They refuse to refund me and will not answer my emails asking why there are 8 charges covering 6 months of the year. Management claims if I pay late and then on time in the same month, the charges will be allocated twice in that month, but not cover the said month? Absolutely unacceptable!

I feel terrible for forgetting her name but the very courteous, professional woman at Storbox that greeted me was a real life saver. It was late in the day, they were open for 1 more hour and she was able to go over contract details, storage unit sizes/prices and standard grounds procedures/protocols so efficiently that I was still able to return to my new unit within operating hours and achieve my goal of having all my items safely and securely relocated by the days end.
