This place was the equivilant of the saying, highway robbery. I tried the mousse fruits. I should have been leary that they didn't have a price and were not in the menu. I ordered two fruits with a drink. The total was $39!!!! The mousse was $15 a piece! Not worth it! They are small and then I tried it and they were not that great. They did taste like the fruit but the mousse itself was nothing spectacular. Definitely not worth those prices! The drink I ordered was good. The flavors blended nicely. Amazing service! The team was so kind and patient with us as we decided what to order. The interior of this café is so fun! The decor is very bright and cheery and the entire space is very clean. I went with my family, and we got an assortment of juices and shakes all of which were very delicious! My favorites were the 'just for me' which I got, and it was super refreshing! Also, there was a kiwi mint lemon drink that was so fresh and delicious! We picked up a couple of the viral Dubai chocolate bars, and the hype around these things is completely justified! Finally got to try Juice time! As a lover of all things Dubai Chocolate, I was wanting to go here for a while. The Dubai chocolate bars are pretty much perfect, the exact ratio of chocolate to filling that I prefer. I also really loved the mini pancakes- they came out super warm! Really decadent and a surprise hit. My sister got the snickers milkshake which she really enjoyed. We also ordered the Dubai ice cream - the presentation was fantastic, and I loved the pistachio and chocolate with the crunch from the kunafeh, but the ice cream itself wasn't the best in my opinion. The ice cream was basically just a vessel for the toppings, and wasn't super creamy, as I was hoping. The service was excellent and everyone was super friendly! It wasn't busy when we went, so we had our pick of where to sit. The music was neat, they were playing middle eastern/arabic music and it was totally a vibe. Every menu was dirty, the tables were dirty, the floors. Customer service was nonexistent- frankly the man working the counter was rude and seemed like it was a bother to wait on us. Was told they were out of most of the items we wanted to order. I paid in cash and they even had no change lol The 2 items we were able to get actually tasted very good. Stopped by Juice Time in Hilliard and let me tell you it did not disappoint! This place is such a fun little gem. The inside is whimsical, bright, and inviting, definitely gives off cute dessert café vibes. The workers weren't the friendliest ever, but they weren't rude either, just kinda neutral. No biggie. I ended up getting a large Dubai chocolate bar ($18), the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup ($15), and a drink called the Iban Battoah (~$13). It took a little while to get everything, but I assume it's because they were slicing strawberries fresh and putting the cup together and honestly it was worth the wait. The strawberry cup was huge, super generous with the chocolate and pistachios, they definitely don't skimp! It was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Now that Iban Battoah drink? A smoothie with mango, kiwi, and strawberry, soft serve on top, and kiwi slices all around the cup, yummmmm. It was refreshing , fruity, and so fun to drink. And okay... the chocolate bar was insane. Creamy, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate with kataifi inside for that crunchy texture, it was soooo good. I meant to share it but... yeah, that didn't happen. I tried the Dubai milkshake and was pleasantly surprised with a strawberry covered in the Dubai chocolate at the bottom. If you don't like a gritty mouth feel this one isn't for you but I liked it. My husband got a milkshake with chocolate cereal in it! He really enjoyed it. My son got an Açaí bowl and he thought the only thing missing was Nutella but otherwise loved it. I had such high hopes for this location, especially after seeing your Instagram game. But we were highly underwhelmed upon entering, and all of the tables were dirty. The floor was disgusting. The menus were faded or waterlogged and gross. You were out of the pistachio sauce for the Dubai strawberries, out of bananas for the banana milk and overall it was just a poor experience. I went to the grand opening with a friend. We waited an hour and a half for a freebie. It was fresh and worth the wait. Great staff, kind and hospitable. The decor is beautiful but the choice of white for the floors will be challenging keeping the clean vibes. But the vibe is inviting and creative. I do have to say, the price on these cups over all for me is a bit steep. I tried one previously elsewhere and it was $15. That seems to be the going rate for them. While they are delicious and i can understand the up charge because of how much chocolate covered strawberries go for. That for me makes these a once in a while treat. Maybe once every 3-6 months. For the size, i would find it more reasonable to be priced around $10. I didn't try the ice cream or other snacks. If they are a bit more reasonably priced i could see myself stopping in for a delicious treat. The chocolate and pistachio tastes a bit like Nutella but more clean and elevated. I enjoyed the experience and think it was wise to offer the first 500 people a chance to try it for free. No pomegranate. They were out of the crunchy bits also. Price aside because I don't feel like price should influence a score rather my experience and true review aside I felt as if most of the reviews online are positive and maybe it was just a bad day for service. I didn't think the quality of any of the food I ordered lived remotely up to the standard in my head, I would rate the quality and taste of the food as a 2/5 and I feel like the customer service was well below standards and the staff was extremely unprofessional in their service and approach to many customers.
