WONDERFUL experience with this location! I work closer to the dublin location but have had several issues with attempting drop in pickups and orders. No gluten free tinis without preorder and also declined an 8' order over the phone for a gluten free but you don't carry GF without pre order sooooo ... you literally are declining my service. I last minute was googling other locations before they close so I could place an order for the next mornings pickup. I was really not anticipating any issues with placing an order so this was very frustrating. I called Westerville as the next closest location to me and a VERY friendly and bubbly associate answered the phone, was very confident and knowledgeable and assured me it would be no problem to have my request ready for the next morning! *phew* ! ! ! I asked about ten million questions b/c at this point I was just worried I might run into more unexpected road blocks, can I order on the app, if I order right now will it be ready in time tomorrow, can I still get my point on the app, I can't see the GF on the app, ect ect ect. Answers were quick, knowledgeable and friendly and yes yes we can do that no problem yes! :) *PHEW*! again!!! I ordered on the app for pickup next morning at 11am, so that was awesome that I could order last minute before closing and they could have it ready so quickly! I actually ended up stopping in at 10am after morning errands didn't take as long as I thought they might. I was worried it wouldn't be ready yet but yet again the friendly associate assured me it's ready she just needs two seconds to decorate it. After taking a look through the new seasonal flavors in the case she popped right back out and it was as beautiful as ever! The associates were SO nice! Gave me the insider tip that if I place orders direct there isn't any additional service fees like there is on the app, and I can still get my points by scanning the receipt! WOOOT! Awesome! They also assured me that I will never have any issues with their store, so I will most likely be retrouting my Bundt orders to this location permanently. *** A++++++++++ for this location!!! I got a free mini bundt cake for my birthday and it was so good!!! This is my first time coming here. The service and ambiance were amazing! I will be coming back! I love this place...the frosting is so creamy and light. I have to try more flavors, and yes, I will! I received a Bogo coupon code online from a friend so I thought I would try Nothing Bundt Cake for the first time. It was ok but definitely not worth the cost. I got red velvet buntlet which tasted stale and not a lot of red velvet flavor. The icing was good but it felt like there wasn't enough. SO happy that they have moved right up the street from Uptown Westerville! We have frequented the Hamilton Rd location for a few years and love that we now have one closer to home. We met Meredith at the Hamilton Rd store a couple weeks ago and she told us she'd be at the new location on April 15th. Stale. I was so disappointed. Ordered a dozen Bundtinis for Christmas. First, I stood there while the young male cashier looked in the back for my order while the other cashier helped four customers. I suggested he just look at my receipt and get me a new box but he wouldn't do that. Then he finally, after going back 3x, brought me something from the back. God help you with this place if your phone's glitchy b/c they're so draconian about their policies, they forget that you're a paying customer. I had tried to call this store to let them know I would be there according to their current "curbside only" policy, but my phone wouldn't ring through to them (my guess is that this is a combination of my carrier and their provider, so this probably isn't 100% their fault). So when I went up to the door to try to communicate with them, a woman came from behind the counter to point at their "call ahead" sign and to yell "you have to call," but DIDN'T BOTHER to stick around by the door for one more second so that she could hear that I _couldn't_ get through to them. Fine.. run back to my car, get my phone.. try again.. can't get through. Finally, someone came out to load a car, and on her way back, I tried to tell this person that I had an order to pick up. She just side-eyed me and went into the store without even acknowledging me in any way. FINALLY, when another customer came up, I was able to voice my concerns to a gentleman who gave me my order. If that's the way this place is going to be, I've instructed everyone that we're suspending this vendor for a year and will find someone to buy cakes from (won't be tough) that can at least give us a modicum of customer service during these times--other businesses seem to be able to do it. Within a year I'm sure we'll have no problems finding people who make better cakes at better prices WITH decent customer service. read more

BUT, when you place an order 2 days ahead of time and have a designated pick up time and then show up and see a massive crowd out front and have to wait for 3 HOURS, it kind of takes some of the deliciousness out of it. I am a reasonable guy, if you can't fulfill the order just tell me up front. Don't take my money and then hi jack my Saturday and give me a "sorry" with my order a few hours later.
