I think it's crazy that each crumbl pricing is different! This is over $2 more for a 4 pack than at other locations. The cookies are good but not that good! When I asked the associate about it she was nice and said every store gets to choose their price which blows my mind! Cookies are still good but may have to stop going because not really affordable

No matter when I come this is hands down the best crumbl cookies shop with the kindest workers!!!

Order before you go. A little pricey but good. Service is ok the ambiance is perfect. You can order there in their system also. The cookies are good but overpriced.

I love trying out the weekly lineup at Crumbl. This was my 4th order and 6th box from Crumbl and the 4th location I ordered from. I had preordered my cookies for Monday pickup on Sunday night. I ordered 3 boxes. A pack 6-pack box with one of each of 9/19-9/24 week's line up: pink cadillac, chocolate chip, strawberry milk, dark dream, cake batter, and peanut butter munch. The other two boxes were 4-packs. When I got to the store I checked in and was number 2 in line. I was very very disappointed as the first thing told to me was that the strawberry milk was not available! Why was I not notified earlier than before getting to the store? Also, why is one of the newest flavors not available at 12pm on the very first day it's offered? It was very frustrating as strawberry milk was the cookie I was looking forward to most! I was offered to switch it out for mooncake, which was a flavor from the past week. I ended up doing that for all the boxes. The pickup process took extremely long! At first, I was only given my 6-pack box and not the other two 4-packs. I waited another 5-10min for those boxes. I am not sure why it took so long when I had ordered for 12-12:30pm pickup and I actually went around 1:30pm. I also do not like how the boxes remain a bit open. It leaves room to open or get dust inside. There should be a tape or sticker shutting the cookie boxes. I also do not understand the prices of the boxes. Why am I paying more per cookie when I order more of them? The prices of the cookies have already skyrocketed, so I do not get this sales gimmick. The 4-pack costs $14.63 so $3.66/cookie; however, the 6-pack costs $22.50, which makes it $3.75/cookie. Usually businesses do the more you buy, the less per item cost. This must be because Crumbl sells 6-pack boxes the most. Anyway, I did not appreciate the practice. After this experience, I don't see myself going in any time soon.

Lucky charms cookie

I'd been hearing about this franchise for months! I watched a few reviews some time ago about the cookies, so I knew they would be huge! When I came on a Saturday night just after 9, they were slammed! It had just opened a few days before. The line was long but it still went fairly fast. Only 6 options on the menu, but they rotate every week. Price point wasn't bad. $4 each. I thought they'd be more expensive. I got a Lucky charms cookie while my friend got the sea salt toffee. You could smell that it was freshly baked and it was still warm! It's a Heavy cookie though! Maybe worth about 2-3 regular-sized cookies...which means these cookies are high caloric. If you check online, most cookies are around 500 calories plus or minus a few. WOW! Can't really eat this stuff too much. I ate a quarter of my cookie then brought it to my fam to help me eat it. All I could think about while eating it was how soft and buttery and sugary it was. It didn't really sit well in my stomach since I don't eat stuff like that anymore. Presentation was okay. I'm sure the lucky charms one is seasonal for March. I scraped the icing off. The space itself is small though. It's mostly just a counter where you order. Most of the space is used for baking. You can watch all the workers mixing the flour and putting everything in the oven. Staff was nice! The girl at the counter didn't look overwhelmed despite the long line. She smiled and was really friendly! They packaged me and my friend's cookies separately. I had to take a point off for that. Seems a bit wasteful to package stuff that way, as it wouldn't have mattered to us to put it in one box. Overall, it's not bad. We didn't wait long from the time we ordered til the time we got our cookies. Maybe 5 minutes? You can order online to skip the line. You can also order on a self service screen by the menu. Lots of people were ordering a dozen cookies. They had run out of chocolate chip when I got here, so make sure to check what they have available if you're wanting a specific flavor!

