Still a solid option if you're looking for something quick and cheap. The ranch at Eat'n Park is legendary! Everything else is just okay. There was nothing special about my buffalo chicken wrap, but it hit the spot. I don't love that they changed the fries to crinkle cut as I really enjoyed the previous kind (very soft in the middle). I have found the service here to be pretty good at times inconsistent. My server usually stops by to refill drinks and follows up a little after the food comes out. I haven't been to this Eat'n Park location since I was a kid and I was so disappointed. First, I came in alone and sat at the counter waiting to order. Four different servers walked by me without asking what I wanted to drink or if I wanted to order. Two even sat at the end of the counter gossiping about other coworkers and I could hear them. They didn't even acknowledge me. After 15 mins of not being served I asked the two gossiping if I could place an order they looked over at me surprised like they didn't even see me there. I would have left if I wasn't so hungry. The Buffalo chicken wrap is usually my go to but this time it was gross. The chicken tasted rubbery and cold and it was much smaller portion than I remember. I don't think this is a reflection of Eat'n Park overall. I go to the Moon location and never had this problem. It may just be the Robinson location slipping in quality. read more

Terrible. Went there for dinner on Saturday just before 5pm with my wife and kids. My 5 year old got the salad bar as his meal and my wife and I added it to our meals. My son got the last available plate and I helped him while my wife got a bowl of soup. There was no lettuce, many other vegetables empty, and barely any fruit. My son got the last 2 pieces of cantaloupe and some random other things. Keep in mind he ordered the salad bar as his meal. When I got him back to the table I went up to get a bowl of soup. No spoons. I waited at the table for a while and finally ended up using my wife's spoon once she finished. Our pretzel bites app came out burnt. Since there were still no plates or spoons on the salad bar we ate them. At this point I counted the number of customers. 53 people. There were tons of empty tables. It wasn't slammed. Again, this is 5pm which should be getting ready for "dinner time". 6-7 employees were having a great time laughing and joking around at the kitchen entrance by the pie counter. Plates finally made it to the salad bar after about 10 minutes, but there was still no lettuce or many other items so it didn't matter. They finally did bring out lettuce, but by the time we got back to the table our food arrived. That was also bad. My wife's club looked terrible and I had a kielbasa sandwich. The bun was so soggy that I couldn't eat it. Our server asked what was wrong. I told her just about everything. She offered to get a manager, but we declined and just asked for our check. She came back and said we were not getting charged which we appreciated, but we will never be back. It was appalling how bad this experience was. Service and food were both really good on my visit. Their Philly steak & egg bagel was great, and so were the breakfast potatoes that came with it. As we were walking into the front door, two employees were leaving with lit cigarettes in hand, one realized there was a line of people walking in and quickly followed in behind the crowd. When walking to our table every table in the open dining room was covered in garbage, dirty plates and cups. It was disgusting walking in and seeing that. Have you missed the salad bar or the Sunday breakfast bar? This is one of the few locations that offer it. Since the pandemic began Eat n Park had closed their famous salad bars but back in June they reopened it at select locations which you can find online. The salad bar is set up the way it has been in the past. There is a soup/chili section followed by the main bar itself with your do it yourself salad, fruit, slaws, toppings, and puddings along with small muffins. There are no disposable gloves and you serve yourself. Their Sunday breakfast brunch bar is set up the same way and is pretty popular. There is a nice array of foods ranging from fried chicken, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and more. In addition to these two things Eat n Park offers the same menu as all their chains no matter where you go. Fast friendly service. Made to order foods. Take out is available along with curbside pickup. The small section of baked goods is up front where you can purchase whole pies or their "smiley" cookies to take home along with other things. The salad bar is worth the money since it is all you can eat. Senior discounts are available for it after 2:00. Since it sits as a stand alone in a strip mall there is plenty of parking available. read more

The salad bar is always fresh, and they even have a late night breakfast buffet on Saturday nights. I will say the prices have generally gone up a lot recently. I think it's almost $10 to get the salad bar, which is way more than it used to be. I usually stick with the breakfast items because they're more reasonably priced anyways. Growing up in Pittsburgh, I can't help but have a soft spot for Eat'n Park. The smiley cookies alone are super nostalgic and remind me of all the times I came here with my family when I was a kid. I still love Eat'n Park just as much, and this location has treated me well each time I've visited it. The salad bar at Eat'n Park has always been one of my favorites. They feature a rotating selection of soups, fruit, muffins, salad, etc. It won't break the bank, either, as my boyfriend and I each got an appetizer along with the salad bar for under $30. You can't beat it! The appetizer portions were big enough to be the perfect meal with a cup of soup and a salad. We went on a Sunday, and the soup of the day is potato soup, which is my absolute favorite soup here. They also have potato soup on Wednesdays, and on the Sunday we visited they also had classic chicken noodle. My boyfriend was kind of bummed they didn't have chili because that's his favorite, but maybe next time! For our appetizers, we got the mac and cheese bites and fried zucchini. The portion of fried zucchini we got was enormous! It was more than enough for two people to share, and then some! The mac and cheese bites are a newer addition to the Eat'n Park menu, and they were also pretty good. Our waiter was quick to take our order and our food arrived right after we got our first go at the salad bar. Overall, we had a great experience here. Everything tasted awesome, especially that famous potato soup! The service was fast and friendly, and we even decided to take an apple pie home to enjoy for dessert. All right! This place was excellent! I ordered the super burger combo. Comes with a large big mac style burger that is so so tasty! I vot fries and broccoli as my sides. Both were fresh and cooked to simple perfection! The atmosphere is a large family style diner and its open late. Service was super friendly but not overbearing at all, which I appreciated. We called ahead because of our larger party of 12. We were notified at that time that they were short staffed. However, at that moment they able to accommodate our party in a timely manner. We arrived within 20 minutes and we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. No worries, we could do that. 40 minutes later we were still waiting and with no updates. I might add that a few folks were seated, but they were not busy. Four of us, in turn, spoke with the 3 hostesses about our wait. Each given the same basic answer/result. We were told that none of the waitresses wanted to take our party due to size and that we should leave. We asked for the manager and told that she was busy in the kitchen and unavailable.
