My wife and I enjoyed a very nice and delicious dinner tonight at Earth Bistro. We had the stuffed mushrooms. We chose half vegan and half bacon. They were great. The Greek pizza with cauliflower crust was delicious. The aloha burger was good too, although I would have liked the patty to be thicker. The biggest reason this restaurant deserves a five star rating is because of Sophia. She was very friendly and helpful. She made good suggestions and was very attentive. If you're looking for an awesome healthy food spot this is the place!!!! We don't eat seed oils and try to eat as clean as possible so eating out is a challenge. We found Earth Bistro on the Seed Oil Scout app and we LOVE IT!!! Baked buffalo wings were so good, the homemade buns on the burgers are next level amazing, kids LOVED the little pizzas, the brownies & cookies were so so so good. Great gluten free options! WTF happened NASTY food Poor service 4/23/2023 I've been coming to this place for several years and it's by far the worst experience. Staff was lazy, not attentive. We were the only family in the restaurant and still waited for service. The wings were undercooked. The food was sloppily made thrown together, and they couldn't even cut the pizza. The pizza was adorned with fresh produce and ingredients, seasoned lightly (just how I like it) and cooked to perfection. I enjoyed it so much that within that particular month, I had it 3 more times! Don't judge me , I was in pandemic eating mode ..lol. On another occasion, I had the stuffed vegan mushroom and vegan wings. No complaints from me. It's been almost 2 years since I ordered from them so I decided to order lunch. I can't believe the salads we ordered were $15 FULL MEAL salads they were about one cup of lettuce and i kid you not 2 pieces as in bites of chicken, no cheese nothing else! My daughter is anaphylactic to nuts which we stated to them and her food still had the walnuts on top. Everything looked old and very unappetizing the soup was sour tasting this was the BIGGEST waste of $122 I'm disgusted! All 4 pizzas were burnt and very hard & inedible towards the crust. We looked like cookie monster trying to eat the crust!! All of us eventually stopped trying to eat the crust as it was getting tiresome with how hard it was. Also, the menu says it comes with fresh basil but none of them had any fresh basil at all. Quite surprised to see all the bad reviews but those were mostly about customer service which I was able to steer clear from. I ordered the sun dried tomato pizza and it was delicious. If you're a garlic lover then the roasted garlic will make you happy. Also had the apple feta salad which was good. I wish they used green apples instead of red but still, I will be ordering both again. This doesn't seem like a fair review because the one time we went, there was literally only one woman running the entire place. She was answering phones, taking orders, making food. I actually came in here all the time but this was the first time I ever brought my mom. Ive talked this place up and I dont know any other way to let the owner know how absolutely disappointed I was with this visit. I ordered 3 aloha burgers to go and not a SINGLE burger had bbq sauce on it, the patty was so dry and overcooked. It wasnt worth it to me to even try and stomach it.... So I called and was extremely polite about it. I was told I would get a refund.... It has now been 2 weeks and this refund never came back which is the only reason I am now posting this review. For those people that complained about parking, it's not the restaurant's fault to share with other businesses. Bike parking is available too! Do NOT eat here if you're vegan or vegetarian! This place claims to be vegan/veggie friendly but they are far from that. I ordered the "unfried fries" for take out and there was chicken hidden in my food! I found it after I took a bite and realized what was in my mouth! Spit it out and immediately wanted to vomit, I haven't had meat in over 15 years. It totally looked like it was cooked with the potatoes too and blended in very well. When I called to speak to the owner, Nima, I was told that he would immediately call me back and he never reached out. Just proved that the owner doesn't actually care about offering true vegan options. Makes me not trust that anything here is truly vegan.
