Their crew handled the demolition professionally and kept the job site organized throughout the project. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and how clean everything looked when they finished. The team was reliable, communicative, and clearly took pride in their work. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and delivered exactly what we discussed. If you're looking for a concrete contractor who can handle both demolition and new installation while keeping the project neat and professional from start to finish, I would absolutely recommend Herrada's Concrete.

He gave me the pros and the cons of my ideas and how everything should come together before even submitting his bid. His price competed favorably with the other contractors and his references all gave positive reviews. He also gave me addresses of his most recent jobs to drive by. He supplied his license information, liability insurance, bond and workers comp insurance information. Price is important of course, but there are other items I look for in selecting a contractor. Tom has an extremely low license number meaning he's been around for a long, long time-through good times and bad (since 1997). He also has long-time crew members which say a lot. His crew has an almost 100 years combined experience; two working with him since he got his license. I am a little late in my review as the job was finished in April/2023. He and his entire crew showed up on time every day until the job was finished. They all were thorough, fast as well as neat and clean. There is not much more one can ask for in a contractor.

By 0800, the gear was unloaded and the team was in full-on work mode. I do a lot of DIY jobs with crews. After a half hour, a huge worry burden was lifted off my shoulders. This has never happened to me before. I had a very large brick wall repair job. Luis and his team were a well-oiled machine. Each knew their job (all experts), and the work hummed along--busy, busy, busy. Literally no screwing around or fun time. I was unconditionally amazed and thankful. The job was completed earlier than expected, and not only were no shortcuts taken, they did more than we agreed upon. All debris was picked up and put in the trash. The area was washed down. The cleanup job was impeccable. You would have never known they were there, except for the beautiful work they left behind. Lastly, I took five bids. This company was not the cheapest, but it was far from the most expensive. I cash-tipped each worker for a job well done--impeccable. I was so impressed with Medina's Masonry that I'm having the team redo my driveway next weekend. Seriously, do not look elsewhere. For real. Use them and thank me later.
