I came specifically to try the viral fruit-shaped desserts, and I'm so glad I did! They are almost too pretty to eat and look incredibly realistic. I tried one after lunch and the combination of the crisp outer shell and rich, creamy center was definitely an experience. Delicious, VERY rich, and apparently my stomach and I have differing opinions about how much of a good thing is appropriate. The shop itself is also really cool. It's bright, clean, and has such a fun modern design--the red wave feature running across the ceiling and wall is awesome. There's plenty of seating, and the whole place has a really unique look. The dessert case had several different fruit designs and other sweets, and honestly, half the fun was just looking at them and trying to decide which one to get. Definitely worth stopping in at least once to try the viral desserts. My advice: eat lunch first, choose ONE, and do not let its adorable little fruit disguise convince you that you're making a responsible nutritional decision. read more

Food: The acai bowl was okay. It hit the spot, but definitely overpriced for what you get (it was minimal acai, and the bowl was pretty small). Service: The ladies working the night shift were very kind and competent. They even gave me a sample of a new flavor that came in to try. Vibe: Very hole-in-the-wall, and the bright lights are a little loud for a rather danky place. The bathroom doubles as their main supply closet (which is okay, that's not that uncommon), but the toilet seat in the male restroom literally had the seat completely unfastened. Not knowing this, when I went to lift it up, it literally fell on the floor because nothing was holding it in place. Kind of very unsanitary and not a great look. Parking: Big shared plaza lot. Should have zero issues finding a spot. read more

Pros: -Cute interior (retro) -Variety of desserts & drinks -Latest trends usually available -Portion size of ice cream/waffle -Taste & appearance of food Cons: -Crepe machine not working -Menu is a booklet & hard to understand a bit & not all offerings listed (i.e., Dubai chocolate items) -Bathroom area needs to be cleaned & maintained (not to standard) -Music choice was awful (not sure why families with the little kids did not complain, but explicit language music was cranked up the entire time and we heard every word you can think of) -Bit pricey overall read more

This place was the equivilant of the saying, highway robbery. I tried the mousse fruits. I should have been leary that they didn't have a price and were not in the menu. I ordered two fruits with a drink. The total was $39!!!! The mousse was $15 a piece! Not worth it! They are small and then I tried it and they were not that great. They did taste like the fruit but the mousse itself was nothing spectacular. Definitely not worth those prices! The drink I ordered was good. The flavors blended nicely. The menu was extensive and a bit over kill. They have alot of choices of drinks, ice cream, and other desserts like crepes and pancakes. There are other drink and crepe places popping up that are a lot better than juice time and do not have outrageous prices. read more

Amazing service! The team was so kind and patient with us as we decided what to order. The interior of this café is so fun! The decor is very bright and cheery and the entire space is very clean. I went with my family, and we got an assortment of juices and shakes all of which were very delicious! My favorites were the 'just for me' which I got, and it was super refreshing! Also, there was a kiwi mint lemon drink that was so fresh and delicious! We picked up a couple of the viral Dubai chocolate bars, and the hype around these things is completely justified! This café makes a great version. The milk chocolate is super creamy and there's a very generous portion of pistachio crème and kataifi inside. We also picked up the happiness, Macintosh box to take back to share with the rest of our family, and this was a really fun way to have a dessert with the group! You get a large box filled with many fresh mini pancakes and cut strawberries and an assortment of dipping sauces: pistachio, milk chocolate, Nutella, lotus butter, Oreo, cream, and kinder cream read more

Finally got to try Juice time! As a lover of all things Dubai Chocolate, I was wanting to go here for a while. The Dubai chocolate bars are pretty much perfect, the exact ratio of chocolate to filling that I prefer. I also really loved the mini pancakes- they came out super warm! Really decadent and a surprise hit. My sister got the snickers milkshake which she really enjoyed. We also ordered the Dubai ice cream - the presentation was fantastic, and I loved the pistachio and chocolate with the crunch from the kunafeh, but the ice cream itself wasn't the best in my opinion. The ice cream was basically just a vessel for the toppings, and wasn't super creamy, as I was hoping. The service was excellent and everyone was super friendly! It wasn't busy when we went, so we had our pick of where to sit. The music was neat, they were playing middle eastern/arabic music and it was totally a vibe. Overall, I loved how unique this shop is and if I find my way in Hilliard again, I'd definitely come back for the pancakes... and to try the crepes next time! read more

We visited today and were unfortunately pretty disappointed. The interior could be super cute. The place was empty (only 3 tables with customers) and filthy. Every menu was dirty, the tables were dirty, the floors. Customer service was nonexistent- frankly the man working the counter was rude and seemed like it was a bother to wait on us. Was told they were out of most of the items we wanted to order. I paid in cash and they even had no change lol The 2 items we were able to get actually tasted very good. Even though they were good we probably wouldn't return just because it's a 35 min drive for us and the overall experience just was not it. read more

Passed through Columbus and decided to try this dessert spot based on an IG recommendation. Was very pleased with the items we got! I tried the Dubai milkshake and was pleasantly surprised with a strawberry covered in the Dubai chocolate at the bottom. If you don't like a gritty mouth feel this one isn't for you but I liked it. My husband got a milkshake with chocolate cereal in it! He really enjoyed it. My son got an Açaí bowl and he thought the only thing missing was Nutella but otherwise loved it. I liked the decor - a wavy red ceiling. Plenty of seating which was great cause this spot was busy. Great service as well. Really nothing to complain about. A really great dessert spot! read more

