I stopped into this lovely little bakery this morning looking for coffee and breakfast. Sadly, no coffee, but they did have a bunch of hot, delicious cinnamon rolls ready to roll. Looking at the menu board and around the display, there was a wide variety of primarily cupcakes and the like and all sorts of flavors. It would be nice to see a little more variety, but I can't fault someone for selling what they sell. Plus, that cinnamon roll was SOOOO good. I brought it into the office and had everyone drooling. Oops! The place was cozy and quaint on the inside. Dark but welcoming. The worker was also very friendly and helped guide me to another place to find some coffee (which didn't end up working out, but I appreciated the effort). This is definitely a place I would visit again for a quick treat in the future, though maybe not necessarily the best for a breakfast-on-the-go (as much as I would love a cupcake every morning!). read more

Cute little local bakery owned by a really nice couple They seem to have a knack of finding really nice helpful people to work. Their shop They also seem to specialize in cupcakes and their cupcakes are excellent. They always have a lot of variety. You cannot go wrong with whatever you choose. Just go with your gut and you'll be happy. They also have cookies or cookies are excellent as well they serve coffee. I'm sure they serve other things, but I've only had those three things. I often will go out of my way to come here as I live in New Albany. This is a little bit of a trek. But it's worth it. I highly recommend anything from this place. You just can't go wrong. read more

The absolute most delicious cinnamon rolls you have ever tasted!! Get there early because 1) they are hot out of the oven and 2) they sell out. The icing is creamy and not overly sweet. So went in a week or so ago to order cupcakes for my daughter's Birthday and got the regulars chocolate supreme, vanilla, and red velvet. The six teenagers who devoured them could not make up their minds on which was best. Each of them took a picture of the Sticker and I'm pretty sure they will be visiting very soon. Stumbled across this place as we were walking around and I do not regret coming in. We were greeted by the man behind the counter. He gave us a little run down of what they had available and was super friendly. They have a daily menu that changes and everything is made fresh. On Fridays/Saturdays they make cinnamon rolls but unfortunately they were sold out already when we stopped by. I had the coconut crème cupcake. Since it took it to go, he packaged it in a box. It was one of the best cupcakes I've ever had. It was so moist and flavorful and the whipped cream frosting wasn't overly sweet. They also have pupcakes for your dog. My dog devoured it in a second so they must be good?! This place was cute and cozy and will definitely have to come back for more sweets! read more

Let me start with: I could smell the cinnamon rolls down the street where I parked my car!! Followed the delicious scent right to HSB! Stopped by around 10am on a Saturday to grab three cinnamon rolls to go, and they had plenty more coming fresh out of the oven still! I was surprised how busy they were that early. Don't under estimate their ability to sell out! Get there early if you want some. They regularly have 12 flavors of cupcakes daily. Plus the cinnamon rolls, and this weekend they had specialty macarons for Mother's Day! First time here today. I walked over because I needed a coffee and I thought a cupcake couldn't hurt. Such a nicely decorated space and the man behind the counter was super gracious. I got a wedding cake cupcake to go, and he stuck a spork in the box. The cupcakes are nicely wrapped in paper and beautifully displayed in the case. The coffee is self-serve; I brought my own travel cup and filled it. They have syrups and flavored creamers (I'm all about flavoring my coffee). My wedding cake was fantastic and I would get it again. The box can be used again. A lovely place and I shall return. read more

My mother in law gave us some cinnamon rolls from here last night and these are no joke! They were by far the best I have ever had. Doughy on the inside, with just the right amount of cinnamon and frosting! And for those who personally are not fans of Creme cheese icing(me) you will love these. After walking by a million times I was finally able to stop in. The location is super convenient and the inside is beautifully done. There were so many delicious cupcake options to choose from, it was very difficult to decide but we choose chocolate Peppermint, cookies and milk, red velvet, Snickerdoodle, black and white and peanut butter cup. Prices are reasonable, $2.50 per cupcake. They have coffee and a few drinks. Cinnamon rolls are available on Saturdays. The cinnamon roll had a wonderful vanilla flavor and we're perfectly crispy and carmalized yet soft. The cupcakes are so moist and fluffy and the strawberry was very fresh. I don't love cupcakes with this much frosting, but the chocolate cake base was AMAZING, and even though I couldn't eat all the cookie dough frosting, it tasted delicious. Plus the cupcake came with a bonus mini chocolate chip cookie! I finally found my cupcake home!!! Omg these are amazing. They are not dry, cold, or old. They are baked fresh for the day. I had the peanut butter, funfetti, and cookie dough. Quaint little cozy cupcake place catering to the Hilliard community with their decor. Most places have their chairs up on tables to give you the hint that it's takeout only but not this place. It's like they want you to come in and relax as you eat a cupcake. Cupcakes are good but not life changing. Some of the cupcakes have fancy names like Milky Way which makes you think it's made with pieces of Milky Way candy bars but it's not, it's just a chocolate cupcake with light colored icing and a chocolate squiggly line decoration on top. Funfetti is just a yellow cake cupcake with sprinkle icing on top. Most of the personality of the cupcakes are within the icing on top and then once you get to the cupcake it's just a cupcake and not stuffed with anything like "Small Cakes a cup cakery." This is not to say Hilliard Stations cupcakes are bad, they definitely aren't. They're just simple straight forward solid cupcakes. Some of their more adventurous cupcakes are the Boston cream pie, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Peanut Butter Cup. They're equitably priced as well...6 for $15 aren't bad. Went there with some friends after eating at star liner. Very nice, cozy modern decor with what i will call the most delish cupcakes i have had in a long time. I got 6, and let me tell you, i wanted more. After i put the carrot cups in the fridge (you will thank me later once you try it this way. )They were awesome! Very charming shop with a cozy atmosphere and friendly, thoughtful owners. Their cupcake cake base is delicious, however, the frosting is way too sweet, and that's coming from a sweet tooth. I was overwhelmed with the first bite and ended up eating just the cake. Maybe the owners might experiment with more of a European buttercream, which is much lighter on the sugar. We were surprised to find this gem on our morning walk around the old Hilliard. We were so excited to check out all kinds of cupcakes and cinnamon rolls Saturday morning. We had some coffee to go with the sweet treats, and it was perfect. Atmosphere-wise, it was bright and cheerful. The décor was modern and almost minimalistic, and there was also history to this place by their displays, including an antique piano with photographs. I would love to chat about the past about this place some other time with the owners when they are less busy. I was very excited to see a bakery in Old Hilliard. The space was cute. I bought 2 cup cakes, carrot & vanilla. The cake was fine on both but the icing was not good. I was expecting cream cheese icing on the carrot one. On both cup cakes the icing was the same, heavy & not a lot of taste. All & all they were only as good as you would would get at Krogers. Which is a real shame. I hope they can improve on it and make a success of this business. read more
