    cavatelli bolognese

I had the blueberry scone and the cavatelli bolognese. I think the cavatelli bolognese is only served during lunchtime at 11. I liked the cavatelli bolognese so much that I ordered a second serving to go and gave it to my sister for lunch. I also fell in love as well. Everything I had was delicious and I highly recommend this location for casual place to meet up with friends. Jack , the owner, was very personable and helpful with any questions I had. my sister and I have been dreaming about the fresh blueberry scones since we left.

Such a delightfully charming place! Great owner who is welcoming and kind. They are a bakery (with coffee soon to come!) and an Italian eatery. The turtle cookies melt on your mouth and the coffee cake is a MUST! Can't wait to go back for some lunch items!

Best fritters in town. Jack does a wonderful job. Get there early before they are all gone.

Good pastries but they can be inconsistent. Slow service. Having a dog walking in and out of the kitchen is a no go though

Jack, the owner, could not have been more genuine to us and everyone I saw and heard him interact with.

There is no reason not to come here and make this place popular. I don't think many people know about it. I have been about three times and there are maybe 2 or 3 other people inside. YOU NEED TO CHECK THEM OUT! They have regular coffee too. But they do not have a huge food list, it is mainly beignets - which are delicious and they make fun shapes out them to be festive - like stars for example. But who needs food, when you have alcohol coffee?! The staff are always kind and helpful. If you want to change anything up, they are more than happy to. And they make the presentation just beautiful as well. It is a great place for pre gaming prior to a meal or post gaming after a meal. They are connected to 4141 and it can be a little confusing trying to find the entrance. The bathrooms are clean, there is a fun two seater table that has like a pac man game or something similar, and there are some leather chairs and couches to sit on. This place is great and you know I will be back!

It's supposed to be made with chicory and ice cream blended together but just tastes like watered down coffee. Not really creamy or thick at all.

The first drink I tried was excellent--a pumpkin spice latte with coconut or oat milk, I don't remember. The spices were on point and it was nice and frothy and perfectly sweet. It was also decaf and didn't even taste like it. The second drink I got, just last week, was a decaf pistachio and it was honestly horrendous. Worst cafe coffee I've bought in many a moon--and it was over 7 dollars for a small! It was burnt... noticeably so. Maybe no one buys enough decaf to warrant a fresh pot more than once a day, but please, for the love of God, don't serve it if the carbon has reached these levels. I couldn't even drink it. I took two sips and chucked it. Hopefully they'll eventually convince me, because it's such a cute spot and so close to home, but as of now I'm still luke warm about it.

We loved everything. On an unfortunately negative note, the barista got very annoyed with me when I asked to have our coffee poured into mugs. They huffed and puffed, did not make eye contact with me, and made sure their body language told me they were annoyed. I'll still return here, but will make sure to ask for a mug ahead of time.
