The fish was fresh, the portions were generous, and everything was beautifully presented. (The eel was just a little dry for my personal taste, but everything else was excellent.) One thing I really loved is how extensive the menu is. They have everything from classic nigiri and sashimi to specialty rolls, bento boxes, 1 udon, and 1 ramen, so there's something for everyone. The rolls were packed with ingredients instead of mostly rice, and every bite was well-balanced and flavorful. If you're a uni lover, I highly recommend trying theirs. Been here several times with my wife most recently. If you swing by during off peak hours (after 1pm weekdays) there's basically no wait. Each time we've visited there seems to be new staff whom are always very attentive and supportive! The food comes out incredibly fast and the relaxing/calm vibes easily help retain new customers. Outside they had a cute little sign in area. With some kind of cucumber water with benches. So once you sign in and they open they can seat you right away. ( we came in the evening) so they don't open till five. Super clean everyone super sweet lots to choose from I got the crunchy salmon roll and salmon skin roll no eel sauce. By far and away my FAVORITE sushi experience I've had in a long time. The quality from Eat's sushi is next level. Sizable portions and pretty affordable for what you get. Service was kind a supportive, limited seating so make sure you put your name down and chill around the area during the dinner rush! We tried this spot on Wednesday around 5 and got seated quickly. By 6:30 the entire spot was packed. There's both sushi bar and booth seating indoors. Love their serving size of 4 pieces per roll. I love that the rolls are half sized so you can order multiple different rolls to try a variety, even in a small group because then you don't have to finish so many pieces in one roll and get full to try others. Fish has always been fresh for us and they're always sooo busy. The wait can get long and there are people waiting outside during prime time, however it goes by really fast. The sushi chefs are really working hard making all the rolls cause sometimes I'm shocked with how quickly our orders get brought to our table after ordering. Service is always nice and friendly and ambiance is dim but lively. It's located in a shared lot with multiple establishments, however it's not too bad to find parking. Really good sushi! Came here during lunch time on a weekend and was seated immediately. I love how they have physical menus with pictures to look at. We write the items we want on the piece of paper that they provide. We ordered various items such as seaweed salad, takoyaki, sashimi, rolls, etc. They gave us real wasabi for our sashimi which was nice. The sashimi was a thick cut and super delicious. I like the service here, fast, efficient, and no nonsense. There is a reason this place has a wait list that shuts down because it's filled up so early. You have extremely reasonable prices for fresh fish that is incredibly high quality and carefully plated. It's also not a very large space for how popular it is. Located in an unassuming area, I almost thought I got the directions wrong. We went fairly early so could avoid the long wait even though the wait list was closed. Every single thing I had was amazing from the uni, to the fatty tuna, sashimi, nigiri etc it all just melted in my mouth. They even had things like monk fish liver which you don't see as often. The baked green muscles were unlike any I have had at other spot, they also had other seafood in the sauce they topped it with and they were cut in half so it was easy to eat them. Perfectly cooked too. Shoshito peppers were even done in way that was addictive. If I'm ever back in town this place is a must to visit again. The service was fast and attentive, great options on the menu, and amazing quality with prices you don't see these days with how bad inflation has gotten. We were in the area craving sushi and if you search sushi on Yelp this place is usually one of the top results. Came in around 8:30pm on a Tuesday and there was no wait. The menu is huge so we ordered a mix of nigiri and rolls. Some of the items we liked were the toro, jumbo scallop, sweet shrimp, and the pepper salmon. For rolls we tried the dragon, caliente, and fire island which tasted pretty much how you'd expect. I'll be honest, the meal reminded me a lot of an all you can eat sushi spot. For the price the quality is decent, nothing particularly special, but good enough to satisfy the craving. I do like that they offer some rolls in 4 piece portions which makes it easier for small groups to share and try more items. Food came out quickly and the service was attentive. It reminds me the time when I've been to Asia and create a very positive lively environment to my memory. We didn't think the amount of food was going to be a lot for each portion, so we ended up ordering a lot only to find out that everything was packed with protein and with the highest and freshest ingredients. Everything was made fresh to order, and you can taste the quality in each bite. The kitchen staff were all working very hard and you can tell that they were trying their best to work rapidly. We have been coming to Eat's Sushi since 2022 merely because of their high Yelp and Google ratings and haven't sought out any other place since discovering them. IYKYK! Have we tried other places? Of course - and always regretted doing so lol - now it's just Eat's Sushi every time! We have figured out how to join their wait list without waiting their usual 30-60+ min wait. Even if we have to wait, we will. It's worth it every time! On this particular visit, Leo sat us down and Evelyn was our server. All of them are wonderful and these two elevated our visit yet once again! It is the main reason I wanted to post this because they deserve accolades. Leo already had our usual "hot water" order waiting for us at the table and Evelyn is always patient with us when we place several small orders because we like to keep the fish fresh. It's called "tsuika de onegaishimasu" if you care to know haha . The owner was also there that evening, and we witnessed him supporting his team quietly and gratefully by helping collect empty dishes off occupied tables to take them to the kitchen himself.
