I'm not a fan of their Fatty Patty, a cookie ice cream sandwich -- it's weirdly too fatty of a mouth feel. I really wish they would sell the cookies by themselves. I had them at a different event, and I've wished for more beef tallow choc chip cookies since. If I liked baking, I'd get a tub of their beef tallow (yup, it's for sale) and make them myself. Hint hint to any bakers out there. And if you've read this far, I'll give up one of my hacks. Skip the line and sit at the bar. You can order full menu from there. I ordered the tri tip sando. It was loaded up with meat and grilled peppers and onions. I upgraded my fries to truffle fries and those were really flavorful! My mom ordered the cioppino. She was a little disappointed by how many mussels there were in the dish - she had been hoping for more fish and shrimp. She said the flavor was good though. I ended up getting the Garlic Parm chicken sandwich and the sauce was really good. I also ended up ordering french fries on the side which were fine, but this place charges $7 for fries and only offers one size.....so that sucks. It was too many fries for a side and since they don't bother to offer a small, I was stuck with it. Overall, I left Cosmos Burgers with some mixed feelings. The Garlic Parm Chicken Sandwich was really good, but at $15 doesn't really seem worth it when it's served by itself, and when you add in another $7 for French fries you are spending almost $25 to get a sandwich, fries and no drink. Won't be returning.