Interesting juice and drink shop. Has a lot of Dubai chocolate themed items. You can tell they just opened as they are still painting renovating some of the trim / walls. Quick juice shop if you're looking for a quick pick me up! Very yummy! I got the Dubai star berry chocolate drink. read more

Store is not the cleanest. I had to wipe my seat and table off to sit down. Menus are dirty and old. Product isn't that bad but over priced for size and quality. Kid behind the counter won't let you pay more to upgrade items but will do it if you provide a 5-star Google rating. He made the business seem sketchy. Second time being disappointed by the customer service. Not retuning. read more

What a huge letdown. The place was absolutely disgusting, and the presentation of the Dubai chocolate strawberries was less than appealing. But you do get some points because it did taste good. However, I ate it in my car because there was no way I was going to eat it in that filthy place. Definitely won't be back. I should've known to drive to Worthington instead of coming to Hilliard. read more

Stopped by Juice Time in Hilliard and let me tell you it did not disappoint! This place is such a fun little gem. The inside is whimsical, bright, and inviting, definitely gives off cute dessert café vibes. The workers weren't the friendliest ever, but they weren't rude either, just kinda neutral. No biggie. I ended up getting a large Dubai chocolate bar ($18), the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup ($15), and a drink called the Iban Battoah (~$13). It took a little while to get everything, but I assume it's because they were slicing strawberries fresh and putting the cup together and honestly it was worth the wait. The strawberry cup was huge, super generous with the chocolate and pistachios, they definitely don't skimp! It was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Now that Iban Battoah drink? A smoothie with mango, kiwi, and strawberry, soft serve on top, and kiwi slices all around the cup, yummmmm. It was refreshing , fruity, and so fun to drink. And okay... the chocolate bar was insane. Creamy, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate with kataifi inside for that crunchy texture, it was soooo good. I meant to share it but... yeah, that didn't happen. It's a little on the pricey side, but the portions are big and everything I tried tasted amazing. 10/10 would go again (and probably still not share the chocolate bar next time either). read more

Very overpriced ($15 a piece!) just for it to not be that flavorful. Would not buy again it's simply not worth it. Also The lobby is decorated very cute but as soon as you reach the cash register it looks pretty run down! read more

This dessert shop gets a lot more hype than it deserves. The presentation and social media buzz make it seem like a must-visit spot, but the desserts were pretty average. Most items looked better than they tasted, with flavors that felt overly sweet and lacking depth. The prices are also hard to justify for the quality. It's not terrible, but there are definitely better dessert places that offer more flavor and value for the money. Bathroom needs some work read more

Could be something great, but it isn't. Way too expensive and the menu was way too confusing. The desert we went in for wasn't even on menu. Was on a separate sheet of paper, although I do think the tv screen that wasn't on, was probably where those items were located. read more

I had such high hopes for this location, especially after seeing your Instagram game. But we were highly underwhelmed upon entering, and all of the tables were dirty. The floor was disgusting. The menus were faded or waterlogged and gross. You were out of the pistachio sauce for the Dubai strawberries, out of bananas for the banana milk and overall it was just a poor experience. The two stars are for the chocolate, which was good, but we won't be back. read more

The deserts to me were pretty good, my significant other really enjoys their crepes. We ordered on UberEats but did pickup and not delivery because it was the only option. Figured when we got there at the time of pick up it was not done although they gave us a complimentary ice cream for the time being which I appreciated. Good desserts/Good drinks, a bit pricey. read more

U will not miss with the biscoff milkshake 10/10 atmosphere 10/10 overall one of the top drink spots in Columbus.

Really great service and the strawberry Dubai shake is awesome. Everything is fresh go try you will not be disappointed.

They make great dessert their honest hard workers staffs so friendly so very helpful with customers their great for a community

Yummy! Really loved everything they made, and the prices were reasonable. Would definitely go back.

The tiniest two strawberries for $15.00! I had no idea how small they would be. Very expensive for what you get!

It was VERY DELICIOUS, and the staff is super nice, plus the store is decorated so nicely

I went to the grand opening with a friend. We waited an hour and a half for a freebie. It was fresh and worth the wait. Great staff, kind and hospitable. The decor is beautiful but the choice of white for the floors will be challenging keeping the clean vibes. But the vibe is inviting and creative. I do have to say, the price on these cups over all for me is a bit steep. I tried one previously elsewhere and it was $15. That seems to be the going rate for them. While they are delicious and i can understand the up charge because of how much chocolate covered strawberries go for. That for me makes these a once in a while treat. Maybe once every 3-6 months. For the size, i would find it more reasonable to be priced around $10. I didn't try the ice cream or other snacks. If they are a bit more reasonably priced i could see myself stopping in for a delicious treat. The chocolate and pistachio tastes a bit like Nutella but more clean and elevated. I enjoyed the experience and think it was wise to offer the first 500 people a chance to try it for free. I would recommend trying regardless of the price point and you decide for yourself if it is worthwhile for you. Much love to the owners! Great job. read more

Poor quality and very dirty. Make your own opinion. When you order the strawberries you will notice that they are mushy because they are old and they cover them with chocolate to hide the quality. The shirt on the workers are dirty, floors are dirty and so are doors. Not well taken care of and no pride of ownership. read more

I usually love juice time. Just left and asked for pomegranate added to a strawberry chocolate Dubai cup, he said multiple times he understood; put it on the screen costed me extra even.
