I'm not a big eater and can't eat a whole three egg omelette. When I saw the comment under make your own omelette "Made with three fresh eggs (or two upon request)," I requested the two egg omelette with mushrooms, spinach, sausage and cheese. The waitress was nice and took our order and it was delivered in a short amount of time. My wife was enjoing her crepes, but I noticed and wondered why my omelette looks so large, my suggested it was because of all the ingredients I ordered with it. Halfway through my dish I was beginning to feel full. The food was great for both my wife and I. Unfortunately, I left a third of each, my omelette and my potatoes, and half my bread. When we went to pay at the front counter I asked the manager if my bill was correct. It had the omelette priced at $16.50, which is the price of the three egg omelette. He said it was, the two egg and three egg omelette a are the same price. Had I known that I wouldn't have ordered the omelette and wasted so much food. I reduced his cost of product, why wouldnt my price be reduced? They caused me to waist an egg, Especially during an egg crisis. Sincerely yours! read more

Service is prompt and friendly hence the stars they received but the food seems to missing any modicum of flavor. The complimentary Swedish pancake tasted vaguely like butter but little else even with the berries and powdered sugar. Mom had two eggs scrambled with fruit and biscuit. I requested two poached eggs with cottage potatoes and wheat toast without butter. Order was as requested but neither of us truly enjoyed our breakfast. This place has been one of our favorites for many years. BUT to our surprise, last week we saw an extra 3% on our bill. Why on earth, all of a sudden would you now charge credit card processing fees? And you don't even notify your customers? Your prices are already on the higher end. Credit card fees are a regular cost of doing business and should be included in a business's overall pricing structure. Not sure we will be coming back if they keep doing this. read more

When paying, asked the cashier if they always do that and we're told no, we give them food to go. So when I asked why you let that homeless guy in...she couldn't answer and just smiled. My son & I stopped in here instead of McDonald's(like he wanted lol) & Absolutely loved it!! We were seated very quickly. Our waitress tended to us immediately after we sat & had coffee ready in hand. The food was Soooo Delicious!! I'm taking an ethical stance against business that treat minorities poorly and won't be spending my money here. As I walked into the building to put my name on the list I watched a white family being called for their table over a Latino family. When they went inside to find out what happened they were immediately seated. This isn't the first time I've witnessed this. After watching that unfold I had another family cut in front of me. The lunch left me less than impressed. She got the chicken melt and the meat was so tough that she physically wasn't able to cut it up. I had to step in with my steak knife and give it a go. She said it tasted fine but she felt like it had been cooked and left sitting for a long time. I had the cheeseburger. Lots of wet iceburg lettuce and what felt like a pre cooked patty. My biggest issue with this establishment is their lack of knowledge and care on wether their ingredients carry peanuts/nuts or the risk of cross contamination. I have a child with severe allergies to these items and they couldn't assure me if her waffles were safe to eat. I am hugely disappointed. You are also strictly prohibited from bringing a single cup of coffee by the entrance staff despite assuring them that I was going to buy their coffee.
