I brought my 2018 Honda Accord in for a B17 service, and I was shocked by the price difference compared to another dealership. Delta Honda quoted me over $900 for the same service, while Concord Honda completed it for less than $300. That's an incredible value without compromising on quality. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and treated with honesty and respect. Ashley, my Service Advisor, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary services. It's refreshing to find a dealership that genuinely puts its customers first. If you're a Honda owner looking for fair pricing, excellent service, and people who truly care, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Concord Honda. Be sure to ask for Ashley, she's an amazing Service Advisor and made this one of the best dealership service experiences I've had. I will be returning!!!!

Sooo kinda a mix here…read more.. Found a car I like. Made a deal. 5 stars. Not end of story.. Employee of my salesman says. "oh wow, great buy, if you passed it up my people are taking it. You could drive that for a few years and maybe loose a couple grand tops." Long story short made some extra cash, went back with a bigger budget. They offer me 23k. After I bought it last week for 26 on sale from 27.. more like 30 plus when it's all said and done. Great thing to know after being told the complete opposite. Love being lied to when making a life changing purchase. Dealer also forgot to mention "there great program" Honda maintenance care. Couldn't add on later. They also didn't point out scratches, dents or imperfections in the car. Other dealerships point that out right away. All and all the car is okay. The day of sale was okay. Everything after was eye opening. Beware, do your research and don't trade in with dealerships.

1/5 **Multiple…read morePrices for One Repair -- Followed by Months of Silence From Management** I rarely leave a review like this, but after making repeated attempts to resolve this directly with Concord Nissan, I believe other customers should know about my experience. In May 2026, Concord Nissan provided me with a written estimate of **$632.50** to replace the spark plugs on my 2018 Nissan NV200. When I later called to schedule the service, I was instead quoted **$685**. I explained that I had a written estimate for $632.50, and I was told that Concord Nissan would honor it. When I arrived for the appointment on June 23, however, I was handed a repair order showing yet another price: **$650**. Once again, I had to produce the original written estimate and point out the discrepancy. Before leaving my vehicle, I specifically had the service advisor correct the paperwork. He crossed out the $650 amount and manually wrote **$632.50** on my copy. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, the final invoice was **$647.61**. The actual repair subtotal was $632.06, with an additional $15.55 in sales tax. To be clear, my complaint is **not about $15.55 in sales tax**. The problem is the astonishing lack of consistency and communication surrounding what should have been a straightforward repair. For one spark plug replacement, I encountered: **$632.50 -- original written estimate** **$685 -- price quoted when scheduling** **$650 -- price presented when I brought the vehicle in** **$632.06 -- eventual repair subtotal** **$647.61 -- final payment after tax** What makes this particularly frustrating is that the actual repair subtotal ultimately came within 44 cents of Concord Nissan's original $632.50 estimate. Why, then, did I have to repeatedly challenge different prices and produce their own written estimate to get this corrected? I shouldn't have to audit a dealership's pricing at every stage of a routine service appointment. I initially tried to handle this privately and professionally rather than posting a negative review. I mailed a detailed written complaint to Concord Nissan's service management. After approximately **three months without a response**, I escalated the matter by mailing another formal letter directly to the dealership's General Manager on September 23. Again, **no response. Not even an acknowledgment.** I have since contacted Nissan North America Consumer Affairs and opened a complaint. Nissan Corporate told me that they would contact the dealership, while also explaining that Concord Nissan is independently owned and that the dealership ultimately controls how it handles the complaint. That's what finally prompted this review. Mistakes happen. Pricing discrepancies happen. What separates good customer service from bad customer service is how a business responds when a customer brings a legitimate concern to management. I gave Concord Nissan multiple opportunities over several months to simply explain what happened. I wasn't asking for money, a refund, or free service. I wanted an explanation for the repeated pricing discrepancies, an explanation for the lack of response, and some assurance that their pricing and complaint-handling procedures would improve. Instead, I received silence. Concord Nissan's own website says customer satisfaction is a priority and describes its philosophy as **"Where It's All About You."** Unfortunately, my experience with its service department and management has left me with very little confidence in those promises. I have retained the original written estimate, the repair order showing the $650 price and handwritten correction, the final invoice, and copies of my correspondence. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly police a dealership's pricing, and they certainly shouldn't have to spend months trying to get management to acknowledge a legitimate written complaint. After giving Concord Nissan every reasonable opportunity to address this privately, I feel prospective customers deserve to know how my experience was handled.

The Q8 was well under its mileage limit. Two weeks later we got a $2,831.65 lease-end bill for new tires, a rear camera this same dealership had already replaced under recall, and other questionable charges. Our salesperson, Tim Tyler, told us to go ahead and pay it, and that the dealership would reimburse us. We trusted him and paid. Since then, Tim has told us the dealership has no connection to Audi Financial, the Audi division that held our lease, and keeps sending us to General Manager Eddie Martz. We've never once heard back from Mr. Martz. It's now October, nine months later, and we still haven't been reimbursed. Three cars in, this is how they treat loyal customers. A dealership that makes promises to close a big sale and then disappears isn't one I can recommend. Get everything in writing.
