We got 2 egg sandwiches, 2 hash browns and 1 coffee. $75 Food was good but the price was outrageous! Never again.

i visited egghead in vegas, excited to try it again after my 2018 visit. i ordered the chelsea, which had a fried egg, sausage patty, american cheese, sliced tomato, fried shallots, and spicy aioli for $13. the egg was perfectly cooked, but there was too much cheese, making it feel heavy. the sausage patty could have been cooked more for a better texture. it was decent, but i think i prefer eggsult, especially since it's only $2 more. read more

I had the soho on a gluten free bun & it was delicious!!!! I didn't find any info on the gf buns before ordering but it worked out great! I'm not celiac but very sensitive to gluten, i didn't ask for any extra accommodations around it but they seemed very willing & knowledgeable!! I didn't get sick at all! read more

The newest spot for breakfast here at Aria. If you're looking for something simple without the sit down full restaurant menu, this is the place to go. Personally I always get the Chelsea sandwich, a bit spicy, but super delicious. There aren't many breakfast spots here at aria besides Starbucks and the açaí bowl (next to it). Service is average, your typical fast food joint customer service. There is this lady who was super nice (Latina) giving out the food, forgot her name. Located inside the new Proper Eats plaza on the second level inside Aria. This place is super cool, numerous restaurants to choose from. Absolutely a plus while staying at Aria ! read more

We were staying at Aria and this is one of the eateries at the upstairs food court. Perfect Vegas breakfast food! Service was fine and ambiance was casual, expect a line in the mornings. Couldn't order ahead here, so the line was the only option. The giant brick-shaped hash browns are a must-try. A little greasy, overall, but that's to be expected. Price point is in-line with Vegas norms for Aria, Bellagio, etc. Egghead is part of the Proper Eats food hall. read more

The sandwich was big as a burger made for lunch. It was way too big for breakfast but I ate it all anyway haha. The egg was so moist and super hot and runny. I was curious while biting into my sandwich how they make it this perfect and actually wanted to go back there to watch the process. The hashbrowns were also good, but I prefer to be half the thickness like at McDonald's. It wasn't bad, but it didn't knock my socks off. Definitely recommend although it's really big, I finished everything and I still didn't feel heavy or grease loaded. Ingredients tasted very healthy. read more

This spot is located in the wynn on the second story just past the starbucks. The previous day we had tried eggslut which was horrible so we were fiending for a decent egg sandwich. This spot was pretty good in comparison. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bread wasnt dry. The crispy hash brown was a block of hash browns. They were good but not great, think I prefer my hash brown flat and crispy. The sandwiches were really good i believe we got the chelsea and midtown. They needed something extra though like ketchup or some sort of tang so cut the grease and richness. I would still come here over eggslut ANY DAY. Also they are limited in their drinks. Brewed coffee or canned coffee are ur only options. The mocha canned one was pretty good actually. Id say go to starbucks instead but for $6 a can, starbucks may or may not be worth ur money. read more

Located inside the Proper Eats food hall at Aria Egghead is the only restaurant that you can't order from the kiosk. You have to wait in line at their counter. We had the Chelsea (fried egg, sausage, fried shallots, American cheese & spicy aioli) & the Greenwhich (egg whites, kale, tomato, avocado & caramelized onion). The avocado on the Greenwhich isn't sliced, it's mixed in with the kale along with a hint of lemon. Both sandwiches were tasty however both sides of the bread are toasted with butter which neither of us cared for. I'd rather not have the outside of a bun like that....makes it greasy. We also split a hash brown w/o the cheese. Perfectly crispy outside & creamy inside. Delicious. read more

Good breakfast it made me full till dinner. It was a hidden fast food right inside Aria Casino.

Egghead the go-to breakfast spot if you are staying at aria! You can never go wrong with an egg breakfast sandwich. I asked the lady at the register which one is their most popular and she said the soho so thats what i went with. Delish and definitely did not disappoint. The crispy hashbrown is also a must. Good sized portions and left feeling satisfied. Located in the aria resort food court and close enough to the pool area if you want to take your order to go. A must try! read more

I am sure I could have ordered ahead, but my indecisiveness reared its ugly head and finally placed an order at the spot. It is a very small and simple menu but narrowed it down to The Greenwich Village with sausage and a hash brown. It was quickly gobbled up at the airport and was very happy with my decision. The flavors were unique for a breakfast sandwich outside of the traditional options which was right up my alley. They do have the traditional options as well for those that just want the classics. I would do it again. read more

Look, these are the egg sandwiches you want. A day in Vegas requires all the energy you can get, and Egghead is going to give you what you need, in style. My goodness, the spicy aioli they put on really seals the deal alongside the gooey egg dripping down the wrapper as you bite in. And I was frankly surprised because I noticed two eggs on my sandwich and that wasn't even advertised or charged for. I've always needed to pay for essentially the double-egg, but not here. And I want to give an honorable mention to the cheesy hash browns, those guys made a statement and next time I have hash browns I'm going to be judging them wondering they they're not as good as the Egghead ones. I'm so glad they took out the buffet and put the food hall in. Eggslut needs to be on alert because there's a new egg king in town. read more

