I frequent this new location often and every time I do I always place a mobile order via D/T pick up. Today I had some question in regards to the mobile app and decided to go in for some help. I was greeted instantly and was able to get my questions answered by both Anastassiya & Olivia. These two amazing employees recognized my name from all of my previous D/T orders and were excited to meet me & help me. I placed a rather large order which was completed very quickly. I wanted to show my gratitude with a tip but, they were not able to accept tips. So, leaving this review on YELP seems to be the best way to say Thank You for treating me with the best customer service I've ever experienced from a Dunkin establishment. I can only hope that your management team knows how well you treat the customers and how hard you work to keep the line moving. You represent the Dunkin brand quite well and should be rewarded by the company for all you put into it. The quality and freshness of all of the items I've ever ordered and received has been fresh and quite delicious, from the donuts & breakfast sandwiches, to the coffee and specialty drinks. Extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin location. I went through the drive-thru and tried to redeem my Dunkin Rewards points for a few simple items, including donut holes and hash browns. I was told they could not redeem my points because the drive-thru line was long. What upset me the most was how the situation affected my 3-year-old son. He was so excited because all he wanted were his donut holes, and because of the way the situation was handled, I had to leave with my child crying in tears. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to see him so upset over something that should have been such a simple and positive experience. I completely understand that employees get busy, especially when there is a long line, but customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for trying to use rewards they have earned. There should have been a more professional and compassionate way to handle the situation. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business and my family to another Dunkin. Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. What makes it even more frustrating is that this is the Philz location closest to my house, so I genuinely want to be able to enjoy it. I was actually talking to a friend who used to love Philz as much as I do, and she said she doesn't enjoy it anymore either. Then we realized that whenever she gets Philz in the East Bay, it's noticeably better. I really hope this location can get back to the quality Philz is known for because I would love nothing more than to be able to regularly get good coffee from the location right by my house. I'm honestly sorry to have to leave such a negative review because I really do love Philz, but at this point, someone needs to say something. Then today was really the final straw. The coffee was so bad that neither of us could drink it, so I called the store and asked for a refund.
