First off, I'm not their target audience. Not a huge cookie person, and not a, well, huge cookie person- I like smaller ones. And these are just okay, not amazing. Overly sweet. Lots of interesting ideas, especially the specials, but not particularly flavorful. Not my thing. Kid K sure is their target, but even she was a bit disappointed in the choices available. She went with an oatmeal raisin cookie, and one for Sweetie. Cool. How to order? At the counter kiosk. But I'm old school, and walking in to a tiny place and having the staff completely ignore you is not fun. No hi, no glance, no "can I help," nothing. Okay, figured out we need to use the kiosk. Which doesn't work well. Touchscreen is, well, touchy, and doesn't always notice the touch. Then, it wouldn't let us order two of the same cookie. Asked for help, staff walked us through entering one, going back out to the menu, ordering another. Why? But once they realized we needed help, both staff were friendly and helpful. It's just that we seemed to be intruding on their actual work. Prices are reasonable. Place is popular, so the problem must be me. read more

All Crumbl locations are the same. Small counter area with computer screens to take your order. Stark white walls with subtle light pink accents. Rotating cookie menu with the usual cookies like chocolate chip, but also fun unique flavors like the Oreo cookie that I got on my last visit. They are pretty constant across the board in terms of quality, and these cookies are really big. I tend to cut them into fours and nibble on them until they are gone. This new location has been better than other ones I've visited... mainly because the customer service was welcoming. While I try to stick to local cookie shops, sometimes when that craving hits you gotta feed it. Glad they're in the neighborhood. I have no doubt they'll do well. read more

Always delicious and super easy to order online. You can choose 1, 6 or 12 cookies. We tried one of each of the flavors. The chocolate covered strawberry was our favorite so delicious. Also love that each week there is a special cookie to try. read more

We were pretty excited to see the coming soon signs for a Crumbl Cookies here, and even more excited when we found that they had opened at our most recent visit to the Lennox! Of course, we had to stop in. It has the nice sleek look with an open kitchen where you can see all of the delicious treats coming out of the oven that seems to be a hallmark of Crumbl. To the right when you enter are some self service kiosks where you can place an order. Another customer did ask us for assistance in using them, which we were glad to give, but hopefully the staff can help with orders when needed. We ordered brookies, which came out quickly, served up nice and warm. They call your name and show your cookies to you before closing them up in the signature pink boxes. The brookies were quite good and would be one we would get again! There is plentiful parking in the shopping center lot. read more
