This place has only been open a short time and we have already become regulars. It's a Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts under one roof. They open at 4:30am and the drive through serves ice cream, specialty coffees (just as good and a lot cheaper than the Starbucks across the street) and sandwiches. I was so happy when I heard that Ramona was getting a Dunkin Donut & Baskin Robbins and it is a drive thru!! :0). Well I have been there about four times and each time I was hoping that it would get better :( not so much. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee on the grand opening and the sandwich was over cooked and the coffee was not very good testing. So, I went back to try some donuts and the board shows all of the different kinds of donuts but when you pull up to order their is no sign to show you what kind of donuts they offer and you have to remember the whole family order. Then you order and they are out. I have been back to order Ice cream thru the drive thru and their again no sign letting you know what kind of Ice cream they offer. So you have to hold up the line and ask the person who is taking the order what kind of flavors they have???? read more

I go to this store several times a week, usually in the drive through. But when I'm inside the store conditions are clean and service is fast and friendly. Drive through gets me out in just a couple of minutes even when I have a special order. Great place! Highly recommended!!! read more

Growing up on east coast D&D, the service here leaves a lot to be desired. Coffee is a minimum 5 minute wait from time to order till someone gets around to pouring it for you. I'm not talking about the fancy mixed coffee drinks, just straight up black coffee from the pot. Today 5/28. 10 minute wait to order (that's with 3 people in front of me), add another 10 minutes for them to pour a cup of coffee. I've used up all my nostalgia fueled goodwill in hopes that the service would improve. Today's is the last visit for a very long time. I could get sit down service at any breakfast spot quicker. read more

Donuts do not taste natural. I've tried this place twice but been let down. Try KD Doughnuts as they are great.

The doughnuts are terrible! I was so exited that a "real" doughnut shop was going to open in Ramona. What a disappointment....the doughnuts taste stale and bland, like they are 2 days old. The only flavor is the frosting. Looks like if I want a really good doughnut it is down the hill at Doughnut Touch off Scripps Poway Pkwy. I'm only giving Dunkin' Donuts one star because I have to. This place has horrible customer service. I have tried giving this place more than a few tries, every time I go in I end up waiting in line for 10 minuets, I then get taken care of by a rude staff. The place is usually dirty and the evening staff could care less. Last night I went in around 9:30 aware that they would be closing at 10:00, I wasn't planning on eating my ice cream there, but after my order was taken a little teen from the staff told me that I had 30 minuets to eat the ice cream and get out. My boyfriend and I just recently visited this location and used the drive-through service. Jeremy took our order through the speaker and was super cool. He spoke clearly and enthusiastically, was very friendly, and repeated our order back to us to make sure he had it correctly. When we showed up at the window, we were greeted with a smile. Jeremy handed us our drinks and told us to have a good night. Five stars for Jeremy's upbeat attitude and awesome service. We will be back!! read more

If I could give this rating negative stars, I would. I went here this past weekend with my boyfriend. We ordered two donuts, and a bagel. Not only was Hannah (the girl at the counter) not friendly/welcoming, she was also rude. When I was ordering, she didn't pay attention to me (and even said, "What? Sorry...haha," when she decided to finally pay attention to the customer. We arrived all the way home and realized that they had not even included the bagel even though it was paid for. When we drove all the way back, Hannah laughed and tried giving me the bagel that was SOGGY and sitting on the counter for the last twenty or so minutes. I basically had to convince her to give me a fresh one. Not only did she think it was weird that I wanted a fresh one, but everyone working there looked at each other like sheep, waiting to make sure that was OK to do. C'mon, seriously?! This was literally the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life--I had to create a Yelp account just to post this since I've never felt the need to post anything. There's a Starbucks across the street--save yourself the time and just go there instead. read more

Let me start by saying this was my first and last time visiting a dunkin donuts... I only came in because my local donut store was closed for the holiday, I entered the store at 8:57, and waited in line... I noticed the breakfast sandwiches on the menu and figured why not, finally placed my order around 9:10, got a donut and a breakfast sandwich... again, waiting.... Staff seemed very disorganised while I was waiting, and witnessed several other patrons receive the incorrect orders, and they to, were waiting... A cup of coffee will take 3 to 4 minutes to make there it looks like... Ah 9:22 finally received my breakfast sandwich... They must've had to warm it under the heat lamps or something... My wait had turned to utter dissatisfaction when I opened the bag in my car... The sandwich was loosely wrapped in a piece of paper, had completely fallen apart, I figured I'd just piece it back together and enjoy... Dead wrong again, after 3 bites I realized a lukewarm hot pocket would've been a better choice... My dog was fairly satisfied with the sandwich though... The donut I ordered must've been a day or two old, it was tough and stale... From a first time experience going there, I will not be back read more

