What would have made this a 4-star rating is if they allowed burger substitutions/upgrades. I really wanted the mushroom burger, but with a bison burger (upgrade), but they wouldn't do that; so that was disappointing. We also got an order of 6 wings with Parmesan garlic sauce, tossed. The wings were drenched in the sauce, and the sauce itself wasn't very good. I wouldn't recommend the Parmesan garlic sauce. The wings themselves were good and meaty. The ambiance was quiet enough to talk, busy but in-and-out for a quick service place. They have outdoor seating which is nice, and we sat outside. The staff from ordering to getting our food was friendly. The establishment was clean and seating was build mainly for 2-4 people. Mostly are booths with some table and chairs along with the added outside seating which were wooden picnic tables with umbrellas. The food was delicious. We ordered the Eh Burger which didn't come with fries, but we ordered separately. The other sandwich was the white fish sandwich, which was one of the better fish sandwiches I have had. The burger was flavorful but a bit greasy, so you might reconsider if grease is not your friend. The fish sandwich was a little unique as it was not a single fish patty but several pieces with some slightly spicy seasoning. Inside and out, Eh! Burger looks the part of an excellent high-end burger joint. My Backdraft (with bacon) burger was okay, but in a do-over I'd order something else. My wife's Eh! Chicken Sandwich was well liked. The cheese curds weren't bad, but we'd just had some spicy cheese curds elsewhere that put them to shame. The fries were thick cut and very potatoey, and would be quite good with some ranch or ketchup - but came with neither. I've been a fan of Eh Burger in the past but the food isn't what it used to be and the prices are much higher than one would expect for the U.P. We paid $45 for a whitefish sandwich, whitefish basket and two watery fountain drinks. The fish was greasy and didn't seem fresh. The fries were very good, though, and saved the day! I loved my burger, the edges had that crispy char like a smashburger but the inside was meaty and juicy. The produce on top of the burger tasted fresh and I loved the "wah sauce." (Mixure of ketchup, mustard and mayo) My buddy loved his burger too. He had the same comment about the quality of the burger. Just enough char on the outside. The slushies were good to have while we waited, it was pretty busy and the pick up window was somewhat slow moving. The slushies didn't just taste like sugar either, they were definitely alcoholic. ;) I'd definitely go to an Eh! Burger again. Eh Burger is too small to serve as many people as they do, sometimes you will be waiting for an hour or more just to get food, it's way to crowded, they also do not serve fries with the meals which is un heard of. Honestly if they could relocate to a larger building and add fries to the meals it would be way more comfortable for the workers and the community. However the building it self gives off a warm feeling, with a dino raptor and kids coloring pages it makes you fill safe and welcomed, the food is damn near perfect 90% of the time, I never complained about there food, it is very expensive thou. The people honestly are kinda overworked due to the size of the building and amount of people ordering, overall you get a wonderful view of the lake sometimes, wonderful little restaurant with great food, too small of a building. Located in the heart of downtown Munising, steps away from Lake Superior, what I love most that it's a UP originated AND veteran originated business! I think the velociraptor they have on display inside the restaurant is hilarious! And I just absolutely love the food here! They are vegan friendly because they have the impossible burger patty, which is delicious whether you are or aren't vegan, and they have an extensive menu filled with way more than just burgers as well! During my most recent visit to Eh! Burger, I ordered the whitefish basket. The 1/2 pound option is enough fish & fries to feed 2 people and the fish tasted SO fresh and the breading was BEYOND wonderful! Delicious all around! Love that there is indoor and outdoor seating, its proximity to the lake and to Pictured Rocks Cruises, making it the perfect place to stop by before and/or after your cruise, and its street parking options! It's one of a few places open here in town but that doesn't mean they're complacent. The service was a bit slow but only because we showed up during off season at lunchtime. They have a slushie bar which adds to the fun. My whitefish basket was locally sourced from Lake Superior and it was cooked to perfection, as were my tots. Greetings. When I walked into Eh!Burger the ambience was almost identical to a Arby's. Eh!Burger has windows everywhere and a nice outside patio with a view of the lake. The service was slow and rushed with a typical fast food order system. After 13 minutes my order was called and I picked it up. The food here is excellent, something to a better Culver's. I had their Backdraft Burger and it is now my favorite jalapeño burger, it was very well balanced and everything was fresh.
