I needed a complete remodel done right so I could finally roll my shower wheelchair in. That was the whole point of the project. Denis gave me an honest quote up front and built the plan around my priorities: quality first, speed second, cost third. No bait-and-switch, no surprise add-ons, no pressure. He listened, explained the work, and stuck to what we agreed. The crew delivered. Alex, Artem, Tim, Yuri, and the rest of the team showed up, did clean professional work, and finished a job that actually functions for a wheelchair user--not just a nicer-looking bathroom. I couldn't be happier with the results. Oh, and they work fast! If you need a shower or bathroom done by people who tell you the truth and then do the work, I highly recommend Denis and Oakwood Remodeling Group.

Ok updating 9/5/25 we are finished with our about 8 mnth remodel from design to finish and moved in It was a big job. We are very happy we chose Solid they have been very good from start to finish. In construction there's always a hiccup or two the important thing is that you have a contract who stands behind there work and Solid does just that!Everything looks amazing and we're loving it. We would definitely recommend Solid to anyone. In fact we have already and our daughter and son in law have already used them to remodel their kitchen and it turned out beautiful!! So if you're looking for a full service contractor give Solid a call. Like my husband says if you don't get it right in the beginning it won't be right in the end. We had experienced a water leak that caused significant water damage to a few rooms. After the…read moremitigation company was done with their work, we needed a contractor that would be able to fix the damage and not cost us an arm and a leg. I looked over a few contractors on Yelp and had them come out to give us bids for the work and after evaluating the bids, we decided to go with Solid Construction and Design. They were really competitive on their pricing and being a family owned company, assured me they will take care of my house like their own. Let me start of by saying, their customer service is top tier. Scheduling an estimator to come out was simple and all it took was a phone call to their office and they showed up the same day. The estimator was empathetic to our situation and assured us the work will be complete swiftly and with minimal interference to our daily life. We had ALOT of questions and they made sure that all of our questions were answered and provided guidance and feedback on all of our requests. We agreed on a schedule and had a crew come out in a few days. They were punctual and professional. While they were working at the house, we went to the company showroom to choose flooring and other materials needed for the rebuild. The showroom is spacious, has a lot of different options for flooring, tile and cabinets. What they don't have in the showroom, they were able to show online in a catalog. Great selection for every design taste. They also have designers in house who will guide you and show you so many different options for your project. The work was complete on time and on budget. The attention to detail and guidance through this project made us feel at ease knowing they care and this is not just another project but rather they were putting pieces to the puzzle to make the house whole again. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the thoroughness and attention to detail. The project manager was always only a phone call away and checked up on the status with the crew as well as us through the whole project. If you have a construction project on your mind, do not hesitate the give Solid Construction & Design a call, you will not be disappointed.

As a mostly retired licensed general contractor myself, I know a bit about construction and the…read morechallenges of doing remodel projects. I interviewed a half dozen or so contractors prior to selecting Nico Pro Construction (NPC) to do my Dream Garage project. The usual criteria: conveyed competence, experience, estimate completeness, competitive pricing, timeline, and gut-feel, were all considered and evaluated. From the beginning, it was clear to me that NPC was a cut above the others. I especially appreciated that Nazariy, NPC's estimator, was also going to be the Project Manager. That in itself was huge to me, ensuring I wouldn't ever get the "he said, she said" game that is so often prevalent in construction projects. Throughout the project, Nazariy provided me with updated timelines keeping me "in the loop"; that was a big plus for me. And while we had our share of mostly weather related delays, I always knew where we were with the scope of work. As was the case with Nazariy, NPC's crew of workers performed their efforts with a solid sense of pride and regard for their work and my project. Sadly, that mindset is not as common place in construction as I remember it to be; NPC clearly exhibits the proprietary interest you want in your contractor. I was reminded of this with a couple of the subs who worked with us, as some of their efforts were lacking. When such incident arose however, Nazariy was always Johnny on the spot stepping up and stepping in to ensure all was righted. In the end, NPC successfully provided me with the Dream Garage I had envisioned. To anyone who is looking to find a competitive, competent, contractor, that they can truly trust, I wholeheartedly recommend Nico Pro Construction. To that end, l look forward to working with NPC again to help me realize my Dream Man Cave. Thank you, NPC!

We chose Rebuildit because we liked the salesman so much, even though the price was a little more than we wanted to pay. It took about a month for the materials to arrive, and then two days for installation. The two installers were very skilled at their work, and very neat. They corrected things that were not quite right about the previous shower installation, and made everything all neat and tidy before they started the installation. They put in a solid, waterproof wall, and everything looked watertight and sturdy. The second day, they installed the acrylic panels and mouldings, and the results were terrific. We can't believe how terrific our shower looks, and how comfortable it is for showering. It's very easy to clean, too.