It was my first time going to this location and I was excited to see what cookies they had. I was excited because it seems like it's a popular place to be! It was a busy day, but it seemed like staff was cranking out cookies by the second and did a great job at filling orders and getting people in and out. There's plenty of parking in the plaza but the store is not huge, but there's usually enough standing room for an average day. The store is cute, simple, and clean and features a wall with their logo. They have a few flavors that rotate each week and I've gotten to try their chocolate chip, honeycomb, berries and cream, and cheesecake. I enjoyed them all and the cookies are large! I like the softness but sturdiness of the cookie, it's a bit on the denser side as well. They're very good warm and usually it's super quick from order to out the door. Also, the more cookies you buy, the cheaper the pack is. One cookie is $4, but a bigger pack is a bit cheaper. I would recommend getting various flavors to try and then cutting the cookies to share. This is a great place for dessert, a snack, a family outting, a treat! I can't wait to try more flavors! They also have an app that you can earn points and eventually earn cookies. You can also order from the app and do curb pickup if needed.

I think the issue is with the chocolate they use for the mocha but it had such an odd flavor that I couldn't bring myself to finish it. The croissant was fine and not memorable and I won't say too much on the macaron because I think I just realized I'm not really a macaron person so I can't fairly judge them there. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer. When you walk in you pull a number and wait for it to be called. Almost felt like I had walked into the DMV. lol We peeked at the display counters while we waited and tried to have our orders ready when it was our turn to expedite the wait for those after us. There were a few shelves that displayed various cookies, breads and things you could grab and go. The place was clean and the process was orderly. They seemed to keep things in the front stocked. We probably waited about 15 minutes. I pulled number 90 and the were calling the last of the 60's. We ordered several items to try including the packzis with three different fillings since we went at the right time of year for these. We grabbed a cheese, strawberry and lemon. We also chose a cheese danish, maple cream stick, apple fritter, cherry turnover and a donut stick. Once we told them what we wanted the girl helping us went to the back and started filling our box. A few moments later she returned, we paid and headed out the door with our sweets. My husband didn't want to wait so we opened up the box once we got to the car and each took one bite from each of our selections. We didn't find anything wrong with our choices. The one thing I was thrown off by is how they make their apple fritters. I almost missed ordering one bc they look nothing like the apple fritters I'm used to eating. It was just ok in my book. Not something I would get again. The donut stick on the other hand is something I wouldn't miss next time. In fact I'd be getting more than one. It was probably my favorite item of all we selected. The cream stick dough was soft. The cream wasn't too sweet. The only thing I would have changed was to have the maple icing be a bit more maple flavored. The turnover was nice and crispy flakey but the filling was just ok. Maybe a different flavor next time if I would get one. How can you go wrong with a cheese danish? Warm this slightly and you're hitting a home run. This was a nice stop and we learned the difference between what we liked and loved. We know just what to get next time. I will say they have a great social media presence and do a phenomenal job interacting with their customers and community.

We enjoy their products and welcome Resch's to Gahanna. We are highly confident Resch's would be even more successful if they took two actions: 1. Open for business at least by 7:00 a.m. 2. Offer the option of traditional no-filling Chocolate and Vanilla frosted Long John donuts. -- market data supports this and shows .... Based on: * Sampling of 100+ independent bakery hours across U.S. cities * Regional bakery association listings * Yelp/Google Business hour patterns * Known bakery business models A realistic, data‑grounded estimate is: Only about 10-15% of neighborhood bakeries open at 8:00 a.m. or later. Further market data shows... Bakeries that offer only filled Long Johns are extremely uncommon. Why unfilled Long Johns almost always remain on the menu * They serve the "less sweet" customer segment. * They pair well with coffee (important for morning sales). * They are cheaper to produce and have fewer failure points. * They are the "default bar donut" in many regions. Even bakeries that push filled varieties keep unfilled bars because they sell steadily and require no additional labor. --- Bottom-line conclusion Bakeries that offer only filled Long Johns are very rare -- probably under 5% of all bakeries. The overwhelming majority offer both, with filled varieties outnumbering unfilled but not replacing them.
