Under the teriyaki and combo section Chicken bowl

Service: Fast, friendly, and your order comes out fast during lunch time. Salmon roll: Big piece of salmon and cucumber. Salmon portion takes about 75% of the roll, very generous and worth if you're a salmon lover. Krab roll: Imitation roll with cucumber. It's okay, but I would recommend to order a different roll. Teriyaki and Combo bowl menu Chicken bowl Happy Hour with free ice cream! Green tea ice cream: Flavor is really light, you won't be able to taste the green tea. Sweetness is on the lighter side.

Alaska Roll

I ordered Salmon Handroll, Alaska Roll, and a Spicy Ramen Keep in mind, my rating is for other restaurants within the same price range. I am not comparing this to Nobu quality, but will compare it to other small sushi places. Now lets continue with the review: The Salmon Handroll was very good, the salmon tasted nice and fresh and the size was very generous. I would recommend to get this. The Alaska roll was a great size, generous salmon slices, and good flavor. There is a good amount of sauce and some like that more than others so keep that in mind. I'd recommend to order this. The Spicy Ramen was a great size and has a great kick to it. The overall flavor is pretty similar to one of the ramen packets and the noodles are the same as well. I personally really enjoy that, gives me nostalgia and tastes great. If you order this don't expect some super quality ramen, but it tastes really good and it's hard to find a nice simple basic ramen like this and most places. I would recommend to order this. The ambiance is nice and casual, food came out quick, and staff is very friendly and attentive. This is a locally owned place which I always try to support and the give free ice cream after. I would recommend to come here if you want good affordable sushi.

It's been awhile since we came back to this place, sushi is still delicious, it was busy when we came but they have a lot of servers, the orders came out very fast. They still have free ice cream. The only downside is their mixed tempura only has one shrimp and the rest are vegetables.

Happy Hour menu... Mon-Thurs ALL DAY!!!

I love it here. I get the same things all the time and I have never been disappointed. They do take out and dine in orders. Happy hour is Monday thru Thursday ALL DAY!!! Small beer selection but it gets the job done.

Nigori Pineapple Sake was delicious! Demolished the food!

Tokyo Town Sushi was a great experience. I ordered the Sunkissed Roll and the Deluxe Sashimi while my buddy had the Spider Roll-- all were very good, and the sashimi tasted especially fresh. The light skinned female Asian waitress was amazing and super friendly. She gave great recommendations, including the Sunkissed Roll, which I'm glad I tried. The ambiance was nice and quiet when I came, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!

Happy hour menu is very worth it. Tuna and salmon poke bowl, for happy hour menu, had amazing portions. Baked scallop roll was also well cooked and tasty. Ambiance of the restaurant just felt like any other sushi restaurant. Easy parking as well. Also, for thos that like dessert, they offer free ice cream at the end of your meal.

My hometown got to spot for sushi! My sister and I decided to have lunch here during my lunch break. Luckily they had Happy Hour during that time so it was even better! We walked in and were seated right away. As it was Friday afternoon it wasn't busy. We normally order about the same go to food items: 1. Salmon Hand Rolls: they always stuff the rolls with big chunks of salmon 2. Salmon Sushi: nice big cut of sashimi on top of a decent size portion of rice 3. Role Poly: the two pieces were huge! 4. Garlic Edamame: serving size was quite a bit but I loved it! 5. Cucumber Salad: serving size never disappoints, also refreshing with all the other dishes. 6. Takoyaki: good size portion! 7. Fried Tofu: my favorite food item to order, soft and flavorful with the sauce! Everything came out really quick and fresh! Servers would come by ever so often to check up on us and to clear out empty plates. At the end of our meal they ask if you would like complimentary ice cream, and they tell you which flavors they have for that day. Both my sister and I went with Cookies and Cream. Best time to come here is during Happy Hour: Monday-Thursday all day and from 11a-5p Friday-Sunday. All the staff are attentive and friendly. When it's a weeknight or weekend they are always busy. It's located in the Stater Bros Strip Mall so there is plenty of parking all around. Pricing is reasonable too!

The service was also very quick and the waiters are attentive. The place is quiet and clean as well. Also, gave us a little sweet treat before we left.

Crystal Box Lunch

My husband and I came here yesterday and decided to try their happy hour lunch specials. We both ordered bento boxes; his was the Crystal Box and mine was the Chef's Deluxe. Both of our meals were delicious and very filling. For drinks we tried their mango soju (the waiter informed us that their sojus and sakes are made in house), and it was delicious! They also offered us free ice cream at the end of our meal. We both chose the green tea flavor and it was tasty. The waiters had our food served quickly, and the meals were great value price wise. Lastly, the restaurant ambiance was pleasant, clean, and very spacious. We'll be back!

