This was uncovered from receiving an email to pay again within five days of a previous payment. The manager then said his employee is well within their rights to hang up on me and there are no advance payments, I'm up to date. They refuse to refund me and will not answer my emails asking why there are 8 charges covering 6 months of the year. Management claims if I pay late and then on time in the same month, the charges will be allocated twice in that month, but not cover the said month? Absolutely unacceptable!

That was until my brother up and moved out of the unit I had subleased to him without notice. I had minimal time to remove the few large items and boxes of mine he left behind. Fortunately, i received a response from the kind people at Storbox the only day I had left before the land lady was going to have everything junked. I feel terrible for forgetting her name but the very courteous, professional woman at Storbox that greeted me was a real life saver. It was late in the day, they were open for 1 more hour and she was able to go over contract details, storage unit sizes/prices and standard grounds procedures/protocols so efficiently that I was still able to return to my new unit within operating hours and achieve my goal of having all my items safely and securely relocated by the days end. There are multiple storage location options in Pasadena but Storbox was the one to come through in my time of need and I can confidently recommend this location without a doubt.
