While employees were nice, I can't say they were overly inviting. When asked about the bagged coffee beans and instant coffee, the employee offered very limited knowledge of it. I was unfamiliar with the coffee type so wanted more info. I purchased instant coffee and will research on my own. Biscoff Latte - not enough espresso flavor. The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible. Interior Decor: I was impressed with the interior of this coffee shop. I thought it was bright, crisp and minimalistic. Loved the wall decor and lighting. I would not describe the space as cozy like other coffee shops but being different is good! I've never had one. I was feeling adventurous so I decided to get one. House I drove up I noticed they featured a Macha special day drink. on their drive-through menu board - a Matcha strawberry. It looked good, but it also said that it was available in different flavors. Options?!?! I love options. -mango being one of them! So, I asked the girl taking the order if a mango Matcha was any good. She says it depends if you like mango. I was getting the feeling that she does not I don't know. well, I do (a-lot) so I tried it. I don't know if it's just that I really do not enjoy Matcha or if Matcha and mango is a combo one should just avoid... So glad I did Today's visit was everything that the first visit was not today's visit had welcoming staff that were really pleasant to talk to really good croissants and they made a latte that was quite good The only thing that would've been better is if they actually had soy milk as an alternative milk source... However, they had oat milk and almond milk neither which I will drink so I used whole milk For some reason, the café seemed more balanced aesthetics wise. It seem to work better. I just enjoyed every bit of my visit. Sometimes stuff makes a gigantic difference. I think the upper cup coffee that is definitely the case. They have a good staff now.

I still decided to utilize their walk up window simply because I had a car full of dogs and I didn't want them to miss me. The window is pretty easy. It does have an awning, but it doesn't really work very well when it's raining cause it's a little narrow and width. However, the barista prioritized me standing in the rain and quickly took my order I told her I was gonna go back and wait in the car because I had a car full of dogs. When my coffee was ready, she noticed that I was getting attention to my dogs and she decided to hand-deliver my coffee to my car. It's a little things like that that make a difference to somebody's day. Whoever does a hiring at this location has a talent for picking the best people. We came here on father's day as this location is quite far from us as we live on the West side of Columbus. Still, we had driven all this way and they said we could still order online, so I did, expecting a much longer wait than usual. We ordered 6 donuts and a coffee and settled in to wait. The seating area has some basic tables and chairs and booths along the wall. The interior is very light and colorful, but I would still say this is likely more a place designed for pick up as the seating is more of an afterthought. I did appreciate that they noticed us waiting and tried to get us our order quickly - so the service is friendly when they have the help. As you can tell from the pictures people have posted, the donuts are presented quite nicely. They also were a bit bigger than I expected as I was expecting mini donuts and find these are smaller than a full sized donut, but larger than a mini-donut. Unfortunately, I feel the donuts may have been cooked in too hot of oil as they crumbled quite a bit with the outside separating from the interior. It was a bit oily and then the sweet toppings didn't quite adhere to the donut and made the flavor a bit off - so it wasn't quite there for me. I hope that this may be different experience than what others may have had given their high order volume and what I can imagine was a day they were short staffed being father's day, but I don't think I'll be making the trip out to visit this location again.
