Takeout Order Review - I was PMS craving sushi and decided to order from Eat's! Ordering online is super easy and convenient. When I picked up my food, I was greeted and welcomed in. They were so nice and communicative about the order status. I had a few minutes until my order was ready, so I took a looksie around. The inside and outside are both clean and decorated beautifully. They have cute cherry blossom trees and a nice welcoming vibe inside. Everyone working was so nice and helpful! The sushi itself was so yummy! I ordered 3 rolls that came out to about $24. It was a great price and the sushi itself was tasty. The to-go bags, utensils, and supplies were good quality and durable. EATS has it all, great food, great atmosphere, great service. I'll definitely be back!

We've been searching for a good sushi spot in OC and have finally found our new go to spot! Eat's Sushi has fresh, high quality fish, great service, a wide variety of menu options, and they're super affordable! The inside of the restaurant is also so cute with a nice ambiance. We highly recommend checking them out next time you're craving sushi! what we ordered: new style jumbo scallop crispy rice w spicy tuna new style bluefin tuna sashimi new style salmon sashimi combo sashimi B Alaskan roll salmon sushi

Good selection and easy order and pick up.

Fast, easy, inexpensive sushi joint with good food. Can't go wrong with this place. They have half rolls so we could enjoy greater variety. Flavors were on point and the fish was fresh. Sub crab and lot of other options were available for any roll we we loved.

By far and away my FAVORITE sushi experience I've had in a long time. The quality from Eat's sushi is next level. Sizable portions and pretty affordable for what you get. Service was kind a supportive, limited seating so make sure you put your name down and chill around the area during the dinner rush! Ambiance is a but dark for foodie lighting but the cute mini lamps help get that covered. I cannot rave enough about the quality of each bite. I can honestly say that it's the closest and freshest to Japan quality! Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself!

Just a casual Wednesday night and wanted some sushi. Stumble across this restaurant. CAN I SAY UNASSUMING! Eat's Sushi to be honest, sounds like a casual to-go spot. The moment you walk inside it is vibes and ambient. Lighting is great, design is on theme and just good energy. I really enjoy a sushi spot where you have the option to have half rolls or smaller rolls. The reason being you get to try more variety. We ordered -Pink lady. -Albacore delight -popcorn roll - Salmon Blue Crab - Crispy rice with Spicy tuna. All great bites. The best role of the night was the salmon blue crab. Tangy Ponzu, rich truffle oil, creamy crab, avocado, and combined with the thin slice of tuna. Yummmmm. Easily one of my favorite bites of sushi.

Really satisfied with the quality of fish and service here. I believe this restaurant has been opened for about 3 years. You can join a waitlist. We tried this spot on Wednesday around 5 and got seated quickly. By 6:30 the entire spot was packed. There's both sushi bar and booth seating indoors. Love their serving size of 4 pieces per roll. For sushi pieces you can order 1 piece instead of 2. The bluefin and uni were my favorite. The Karage was just okay. I definitely recommend all the fishes. There's options of no rice rolls to choose from as well. The server was great at providing recommendation for first timers. All food came out fast, including the cooked rolls.

Really good sushi! Came here during lunch time on a weekend and was seated immediately. I love how they have physical menus with pictures to look at. We write the items we want on the piece of paper that they provide. We ordered various items such as seaweed salad, takoyaki, sashimi, rolls, etc. They gave us real wasabi for our sashimi which was nice. The sashimi was a thick cut and super delicious. Interior is nice, love the decors. Staffs are friendly. Prices here are a bit pricey in my opinion but quality is good.

If you're looking for sushi that hits both quality and affordability, Eats Sushi is a must-try. Everything we ordered was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor--you can really tell they use high-quality fish. What I loved most is how extensive their menu is. We ordered a variety of items and there were still so many more options I wanted to try. From rolls to nigiri and hot dishes, they truly have something for everyone. Some of our favorites included the crispy tuna, ex-girlfriend roll, spider roll, caterpillar roll, baked scallop roll, and nigiri. The chicken karaage and udon were also so good and perfectly cooked. The balance between affordability and quality here is honestly hard to find. Portions are generous, presentation is on point, and everything tasted fresh to order. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to and recommending to friends.

