Tldr: received spoiled food, posted Yelp question, question was reported and deleted, not only will you not get a solution but they will erase your poor experience! On 6/23/25, I purchased and received an Overnight Oats box that had a "best by 6/24/25" date. I opened it the night of 6/23/25 and found a grey mess that tasted borderline alcoholic. You know when you leave ripe fruit out for way too long and it basically ferments? Keep in mind these oats went straight from their fridge to mine and remained cold the whole time, with a few minutes gap in between. I even asked someone else to taste it without prompting the issue, and they asked if it had gone bad. I immediately left a question here on Yelp asking what they do when someone receives food that's gone bad before the "best by" date. Today, I find that Yelp removed my question. I would've been happy with a refund or a swap, but instead someone silenced this (in my opinion) harmless question. Mistakes happen, I was simply looking for a solution from this business, which I guess you will never get. I believe the question was on topic and would help others who encounter something similar down the road. No one is perfect, but erasure of someone pointing out a mistake is not acceptable, and for that, this business deserves a 1 star. read more

I have never been to the place, but let me tell you about their catering service! Fantastic is all I can say. I had planned a large catering event through a 3rd-party with them and they delivered! Food was amazing - the team had requested rice bowls so that is what I went for. Southwest Chipotle Chicken Bowl was the first to run out and tons of high comments. Next was the Scallion Beef - many said the beef was not what they had expected, but the flavoring was definitely something different to their taste buds. For the vegetarians, I had gone with the Ginger Orange Tofu Buddha Bowls - they felt that it food was something different that what the team usually order (aside from vegetables). Such high praised - totally recommend them for any large catering events. Did I mention that it was a catering event for 300 people with 2 different shift. Round of applause for the team. I was in Vista for work last week and I came here for lunch every single day! I never do that. Admittedly, if I hadn't started a new diet, I probably wouldn't have found this place. It was lunchtime and I was looking nearby for something healthy, or at least a place with good vegetarian items. Everytable was both closest and looked the best of the nearby options, so I checked it out. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was that there were free samples. Lots of them! That day there were samples of a drink, a salad, a sandwich, a dessert, and some chips available to try. That was the same for the following two days, and every item was different each day (except one item). I love free samples! And I love when all the food is delicious. I saw a lot of options I would typically go for that looked pretty tasty, but I would have felt guilty if I grabbed anything other than an item with mostly vegetables. The food is freshly prepared daily according to their signs, and you can choose to eat your food in the restaurant or take it to go. Some of the items are good whether hot or cold. Luckily they have a microwave and are happy to heat up your food for you. The first day, I got the cauliflower romesco, the second day, I got the ginger orange tofu Buddha bowl, and the third day, I got the Thai red curry with veggies. Texturally, the romesco was my favorite. It had couscous, chickpeas, tofu, and other yummy ingredients. The item that tasted the best to me, however, was the Thai red curry, although it wasn't authentic Thai curry. I didn't try any of these items cold, but they were delicious warmed! One of the employees was there all three days I was, and she was friendly and recognized me on the second and third days. They have a royalty program of some sort here that I signed up for on the first day. I ate my food in the restaurant all three days and this woman was very pleasant to everyone, offering samples and helpful explanations of the different items and what the business is about. As far as the ambiance goes, the space is clean and the food fridges are visually appealing, but there's not much else to look at in the room and it's not that big. It's really bare bones and meant to just be a place to sit and have a convenient meal over a lunch hour, then for you to go on your merry way. If I find myself in Vista for work again while I'm still on my diet, this is most likely the place I'm coming for lunch. Generally, I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a convenient and quick meal that is a healthier alternative to classic fried fast food. read more

I was skeptical about Everytable because the pricing was so cheap. I took a chance and so happy I did! Super healthy and really affordable pricing. I ordered a chicken cashew salad and it was like a high end Trader Joe's salad! Would highly recommend because they packed it with goodies including edamame and yakisoba noodles. I asked my co-worker who also ordered a salad what she thought and she said her Caesar chicken was yummy and loaded with chicken. This might be my new lunch salad place! It is affordable and easy to feed my family as I'm confined to a wheelchair and cooking is hard. But there are so many flaws in just two orders: 1st order my hubby went and picked up. Liked 75% of the meals, happy with outcome. 2nd order - lots of bad. - Order was mishandled and set to pickup when it was delivery. I had to call to get it updated. - It refused to use code ETADS that was sent to me for 15% off. - Order arrived missing two items. I called immediately and they said they'd credit me. I've yet to receive this credit. - Just went to enjoy one of the kids chicken Alfredo meals (we had this in first order) and it has zero sauce. It was packaged without it. In search of vegan food, Found some! First time in, hungry and need of a healthy late day lunch. This place has all pre-packaged chef prepared meals made from local ingredients. Signs on the shelf that they do have some big options, as individual grab and go lunch or dinners or family style dishes. I got the vegan yakisoba noodle Tofu salad with peanut sauce. I will say the peanut sauce is slightly spicy and I prefer to be sweet, but it was still edible when mixed with a vegetables. Fine for an adult palette might be too spicy for a child. It was fresh crunchy good in adequate portion size. Nice lunch for $8.95, under $10. They also had a red curry dish that the store attendant said is good and slightly sweet. As far as side dishes for family meals, they have a bean dish, corn tomato hash type side salad, a cauliflower dish and a few others. Reasonably priced, fast and convenient. Easy parking. Nice heart healthy alternative to traditional fast food. The staff is really nice and helpful to help you pick out what fits in your lifestyle and any dietary restrictions like for me I can't have dairy so they helped me find the dishes with little cheese to remove or vegan dishes. I had been seeing this place for a few weeks, waiting for it to open. I got a coupon from work for a free meal. I heard the pork bowl was just ok but the teriyaki was really good. I debated on getting the Salmon. I went with the Chicken Shwarma. The yogurt sauce had great flavor. I really liked the carrots and chickpeas in it. The chicken was quality and fresh. They have meals you can pick up and take or they will heat for you. Plan to spend about $10 per person which isn't bad for a quality healthy meal. Summary: I can only compare Everytable to other healthy options, as i do not consume fast food. They try to offer a healthy alternative, but still fall short in my book. List of ingredients I'm surprised they use: corn syrup, safflower oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, corn oil, sugar, natural flavor, etc. It states they thoughtfully source their ingredients but it's not clear where and what the quality of these are. Is it free-range organic chicken, etc? I didn't notice any specifics on where their ingredients are sourced from. I would prefer transparency as more businesses are starting to provide this. This is a huge implication on if something is actually healthy or not. I commend their attempt at healthy and love what they stand for but they have to clean up their ingredients if they're going to really be considered "healthy". The general person also needs better education on what healthy actually is and they have an opportunity to help. read more