We arrived just as they were opening for the day. Seated immediately and didn't take long to place our orders. Three of us went with the Kitchen Combo. One chose pork cutlet entree. Two selected bulgogi entree. Our fourth diner ordered a tempura appetizer. Warm bowls of Miso soup arrived almost immediately. Delicious. The tiny restaurant filled very quickly with diners and a continuous flow of take-out orders. They were busy. Service was attentive throughout. Our food arrived. Bento platters full with crispy tempura veggies, California rolls, one scoop rice, tossed salad, and our entrees. Ginger and wasabi served on the side. - Tempura veg & one slim shrimp was good. - Salad, minimal and mediocre. - Sushi roll was basic. - Pork cutlet was beautifully displayed on a bed of crispy rice noodles. The diner declared it delicious. - My disappointing bulgogi was filled with gristle and connective tissue covered by a pleasantly sweet sauce. The meat was inedible. I could not breakdown the pieces I chewed and mostly removed from my mouth with a napkin. There are other entree choices - salmon, chicken, pork cutlet. This time I chose wrong. We each took home more than half our lunch to enjoy later. I combed thru the bulgogi with the same results and just tossed it. The restaurant is clean, cute, nicely decorated. Excellent service. Lots of free & easy parking. The location is too far out of my way to choose them again. I won't be back.

At this point, they only offered their happy hour menu, which consisted of smaller bites of limited menu items at a lower price point. Most items fell between $6-$8. We ordered some drinks, plenty of rolls, and a few appetizers. Our food came out quickly and quite fresh. The rolls were solid, and the salmon skin salad tasted fresh. The only dish I didn't love was the pork katsu, but everything else was great. In particular, the small serving carpaccio/sashimi bites were incredibly fresh. I would definitely be back for happy hour here again. I also hear that if you arrive just at the beginning of happy hour at 9PM, you can also snag some items from their full menu.

Food: I ordered the beef gyugatsu. When you order (on the tablet) it will give you a choice if you want the full set or just the meat only. Of course I had to try the full set. It came with 2 sauces, salad, edamame, radish, rice, and a bowl of miso soup. It was delicious! Meat also came with a little grill for u to cook on and wasabi on the side. My partner ordered the curry pork cutlet. Pork cutlet was a tad bit dry, nothing crazy but the sauces that came with it made it better! It also came with miso soup, salad, radish, edamame, and a bowl of rice. Since my partner ordered the curry cutlet, ofc it came with a bowl of curry and katsu sauce on the side. Both meals were delicious! 8/10 rating for food! Ambiance: cute, clean, nice and small! You order on the tablet. They close around 830pm keep in mind! Overall I will come back to try their other food items on the menu!

We came the last hour of closing and there was still a couple of tables eating inside still. We were greeted upon arrival and we didn't need them to tell us how to order as the only thing on the table was the ordering tablet (self-explanatory). We ended up ordering the premium gyu katsu set along with the curry pork cutlet set that comes with rice and sides along with some beer. The drinks and food came out fairly quick and were steaming hot. I like that the curry came on the side so the pork cutlet wouldn't get soggy and you could pour over as much as you want over the cutlets. The veggie sides were a nice touch and complemented the meal well. The gyu katsu didn't taste like Japan to us, but it was still good especially with the wasabi and sweet soy sauce that came with it. If I came back here, I would give the beef tongue a try along with the creamy udon because those also seemed like a favorite for customers. Service here was friendly and we were checked up on multiple times without having to flag someone down.

I had the pleasure of dining here for my father in law's birthday and I was able to witness an economical approach to managing soiled vegetables, specifically the cabbage. While an employee was refilling the buffet station a good portion of the cabbage had fallen to the ground, more specifically the wet rubber mats. The employee then proceeded to re-collect the nasty cabbage that had become an unholy sponge for the collective filth of saturday evenings foot traffic with a dust pan and broom. The cabbage was clearly steeped in a stagnant, foul soup of unwholesome juices of all the raw proteins that pooled below the rubber mats. As a grand finale to cap off my wonderful experience at Shabuya the employee proceeded to take the fallen nasty cabbage and dropped it back into the buffet line cabbage tray to be eaten by patrons. At least the employee the employee didn't try to hide it. I flagged down a manager to let him know and he just responded by saying "I will take care of it." The soiled cabbage was not replaced during the rest of our visit and we were there for another 15 min or so. I have not gone back since and will never return. Enjoy!
