The diner declared it delicious. - My disappointing bulgogi was filled with gristle and connective tissue covered by a pleasantly sweet sauce. The meat was inedible. I could not breakdown the pieces I chewed and mostly removed from my mouth with a napkin. There are other entree choices - salmon, chicken, pork cutlet. This time I chose wrong.
