Stopped into this burger joint while in Munising. For a place that's main focus is their burgers, this restaurant was sub-par. The restaurant offers indoor and some outdoor seating, and based upon the packed tables we were expecting these burgers to be great. This is a pick your order up at the counter style restaurant. However, service was slow having waited at least thirty minutes for our order. When it came, I was disappointed to open my box and see a slightly sad burger flopped into the it. The food tasted alright, but reminded me more of a fast food joint than a sit down family restaurant type burger. They did offer cheese curds while we were there as well; however, they were not as cheesy inside as you preferred. read more

We had just walked off the Pictured Rocks sunset cruise and we were HUNGRY. Walked into this place just before closing time and ordered burgers and fries to go. Everybody was nice and also we got to stand beside a Velociraptor while we waited for our food. It was cool though because he was already eating his burger. The only thing we hated was the no talent over produced annoying girly pop music that all sounds the same. Some Metallica would be be great! And BTW the burgers and fries were great! read more

My boyfriend & I stopped here for dinner while we were starving after our trip to Tahquamenon Falls. Unfortunately, it seemed like everyone else had the same idea - our order was up after at least ten other people in line. On one hand, I commemorate them for their success, but they really need to increase their staffing during the busy tourist season. It was an incredibly long wait for burgers, and my boyfriend's order was missing bacon - hence knocking down a couple stars. I also thought our burgers could have used more bbq sauce and their "holy wah" sauce. Aside from those points, the burgers themselves were cooked really well, moist, tender, and flavorful. My boyfriend still very happily enjoyed his burger and I thought mine was pretty alright. He also adored their fries, which were medium-thick, perfectly fried to a nice crispness, and perfectly seasoned!! Came here on a Sunday around 7 pm as it was one of the only places open. Very busy. You order at the counter and then wait for them to call your number and pick up at a window. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. We had chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. The chicken on the sandwich didn't seem to be batter fried breast meat. It seemed like processed chicken with some questionable chewy parts. Sauce on the sandwich was good. I get why this place is popular. You can sit outside in back and view the water and they have about a dozen beers in cans, most are local craft. Just not worth the price or wait. read more

Pretty good tasting burger. The only thing that kinda sucks is not knowing when your food is ready. They ring you at one counter then call out at another. This is unfortunate. My wife and I ate at EH! Burger for the third time today. The first time in 2018 was good, good enough to want to come back The second time was fall of 2019. Definitely not as good as our original vist. Fast forward to fall 2020 - hungry, and wanting a quick lunch on the way through Munising, we stopped at EH! Burger again. We both had the instinct to turn around and walk out, but didn't. Bad decision....here we go. 1- No enforced social distancing. In fact, the woman taking orders encouraged people to come up and hover around each other to see the.menu. 2. $28 for two burgers, two fries and one soft drink. Both burgers were barely over room temperature. Frozen bagged fries, almost room temperature. The food was genuinely bad. I had the aptly named Swamp Burger. Like previously stated, room temperature, bland canned tasting coney sauce and unmelted cheese. Yum, right? 3. Kitchen wore no masks, no hairnets and very dirty kitchen viewable to the public while you wait on your order. Disgusting. The pandemic is no excuse. As a business owner, If you cant take the time to do it right - dont do it. I'm sure EH! Burger will be gone the next time we are through Munising. Stopped in Friday to get some breakfast sandwiches. They were expensive and not at all worth it. The sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin that I had was ok but the egg was overcooked (and it was too small fo the money). The bacon egg and cheese croissant and the sausage egg and cheese croissant were very greasy according to my wife and daughter. Neither of them finished theirs. The potato cake and tots were also very greasy and tasted like old cooking oil - you know that taste. Very disappointing especially for $32! Overpriced poor quality food at this place - just drive by and go to the Falling Rock Cafe or even Hardee's would be better at half the price. read more

Should be called "meh? burger". Food was average and way overpriced. Burgers were overcooked, lacked proper seasoning. When we walked in no one was at the register and we had to stand around akwardly for around 5 minutes while the staff continued to mop and work on other things instead of walking over to take our order. On top of it, they have no COVID-19 precautions in place. Everyone in the dining area and the kitchen besides the person at the register was not wearing masks and they were not enforcing social distancing at all. Very good and fast! Just 2 things I would suggest: 1. Kids menu 2. Less packaging, they should ask people if they're taking it to go or dining in, if people are dining in then they don't need everything in a bag and wrapped up and packets of ketchup and mustard and salt and pepper and all of that. Tried the mushroom cheese melt and the veggie burger here. Hands down the best veggie burger I have tasted in the US so far. The special sauce they add elevates the taste to the next level. I wish I could have given this place more stars given the fun name, great ambience, and primal outdoor seating, however I just CANT, OKAY??? I got their smoked burger (I forget the actual title) and it was a good burger, can compare to higher end fast food burgers (sonic? meat heads?) but the greasy price tag on this buddy just didn't seem right! Especially when I had to pay for a side of fries separately. I get it, I get it, it's a tourist destination and one should expect inflated prices but WOOF this place isn't it. I will say, the fries are fabulous and I assume all the other tater sides are as well! So go have a pound of fries instead of wasting your hard earned coin on a burger you could have gotten better at Falling Rock or heck, the DQ down the street. read more

The Chicken Fried Whitefish Sandwich was not disappointing - in fact I would order it again! A little pricey for "fast-style" food but establishments in Munising are catering to thousands of tourists so I can't say I blame them.
