I DONT UNDERSTAND! is it the new wave of children? why can't they make well done fries anymore? do they not care? are they being mistrained?!? it's so frustrating. my boyfriend and i try to switch up the way we ask and really emphasize the well done crispy crunchy golden aspect of what we desire and even if you tell them extra extra well done they give them to you normal, it's a joke. it's literally every in n out in sd now. teach the children what well done is please for the love of god. thanks in n out all i went home with this trip was overstimulation.

This was our first time trying Raising Cane's, and overall we had a really good experience…read more The restaurant is spacious and looks nice. It was very busy when we visited, so some of the tables were a little messy and hadn't been cleaned yet, which was understandable. The staff, however, were very sweet, friendly, attentive, and provided great service. The chicken fingers were crispy, hot, and very juicy, not dry at all. What I especially liked was that they weren't overly salty. The seasoning was just right and very easy to enjoy. I ordered the 3 Finger Combo, while my husband chose the Sandwich Combo. Everything tasted great. Since everything is made with boneless chicken, after eating for a while it can feel a little heavy, but overall it was still very delicious. We really enjoyed our first visit and had a great experience!

Well... Bland chicken, breading isn't flufy or light, more soggy than anything else. It looks like they solely rely on their "sauce" that seem to be mayonaise, ketchup and a hint of Worcestershire (am I right?). Fries were definitely frozen. In the end, it was severely overprices for what we got (A kid combo is 2 strips and frozen fires, small drink for $8.5). Very disappointing.

I come here for Red Beans and Rice, which aren't as good as I remember in my youth. I come here for wings, which are fine, but there are a dozen other places that are better. I come here for Dirty Rice (which they no longer have). And I come here for Biscuits, which are still the best thing on the menu and always worth a trip. Service can be slow, which is infuriating as they always seem to have plenty of chicken in the warming bins, just NOT the exact pieces you want. Prices keep going up, a buck won't even get you a lone biscuit anymore. And there's probably closer, tastier, and overall more conventent fast food places to you where you can grab a bite to eat at. Still, if you're looking for chicken, it's better here than at KFC or Church's by far. Just wish they would bring back that dirty rice. And would some form of chicken strip wrap kill you guys to make!?!

Unfortunately, our experience with Donna was disappointing from the start. She immediately told us they were about to close and that we were limited to whatever was already pre-made, so we weren't able to order what we originally came for. Throughout the interaction, she seemed very annoyed to be working and had an aggressive tone. Several times I couldn't even finish speaking before being interrupted with "what else?" The food we received was also cold, which made it seem like it had been sitting out for quite a while. The chicken sandwich didn't seem to be cooked fully it had a weird chewy/rubbery texture we had to toss it. I understand it can be frustrating when customers come in close to closing, but arriving 40 minutes before close feels reasonable. Overall, the customer service and food quality were very disappointing.

On 6/23/25, I purchased and received an Overnight Oats box that had a "best by 6/24/25" date. I opened it the night of 6/23/25 and found a grey mess that tasted borderline alcoholic. You know when you leave ripe fruit out for way too long and it basically ferments? Keep in mind these oats went straight from their fridge to mine and remained cold the whole time, with a few minutes gap in between. I even asked someone else to taste it without prompting the issue, and they asked if it had gone bad. I immediately left a question here on Yelp asking what they do when someone receives food that's gone bad before the "best by" date. Today, I find that Yelp removed my question. I would've been happy with a refund or a swap, but instead someone silenced this (in my opinion) harmless question. Mistakes happen, I was simply looking for a solution from this business, which I guess you will never get. I believe the question was on topic and would help others who encounter something similar down the road. No one is perfect, but erasure of someone pointing out a mistake is not acceptable, and for that, this business deserves a 1 star.