I've been wanting to try this spot and it did not disappoint. The sushi quality is excellent, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable. One thing I really appreciated was how quickly the food came out. The rolls are also served in smaller portions (4 pieces), so we can try more from the menu without getting too full. The standout for me was the salmon collar, which I always order at sushi restaurants. The pieces were huge and perfectly cooked. Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely come back. Highly recommend if you're in the Costa Mesa area. MENU: Tako Yaki Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice Tempura Udon Bluefin Sashimi Salmon Blue Crab Salmon Collar Roly Poly Red Eye Cucumber Wrap Albacore Delight

This sushi spot is one of my favorites for rolls and few other Japanese dishes. The wait can be really long, as in, waitlist can be 0 wait one minute and the next minute you check, it has 30 people already on the waitlist! Also, you need to be within 5 mi-radius to get on the waitlist. However, once you made past all that challenges, and are seated, the goodness will come. I like the service here, fast, efficient, and no nonsense. I like how their rolls are shorter/smaller, and cheaper, so you won't get too full if you order too many rolls, though we always ended up ordering too much anyway. I also like their tempura, udon, salmon and yellow tail kama (cheek), and takoyaki. I love all their no-rice rolls, hand rolls, and anything with salmon. They are super popular for the good flavor, good rolls, and extensive menu. Their take-out/to-go bags are pretty trendy too. Highly recs!

This is my go to place for a casual delicious dining experience. Sometimes there is a wait to be seated but the wait is well worth it. Service here is always friendly, efficient, and professional. I come here enough that they remember my vbeberage of choice. Food is always fresh and very tasty. The sashimi options are generous. A must try place

We were SO pleasantly surprised when they already had our drinks on the table when we were sat down ! I guess we go very often lol

We have been coming to Eat's Sushi since 2022 merely because of their high Yelp and Google ratings and haven't sought out any other place since discovering them. IYKYK! Have we tried other places? Of course - and always regretted doing so lol - now it's just Eat's Sushi every time! I attached 3 photos from this particular visit on Friday night, 5.22.26, and wrote a short blurb for each photo to explain why Eat's is hands down, the best place and usually the place of choice we go to at least 3x a month! They are always busy and that never bothers us because everyone else knows this is the place to go for fresh fish, amazing service, and friendly staff! We have figured out how to join their wait list without waiting their usual 30-60+ min wait. Even if we have to wait, we will. It's worth it every time! On this particular visit, Leo sat us down and Evelyn was our server. All of them are wonderful and these two elevated our visit yet once again! It is the main reason I wanted to post this because they deserve accolades. Leo already had our usual "hot water" order waiting for us at the table and Evelyn is always patient with us when we place several small orders because we like to keep the fish fresh. It's called "tsuika de onegaishimasu" if you care to know haha . The owner was also there that evening, and we witnessed him supporting his team quietly and gratefully by helping collect empty dishes off occupied tables to take them to the kitchen himself. His humble leadership explains why Eat's is on point with their customer service ! Price is extremely reasonable, quality is exceptional, and for us, we love the cozy ambiance! See you next week, Eat's Sushi!

We ordered several entrées like the gumbo, steamed oysters, French bread and butter, kids chicken tenders, H0use, lobster, blackened catfish, beignets, margarita, strawberry lemonade and a Moscow mule. My wife also has a little phrase she likes to use on Friday mornings as we wrap up a busy week of work, family, home projects, and other commitments. She will inevitably turn to me, smile, and say, "Where are you taking me for dinner tonight?" Sometimes we enjoy returning to those familiar places where you can always count on a good meal, attentive service, and a comfortable setting. But this Friday, I was thinking, maybe not. How about a place with a menu that was a little unique to the Southern California community, but not necessarily international fare? That's when I came across Roux Seafood Kitchen. I always check the interior and exterior photos before trying a new restaurant because my wife notices things that I would never even think about or care about. For example, she immediately noticed the oyster shells as we walked to the door and the double glass doors as we left the restaurant. Both earned her seal of approval. The dining room and bar area were orderly, classy, and appeared clean and polished. This place was going to make the grade. I made reservations through the website's chat feature and received a prompt response, so we were set for the evening. We were greeted warmly at the door and escorted to a table with a "Reserved" sign on it. A corner booth by the window--perfect. The service was attentive throughout the evening. At least four different servers stopped by to check on us during the meal, and whenever we requested something, it arrived quickly. Every member of the staff was pleasant, engaging, and personable. As many other reviewers have noted, there are similarities to New Orleans-style cuisine. We, too, were reminded of the flavors and Cajun-inspired epicurean dining experiences we've enjoyed in the past. We topped off the evening with warm, sweet beignets covered in powdered sugar. It was a wonderful dinner and a pleasant evening, with just a little taste of Bourbon Street on Beach Boulevard.
