I asked Ali about getting a bigger battery--he showed me the old battery and said, "You can get a bigger battery on Amazon, but I always use OEM parts--those bigger batteries swell after they're recharged a few times and it presses the little room that's inside a cellphone--it's a bad idea." I then offhandedly asked him about the USB charging port on my ebike that never worked. Without hesitation he checked it out. When it didn't work for him, he started researching it.