The employees working behind the counter seem to always be in a good mood, laughing and smiling with the customers. The tator tots have been mushy 3/3 times I've been in there but the free WiFi and donuts keep me coming back. read more

Two stars because I'm assuming by all the other reviews I caught them on a good morning, my doughnuts were thankfully NOT stale. But, the taste of them all were literally non existent. Maple, tasted like sugar frosting. Chocolate, same thing. Strawberry, made me gag the icing was the most overpowering "strawberry" flavor. I am and always will be a Krispy Kreme fanatic. On days we are craving doughnuts I will make the long trek to the nearest one to have them. And the KD doughnuts across the street only takes cash..? I really wanted to rate this place higher as its pretty much the only Dunkin location in San Diego, but its really average at best. Been here twice now. The service is good. They have always been cheerful and polite. I'm a little miffed by the way they make the goods here. It seems like all the jelly donuts and munchkins are coated with granulated sugar. This was my favorite item when I lived in New England and I'm pretty sure its suppose to be powdered sugar. As for the coffee, I always get a Hazelnut roast. I believe they use a Hazelnut flavored syrup here in the original roast! I have had and purchased a delicious hazelnut roast in NE and the syrup definitely tastes different. Kinda like a 99 cent any size gas station coffee. Their selection of regular donuts, bagels, and muffins seem standard, but I haven't tried them all for taste. If you're a CA native, this might be a good place to try since there's nothing really comparable except for maybe Starbucks, but being a native New Englander, this place just doesn't quite stack up. Consistently poor service, drive thru & over the counter. One morning, the lady behind the counter & a co-worker were in a middle of a spat, so I had to repeat to her my order, not twice but 3 times. A chicken biscuit and medium coffee! I asked about the Free Medium size beverage on the DD card, she had no clue what it was all about. But, she was pretty sure that I already redeemed it because according to her, I got the freebie the first time I used the rewards card or whatever the f they call it! Fine! Yesterday morning at the drive thru, I ordered a medium coffee and a Boston Cream donut. Same thing, I had to repeat the order 3 times, this time the guy was pretty honest in saying that he just forgot my initial order. So, I said to him, " you forgot already?" How does that happen in a span of 59 seconds? WTF Am going back to Starbucks across the street from this joke of a donut shop! Bye read more

I would like to say that the shift leader Katlin,did make the Experience a lot better for me in making sure i was tooken care of. Coffee is always fresh and made as ordered. The donuts are always fresh. The servers and cashiers are all so friendly, upbeat, and always greet me with a smile. I leave for work each morning at 4:30am tired and grumpy. But I'm always upbeat and happy after having such a pleasant experience. Plus it's the best coffee in Ramona! read more

I was really surprised about how much i can get (coffee and food) at Dunkin and it's still cheaper than the coffee alone at Starbucks. Great service, beautiful enviorement

First, this is a Dunkin' Donuts / Baskin Robbins shop combined into one storefront. Looks great on the outside, very appealing especially the nice fire pit right there on Main Street. Perfect spot to watch the car show on Thursday nights! However, have gone through the drive thru 3 times for the ice cream and all 3 times got home with a screwed up order. One time went back inside to ask for the right thing telling them I'm allergic to coconut (they gave me coconut ice cream instead of pistachio almond - should have been obvious guys, really). Do you think they threw out the container they gave me to start over - no, they scooped out the original stuff and put new stuff in, however, got home only to find some of the coconut stuff still in there, another waste of time and money. The kids inside acted like it was a pain in their $@#'s to re-do the order with no apology, wow that was rich! Do yourself a favor, don't bother going here. Oh, and the donuts taste like 2 day old's, esh and the coffee just leaves a lot to be desired, it shouldn't be called coffee. I've had Dunkin' Donut coffee before brewed at home and it was very good, but whatever they're doing to it here leaves a lot to be desired. Don't go here! read more

I was so excited to have a DD and BR coming to Ramona, just a short distance from my home. At first there was long lines, which is to be expected, I didn't mind waiting and the service was fine. My husband and I became regulars here and things calmed down after the hype went down a bit... After being regular customers (1-3 visits weekly for months) I can say I'm just over it. I can not tell you how many times I have had to ask again and again for parts of our orders that were missing entirely. Our morning order was usually two breakfast sandwiches and two large black coffees, maybe some donuts if we were in the mood. Usually I would get the sandwiches quick, and wait around for the coffees. If I waited more than 8 or 10 minutes when they weren't busy behind the counter, I would ask and someone would hurriedly run over and pour my coffee. This happened to me 3 times and once when my husband came alone. The last straw was when between the two of us we had to ask 3 times and wait over 20 min for simple black coffee! 2 stars only because I haven't had any issues with my ice cream. After the last coffee experience we just go to the Starbucks across the street for our morning fare. read more
