I'm not a fan of their Fatty Patty, a cookie ice cream sandwich -- it's weirdly too fatty of a mouth feel. I really wish they would sell the cookies by themselves. I had them at a different event, and I've wished for more beef tallow choc chip cookies since. If I liked baking, I'd get a tub of their beef tallow (yup, it's for sale) and make them myself.