Great spot to get a quick and delicious breakfast while staying at/near the Aria. They have just a few egg sandos and two hashbrowns, and they do those things well. The eggs are a perfect medium on the whites and runny in the middle for that beautiful ooze. Nicely toasted brioche-like buns, just crispy enough bacon/sausage (if you get it), and melty american cheese on point. It's really the perfect breakfast, and egghead does it well. It beats waiting in line for Ivy and Salt and is quicker (assembly line!) and less expensive, though still $10-14 for an egg sandwich. The hashbrowns are good but be ready for a food bomb if considering the cheesy hashbrowns. I felt the strong urge for a nap immediately. It's not joke. You currently can't use the kiosks to order from Egghead as of mid-March 2023 though they work for the other breakfast restaurants, so get in line and quickly before the other conference folks do! read more

What an abysmal failure. One star for the concept (which copies Eggslut, of course) and for the way the food LOOKS when you walk by! It looks great... but... -- Front counter woman was super low energy, grumpy, inconsiderate, horrible. Just awful. I've uploaded a pic so hopefully management can reassign her to a job where she doesn't have the burden of dealing with people who want to eat. -- Logistics are just bad. My ticket didn't make it to the kitchen (2 feet away) from nasty woman who took our order. (And yes, I did tip in spite of her... it's for the team!). After waiting forever, the woman calling out names (asian lady, who was VERY nice and upbeat and pleasant) could see I was waiting and helped me out. -- The cheese hashbrowns were cold. I returned them. Nice lady explained to the kitchen that they were not hot. Kitchen messes it up again by just redoing my entire order (extra sandwich) and giving me two more cold hash browns. By that time, I had given up, and just took 'em. -- Hashbrowns are like glue inside. Not cooked. Outside is overcooked and super saturated like a greasy sponge, DUE to them always re-dunking them into the oil. (Maybe to warm them up, although they didn't do that before they gave 'em to me. So... worst of both worlds.) -- Egg sandwiches were EXTREMELY salty. My wife and I deconstructed them and discovered that it was the egg. SAVE SOME SALT FOR THE OCEAN. Jesus. I love salty food, btw, and this was WAY overboard. Overall, this place is neither calorie-worthy, nor does it provide any sort of economic value (even granted that we are in Vegas and everything is pricey). Bad logistic, bad service, everyone working there hates their lives and is super low energy (except that one asian lady who was calling out names), food is not made with any love, food is salty, hashbrowns are cold, food is heavy and greasy. We stay at the Aria (and other MGM properties) probably 6-8 times/year, and we certainly plan to NEVER return to Egghead. We will stick to Eggslut for an egg sandwich, or go elsewhere. read more

It wasn't my favorite. I guess if I was really hungry it'll do. The sandwich is pretty greasy and the avocado spread was probably what ruined it. The spread is avocado, kale and sunflower seeds. All of our sandwiches had big chunks of kale that we had to remove. Would be a lot better with just plain avocado slices. Service was good, relatively quick for the amount of patrons and my order was correct. Probably won't return though read more

Egghead is a breakfast only spot in the Proper Eat food hall. You need to line up and order at the register since you cannot order this one at the kiosk. We ordered the Chelsea sandwich, which comes with a fried egg, sausage patty, american cheese, fried shallots, and a spicy aioli. The crispy hash brown was amazing - this rectangular block that had a SUPER crispy outside and pecorino cheese. Loved this. Wished it could be ordered on the kiosk to avoid that line, but worth the wait. read more

Wow, super rich sandwich and so worth the 10 bucks. Service was very friendly and pleasant inside of the Proper Eats food hall. Sandwich was ready in 2 mins. Egg was super runny so be prepared for a bit of a mess. If not your thing, def order your eggs scrambled. Sausage was very savory and the bun was what made the sandwich. Soft and very buttery. My only critique, they need a much better hot sauce on offer. A watery tobacco just ain't it. read more

My family and I were fortunate to find Egghead in Aria for a nice breakfast! All the other locations required reservations and the strip was super packed during the winter holidays. Luckily, there was no wait at Egghead and it's conveniently located inside Aria at the Proper Eats food hall. There's a decent amount of seating and it's split among all the different small shops at the food hall. Surprisingly, Egghead is one of the only places where you cannot order at the kiosk and have to order at the counter. We ended up getting the midtown, Chelsea, Greenwich Village, and one cheesy hashbrown. For Las Vegas strip pricing, the sandwiches were decently priced at $13 each. I had the Chelsea which came with a fried egg, sausage, cheese, and some nice spicy aioli. The egg was cooked perfectly and the yolk was runny. My only complaint was that the breakfast sandwich buns were a bit bland. If they added some seasoning or toasted the buns, that would help elevate their breakfast sandwiches. I can't comment on how the other sandwiches tasted, but since my family gobbled up all the sandwiches, I'd say they were great options as well. Also, I saw several reviews complimenting the cheesy hashbrown, but it seems overhyped to me. The cheesy hashbrown we got was dry and overcooked. The cheese was melted well, but not worth $7. Overall, if you're traveling to Las Vegas and want a quick and clean breakfast place, then check out Egghead! read more

Egghead is good. It's really good. Is it as good as Eggslut next door? Depends. Flavor I think Eggslut has the edge, but there wasn't a wrap around line at Egghead and it was still super delicious and super filling.
