A great place to sit outside and enjoy a beer and a burger. Establishment was clean and people were friendly and quick. There was a massive tour bus and about 30 people in front of our order and it came out in about 15min. Food was good. I have the up burger and it was tasty but nothing special. Meh Burger JFC... So we went Monday evening. The girl at the counter taking the orders... I'm not even sure she knew she worked there. Any questions were met with a shrug and "I don't know". I'd seen some rough reviews, but my visit didn't justify them. This is a good old fashioned burger joint. Order at the counter, wait to hear your number, get big juicy burgers. It's that simple. I had the bison, my spouse had the Eh! burger. We got some cheese curds as our side and I found nothing wrong with the food. Is it Gordon Ramsey? No. But neither is it trying to be. It's an average quick service restaurant. We got the bison burger and the white fish sandwich. Both were good. What would have made this a 4-star rating is if they allowed burger substitutions/upgrades. I really wanted the mushroom burger, but with a bison burger (upgrade), but they wouldn't do that; so that was disappointing. We also got an order of 6 wings with Parmesan garlic sauce, tossed. The wings were drenched in the sauce, and the sauce itself wasn't very good. I wouldn't recommend the Parmesan garlic sauce. The wings themselves were good and meaty. The ambiance was quiet enough to talk, busy but in-and-out for a quick service place. They have outdoor seating which is nice, and we sat outside. The place is like a fast food place such as standing in line to order, getting your cup, and sitting. That is where the similarities end. They bring the food out to you once it's done. The staff from ordering to getting our food was friendly. The establishment was clean and seating was build mainly for 2-4 people. Mostly are booths with some table and chairs along with the added outside seating which were wooden picnic tables with umbrellas. The food was delicious. We ordered the Eh Burger which didn't come with fries, but we ordered separately. The other sandwich was the white fish sandwich, which was one of the better fish sandwiches I have had. The burger was flavorful but a bit greasy, so you might reconsider if grease is not your friend. The fish sandwich was a little unique as it was not a single fish patty but several pieces with some slightly spicy seasoning. I will say that you have to try the "Eh" burger since you're in the U.P.! I would go again. read more

Inside and out, Eh! Burger looks the part of an excellent high-end burger joint. My Backdraft (with bacon) burger was okay, but in a do-over I'd order something else. My wife's Eh! Chicken Sandwich was well liked. The cheese curds weren't bad, but we'd just had some spicy cheese curds elsewhere that put them to shame. The fries were thick cut and very potatoey, and would be quite good with some ranch or ketchup - but came with neither. The service was nice and friendly, I got the whitefish it was very good but the fries were soggy, my boyfriend got the smoked bacon burger and said it was "on point", my problem is we payed $50 and all the sauces and slaw was prepackaged, also dated way to far out to safely serve, we ate on 7/7, my coleslaw was dated for 7/17 and the sauces were dated for 7/21. For reference food should only be served for 7 days after opened. For such a nice restaurant and high price I was expecting some house made food. I've been a fan of Eh Burger in the past but the food isn't what it used to be and the prices are much higher than one would expect for the U.P. We paid $45 for a whitefish sandwich, whitefish basket and two watery fountain drinks. The fish was greasy and didn't seem fresh. The fries were very good, though, and saved the day! Also, it was a beautiful evening and we had our dogs with us thinking we could enjoy a meal on the patio. Oddly, dogs are not allowed, which is off-putting. This place is basically a Burger King. The cheese curds were horrible. The double cheeseburger I ordered was about the size of a regular McDonald's burger. The fries were the only decent thing. The lady behind the counter kept coughing which was disgusting. You get what you pay for here. It's okay if you're in a rush but you would get more food at McDonald's or Burger King than you do here. Stumbled in here after doing a bout tour around the bay, didn't expect much, but this place was so good! My boyfriend and I shared a meal of wings and poutine and the wings were big! We got full off them! The poutine was good and the gravy was really peppery, which we didn't mind. I got a strawberry margarita to drink and my boyfriend got one of the local beers. I came here with my buddy before getting on to the Pictured Rocks cruise. We were both pretty hungry so burgers seemed like the right fit. Eh! Burger has a very homey vibe and the waiting area has its very own velociraptor eating a burger. We got 1 eh! burger, 1 black and bleu, a strawberry daiquiri slushie and a margarita slushie. I loved my burger, the edges had that crispy char like a smashburger but the inside was meaty and juicy. The produce on top of the burger tasted fresh and I loved the "wah sauce." (Mixure of ketchup, mustard and mayo) My buddy loved his burger too. He had the same comment about the quality of the burger. Just enough char on the outside. The slushies were good to have while we waited, it was pretty busy and the pick up window was somewhat slow moving. The slushies didn't just taste like sugar either, they were definitely alcoholic. ;) I'd definitely go to an Eh! Burger again.
