This is my favorite place to eat in Lompoc. Their food is of great quality and their service is amazing. They are very accommodating and we're kind enough to sub my hamburger buns for a lettuce wrap. They always offer to clear my table for me even though it's not required of them. Their ranch is my favorite. They make it from scratch. We tried Eddie's Grill for the first time yesterday. My expectation was somewhat high based on their online reviews. But I was very very disappointed after we left. Before we ordered, I told the shift manager that we were trying out this place for the first time. After some basic conversations, I ordered a bacon burger, a tuna wrap, and some fries with no salt. Because my lady is very sensitive to salt, I specifically asked her to make sure there is no salt on the fries, and no sauce in the tuna wrap. Everything were fine up to that point. But after a relative long wait, our food arrived. My burger look fine, my lady's tuna wrap look plain in a tortilla wrap, and the fries look normal. But when we tasted the fries, for sure they had been salted and seasoned. A waitress reassured us there were no salt, but proceeded to have the cook made some new ones anyway. Second tray of fries tasted salty and seasoned also. After we were done with our bacon burger and tuna wrap. I took the fries to the shift manager and told her that they should warn their customers who ask for no-salt that there are salt in their pre-seasoned fries. But she kept insisting there was no salt in their fries, plus the owner would know. When I asked how she could be so sure, she got very defensive, and told me not to tell her how to do her job. Obviously, one of us was wrong about the salt issue. I asked to see the packaging of their fries, to her credit, she did showed me. I was shocked when I saw what was a plain and unmarked brown bag of about 5 lbs. Absolutely no labeling of any kind to show what was in there, the ingredients, and the company that made them. And the restaurant management was indifferent, unconcerned, and defensive. To me, this one serious incident is much more likely an indicative problem of their overall operations. Customers have no ideas what they are eating, and what additives are in their foods. Fries was not the only issue, even though my bacon burger tasted OK, I felt very thirsty for about 2 hours, and had an upset stomach afterward. The unmarked packaging of fries, unconcerned and unaccountable attitude, coupled with very bad after-effect of the burger, made me questioned their food health and safety standards. Those are the very serious issues that caused them to get a very low rating. read more

Stopped at the one in Buellton not to long ago. Gave my order and they said it back to me and I said yes. I got charged and ok . I get my order and I decided to look and I'm glad I did because it wasn't all there so I tell them. Guy charged me again and I was mad telling them you .... up my order and now you want to change me again 50 bucks for 3 burgers and fries and shakes? Guy comes back and tells me that's how it is . Food wasn't all that and I'd rather go across the street to the habit and have better food and service for that cost. Never again will me or my family be going there and I recommend you don't either. Every time that I come in, I get the tuna melt, and consistently every time, it's SO delicious! The service is most of the time pretty good, but there are a couple of times that the servers have not been very friendly. Overall, it is a good place in Lompoc to grab lunch. read more

My family and I love this place! It's friendly and very accommodating to my mom's food allergies. Normally it's very difficult to find places that will successful make food clean of gluten, but Eddies does a fabulous job! She normally gets the fish tacos, as long as you don't have Chipotle mayo sauce on it, it's naturally clean! Also they have clean french fries as well! 5 stars for you Eddies! Food is good but the service is horrible. You have to wait until all of their takeout orders are done first. Could be 30 minutes to get to your food. I would have rated this place 5 stars on in-service eating. But this rating is for Take-out. The first time we called in an order and brought it home only to find that the wrong burger was packed. The second time we were told the wait would be 25 minutes. We arrived exactly 25 minutes later only to wait in line for another 20 minutes while our order sat on the counter getting cold and soggy. And after twice asking that ranch be included we found none when we got home. While the in-service burgers were fantastic the cold and gummy burgers were almost inedible. There should be a take-out line. This was totally unacceptable and I wish I had our $50 back for the six burgers that were wasted!!!! read more

My husband and I LOVE coming here. The service is always super friendly and the food is always delicious. Once we found out they served breakfast we literally went for like 4 days straight. Unfortunately they just recently stopped serving their delicious breakfast but we continue to come for lunch ect.. I usually get the Santa Barbara cobb salad and it has never dissappointed. Buellton location needs to get their act together!! They don't have a page yet so I am leaving here. We ordered 3 burgers (2 adult and one kid) got our order and there was only the kids and 1 adult. So their mistake in not listening to what we asked for and even after paying more than $30 for the original purchase was then charged for the rest. No apologies from the supposed manager! Not even an offer to comp the mistake but instead was told "that's what it is"! For a business that just opened in a small town there customer service is aweful and food not worth it. Not really as much of a sports bar as it appeared to be. We went in to eat and watch some basketball on TNT, but they didn't carry the channel - strange. Im always on the look out for something new to eat or different places to eat the usual food in. Eddies didn't disappoint. When I ride, I usually ride untill I cant anymore, whether its for food or fuel so quick service is a plus. Again, Eddies was not a disappointment. Burger was pretty big for a single and you can actually taste each ingredient. FRESH FOOD FOLKS. Fries were perfect and needed no ketchup. Odd for me since I love me some ketchup on fries. Service was great. Its one of those places you order and pay up front then they bring you your food....no big deal, but the young lady at the register was so pleasant and all smiles, I had to leave a tip just on that alone. Normally tipping on a place like this where its all self serve is something I dont do, but today I did. She smiled 25% out of me. If your driving through Lompoc and are starving, or just a tad bit hungry....STOP here and enjoy a good burger with your family friends or just by yourself. I think on my next group ride I will push to come to Eddies. I hope they are ready for a large group of hungry bikers. read more

Me and my wife love this restaurant! Atmosphere is really laid back, employees are always friendly. They have a wide variety of burgers, wraps and salads. Two of my favorites are the Santa Barbara Burger which comes with avocado and the Western Burger that comes with bbq sauce and onion rings. Their chili cheese fries are very delicious as well.
