, because the other selections were great. It's a shame they're kinda tucked on the unseen side of the strip mall off of Sawmill PKWY, because they may not get as much foot traffic as they deserve. I am comfortable enough in my own brand of masculinity that I can say that this place makes cupcakes that are DIVINE you guys. Also, and this is the salient feature of this place, they have a drive-through so you can bring all three of your kids in the car to come get some cupcakes because the days are looooooooooooong AMIRITE and sometimes daddy needs some refined sugar and butter to go with his existential ennui. Anyway they're not cheap @ $28 for a dozen but I didn't care. They sell other things too probably. read more

WONDERFUL bakery!!! This bakery was great to work with. The owner created 2 special carrot cakes for the luncheon after my mom's Celebration of Life service. Carrot cake was my mom's absolute favorite. First of all, they were so very delicious... many guests commented on this. Secondly, the owner was happy to apply the sugar butterflies to the cakes for me, so I didn't mess them up. Finally, she waived the delivery fee for me, which was very kind... The owner is also incredibly generous-I won both cookies and a gift certificate last year at our elementary school's art auction. We went in today and got THE BEST chocolate chip cookies (and I'm picky!), plus a fresh, soft, delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and an equally delicious snickerdoodle. I have never been to sweet tooth cottage and Im going to give you my perspective from a drive thru (which is what I experienced). I took a trip to go get some sweets with a kid in the backseat and saw sweet tooth cottage along the way! I pulled up on the side of the building and saw they had a drive thru. I was elated as , I didn't want to get out of the car with a sleepy 16 month old. I asked what they had and they are known for their buttercream frosted cookies so and their cookies in general. So I got a chocolate-chocolate chip cookie and a vanilla cupcake with buttercream . They were so delicious and the man at the window was so kind in answering all my ridiculous questions about what all they have in the store since, I couldnt see from the car I definitely think it's such a great sweet satisfier !! Not sure where to start other than to say this place is amazing. Started out of Sue's kitchen nearly 7 years ago and finally morphing into Columbus' finest location for sweet treats. Sweet Tooth Cottage is a trip worth making. Each succulent "butter cookie" is not only flavored with imagination but the custom cut outs and icing design take these cookies far over the top. I have used STC not only for private small events but also large corporate events and gifts and have always received incredible feedback. Sue, Steven and Jamie along with the entire staff make this place not only a must stop in Powell but are the perfect trifecta to bring these cookies to life. In addition to Butter Cookies they also have a number of other sweet tooth favorites such as Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodles (OMG!!!), Peanut Butter, Sallty Caramel, Lemon butter and many many more. Small little bake shop in the back of the shopping plaza. The man at the counter was pushy and rude. A little bit of customer service can go a long way. We decided on a lemon cookie and a snickerdoodle cookie as well as a smore bar. While all were okay, there was no originality behind any of the offerings. Not very memorable at all. read more

Honestly I'd rather get premade desserts from Kroger than from here. I've been here twice now, got a cookie the first time and a cupcake the second. Both times the dessert was very dry and didn't have that much taste.
