If you want a amazing salad go to Eddies. The salad I had was the one with cashews. It had the perfect amount of vegetables,chicken,and vegetables. The dinner is huge and very filling. Personally I have tried quite a few salads around town and Eddies has everyone beat.Eddies has been open quite awhile now it's obvious they have great management. The workers are always close by the register, and always interact politely with customers. The food and service hasn't changed at all. Great service and awesome food and good employess. It wasn't too impress with this burger joint. Been here a few times and just to give it a chance but was not happy with the food at all. First time I ate there I did a take out order and they forgot to give me my drinks. My last time there was last week and my burger came out with the patty burnt which made it really dry and hard and my sweet potato fries were burnt as well. I know they are trying to save in cost but when I pay 10-13 dollars for a hamburger I expect to see a good burger and fries. Not something that is burnt. I can't believe they still served it to me. For Lompoc location. The best burgers in town hands down! Friendly staff in person. Fair prices . I think you get what you pay for. Very clean. Even the bathrooms. They say you will find the kitchen in a restaurant as clean as the bathrooms. For peak hours I do have some constructive criticism/ suggestions to keep the consumer satisfied: Have a designated person strictly for call in orders. Most people hate waiting. That's the purpose of calling ahead of time. If customers are on hold too long they will hang up. For me, I will take my business somewhere else. Online orders can frustrate customers and not the greatest option for elderly or in general for people not tach savvy. Lastly & this is true for any place of business: have the person answering the phone disconnect instead of just hanging up at the end of the call. 100% of the time it's a loud noise and because your employees hang up first the obnoxious hang up noise comes across as rude. I ordered a Western burger with french fries and my husband ordered a Loaded bacon burger, and they were both delicious. The service was good, they had baseball on TV and Johnny cash playing in the backround. I have no complaints. Pretty good spot for a burger. The burger was good size with all the condiments and really tasted good. Fry's s were just OK and not plentiful.. I would have rather paid a couple more bucks and had a nice basket of fry's like Toms. One thing I would urge them to do would be to put a menu on the wall above the register. The individual menus seem to clog up the line heading to the register. Very friendly service and all in all a nice spot for lunch. We will be back!! read more
