The pretzel bun was also a great choice - some salt but not trying to actively dehydrate you with every bite. The Bear bottled latte was also quite good. It was a very unique flavor profile with obviously lots of banana but it took a little getting used to being mixed with the bitterness of the coffee and some of the nuttiness of the hazelnut and oat milk. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to get it again, but with the limited coffee options here, I wouldn't not get it either. Overall, a really solid place to stop. Not necessarily the best place to go if you're looking for breakfast AND coffee, but certainly a great local joint to check out!

It definitely wasn't toasted golden and again definitely not extra cream cheese. I don't feel like the order is ever that difficult but clearly they do what they want and you're just supposed to accept it. Definitely not gonna keep going here and giving them a chance after chance for them to drop the ball.

The barista provided assistance but i felt like she didnt like doing this task. I ended up just getting an Italian soda. Wouldnt call it the best Italian soda Ive had but it was okay. Tbo. I would probably travel into old Hilliard and visit the competition next time I want coffee and find myself here again. Well, tbo, thats exactly what I did after leaving. My bagel was very chewy and hard to bite, this was the first time having it that seemed almost damp and humid wet. I just found out the same company owns bruggers which I always drove to lane to get bagels but this last time found same problem not crispy little chewy. I always preferred bruggers but now taste the same. I also only eat plains and a lot of times hard to find a bagel that is well done - lots of times they are way to light and I leave. Not giving up yet will try new Gahanna Einstein if same. I will still to Giant Eagle.

Our sandwiches were so hard that we couldn't eat. Took the meat off the sandwich to eat just the meat and bacon, it wasn't fresh and bacon was hard. We tossed it all in the trash. Getting tired of wasting money on inedible food. When the employees make the sandwich or when the cashier bags the food, could they not tell it was hard a freaking rock?
