Wow! This is a hidden gem in Vista! You likely won't come here for the ambiance (it's a small space), but the service and food are on point! Love the healthy meal options. I came here on my lunch break during jury duty at vista courthouse (best thing that's happened so far today). You choose from their ready made meals (salads, plates, burritos, wraps and sandwiches). Then the staff will heat up your meal if you'd like. You can order ahead online and there's a small pickup area where you can grab and go. They offer everything from breakfast to lunch/dinner entrees. Everything is made fresh. They also have snack and dessert option available. I thought the drinks were a little pricey so I stuck to my water, but the entrees are reasonably priced ($8-10) and are the perfect portion size (I was pretty hungry today so I also grabbed hummus and veggies). I love every meal I've tried here! Especially the elote salad and the sweet potato egg hash plate! So convenient if you need meals throughout the week and when you buy 5 meals you get the 6th one free. They also have a great points system! I'm always getting discounts! I can tell the food is all clean and fresh. the tables and chair were spotless. the soda/water station were also super clean! i had the best costomer service from Tom he's is so polite and took his time and patience, telling us about the whole menu and answering any and all of the questions we did have. The atmosphere is nice, the food all looked amazing, and the employee was welcoming. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Pasta since it was only $6, my partner opted for the Salmon Superfood Salad, and we also bought their Dragon Fruit Glow (cold pressed juice), and Peanut Butter Cookie Bar. My food was absolutely delicious. The serving isn't a lot which was perfect for my appetite. It was packed with heat and flavor and was so simple! Loved it. My partner's salad was pleasant and fresh. The greens were crisp, the sweet potatoes were divine, the sauce really made the salmon 1000x better. The juice was refreshing and probably the best I've had in a long while. Not too sweet, a bit tart from the ginger, and just delicious. Lastly, the peanut butter cookie bar is surprisingly good. We assumed it would taste good but compared to other dairy free cookie bars I've had, this was on a different level. We will definitely be back again! Wow, this place truly is a find. Went there today and ate their Lemon Pepper Chicken Caesar salad for lunch. Delicious, filling, and 19 g of carbs. Picked up a Homegirl Salmon Adobo and another Lemon Pepper Chicken Caesar salad for lunch tomorrow with a friend. They also have healthy pasta dishes, all prepackaged fresh every day. Honestly, I wasn't sure what "Everytable" was when they were first moving into this shopping center but after having had it multiple times, I'm so glad they did! I had vaguely recalled the home food service of the name but a store front seemed interesting. The food is amazing! I haven't had a bad thing yet. My favorite thing though is the Homegirl salmon adobo. Simply delicious and at the price point, you're going to spend that much for a medium combo at any of the fast-food places around the area. My only bummer is they close at dinner time so last minute dinner from here can be tough but if you're planning the week, stock up! read more
