    Boneless Wings

Yummmm!!! And fresh! I ordered Bang Bang shrimp wrap with Sweet Potato "fries" and Gluten Free Chicken Wings with teriyaki sauce. When you hear Bang Bang Shrimp you think of that yum yum sauce but this wrap is made with sweet chili sauce and shrimp was not fried. Very fresh! My co-worker got Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it looked really good. She loved it too. With a side this was only $8.79. I saw someone posting a pic of boneless wings and looked good so I ordered one with Teriyaki Sauce. It was around $6. Yum! Super crunchy!! I wonder if they bake the sweet potato "fries" and "wings" or airfry them? Love the textures of the food and I'm happy they are low calories. I would love that if they add Micronutrients on the menu :-)

THANK YOU! It is generally hard for the calorie conscious to find tasty, nutritionally balanced, to go, food. Clean Eatz is fixing that gap. I stopped into Clean Eatz after picking up fast food for my youngest who really only likes chicken nuggets. I got a chopped salad and bought six meals for take home. My daughter had the meatloaf and loaded potatoes for lunch and I had had salad. Both were incredibly tasty. 395 calories: 25 grams of protein and 8 grams of carbs never tasted so good. Whatever ythey did with the chickpeas, they should keep doing!

Just to jump straight to it, Noah and the gang are true class acts. I had your typical credit card money not depositing correctly issue with my order of the hearty turkey burger with sweet potato waffles fries. Didn't have enough for the smoothie cause account so I left and when money deposited I came back to pay for the shake. They still said don't worry about it, but I couldn't let it go, ( must be pride! ). Haha and everything was amazing and the Mocha protein smoothy will top off your workout. Inside was so clean it made me feel healthy.

First time eating here, my boyfriend suggested stopping in since he had been here several times in the last couple weeks and loved it. I have to say I really enjoyed it myself! I'm gluten intolerant for health reasons and there were several options for me to choose from. I was also in the mood for something quick but healthy, this place delivered. I dined in and ordered from the cafe and got the buffalo wrap which was delicious and a good size. I've never had sweet potato waffle fries, they were nice and crispy. I love a good sweet potato fry but hate when they're soggy, so these were fun. I'm considering purchasing from the meal plan section for my work lunches to make life easier. They had plenty of options to choose from all pre-made, ready to choose from immediately, and were all nicely packaged and displayed for you to pick from yourself in the dining area. They provide baskets here if you don't have enough arms to carry them all. The service was friendly & the dining area was pristine. My only complaint is it was a bit slow, luckily I'm a patient person and not the end of the world for me. Overall we both enjoyed this spot and I will definitely be back again!

I love the concept. From all appearances I was concerned about a "health halo" where the food claims to be healthier than it is. The staff was awesome. (Possibly because the owner appeared to be stomping around until he hopped in his truck and left). I was the only customer in their spacious Sawmill location at the time. I sampled the dirty peanut smoothie with boneless wings. The smoothie was a challenge. There was a strong protein powder feel to it. The wings were certainly not a value, but the cucumber slices and sauces were great. The main role of this location appears to be pushing meal plans and prepackaged entries. I counted at least four full refrigerators of them on one side of the store.

This is my #1 healthy food location!! I've been here twice already since they've opened and I'll be back much more. From wraps to bowls to smoothies to snacks, this is your one stop shop for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I ordered the Meatz bowl and was so happy with how filling it was. The dish is pretty large, so I was nervous it would be shallow and not have enough food, but I was SO wrong. It was super filling! The broccoli had a delicious roasted flavor and it was awesome to have the trio of beef, shrimp, and chicken all in a single bowl. I really enjoyed that I had a list of seasonings (as well as sauces) to choose from to add to my meal. It was a fantastic bowl. My boyfriend built his own bowl and ordered a tropical bombshell smoothie - all of which he thought was great. What I love most about this establishment is that you can order your own meal plan. It's such an easy online method too! If you want to grab a variety of meals for the week instead, you can get a basket and walk to their large section of frozen prepared foods. There's a ridiculous amount of choices. It's impossible to not find something you'll like! This is a great way to get meal prepping ideas too. Whether you're trying to eat healthy or just want to pop a quick meal in the microwave, you have to try this place out!

The cocktails (like the maple old fashioned) were on point, and the dessert hit the spot. It's just a chill, fun place to hang out, and the staff has been awesome every time.

I was a bit hesitant going in because it's been years since the last Yelp review -- that lack of recent buzz (good or bad) felt concerning. On a Saturday night, it wasn't overly busy, so we didn't have trouble getting a table (they don't take reservations but do accept call-aheads). I ordered the burger and onion rings, and both were genuinely delicious -- I was very happy with my food. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't as smooth for my friends. One has a severe seafood allergy, and she was shocked to learn that all fried items (fries, onion rings, etc.) are cooked in the same oil as the seafood. It made her nervous to order much else from the menu, and we almost walked out when we found out. A separate fryer or dedicated oil for non-seafood items seems like a basic accommodation these days. Two other friends are recovering alcoholics and were disappointed that the only "non-alcoholic" beer option still contained a slight amount of alcohol. Their only other choice was a sugary mocktail, which isn't great for diabetics either. In 2026, it's surprising that a restaurant/bar still struggles with these common dietary and lifestyle needs. The food we did eat was solid, but the evening felt dampened by the lack of basic accommodations. There are plenty of other places that handle allergies and non-drinkers much better. I would have scored them much higher if they could have accommodated this basics.

While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.
