I've been coming here for a long time. I love this place. The coffee is great and the service is so friendly. One of the young ladies that work here, Riley, is one of the friendliest people. They have a small parking lot with street parking beside it; easy to park. Order: *Iced coffee with hazelnut and oat milk - I like my drinks sweet so I added extra hazelnut. The food is good, but the service is terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our food only to find out our order "was given to someone else". Oddly enough, we got our drinks, but not our food? We literally only got a snarky apology from one of the blonde girls in the back with the poofy eyelashes. They didn't offer to make it better, they just said we'll look into it and we can remake it right now or you can get a refund. The vibe was so off that even the people next in line opted for leaving because of how we were being treated. We opted for the refund and they only refunded the food that was never given to us. I'd rather give 0 stars but I can't post my review without it. This is my first time here and my bf and I ordered two drinks. I had the Iced matcha latte. We waited longer than I expected for our drinks. People who ordered after us with food, received their order before we did. And when they brought it out, one of them was wrong. The matcha I received was full of milk and I asked if I can get something else instead since it wasn't good or prepared properly. The waitress stated I couldn't change it or she'd have to ring me up for a different drink even if it's lesser value. She was rude and short with me. Service was not friendly. Didn't apologize or offer to remake it. It was disappointing. I just moved to this city and this is the only bad things that happened since I've been here. I just left my drink. We ordered the breakfast sandwiches and it was a bit skimpy. There was a mix up when we specifically asked for "no bacon" and Turkey on one sandwich. I love having a cozy local coffee spot. Everything I've had from here has been great. Their sandwiches are delicious. I've had their chai tea and ice blended oreo alaskan. The only thing that stinks sometimes is that the alaskan comes out watery most of the time. My husband always gets the iced caramel macchiato which he loves every time. The workers are always friendly and service is usually pretty fast. I love that they have signs up for local events and businesses too. It's nice to see what's going on in town. read more

I love Main Street Coffee I make sure any time I am in Ramona to go get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The atmosphere is great, such a nice outside seating area. They have a variety of delicious drinks (hot/cold coffees, teas, blended drinks, bloody mary, mimosas and more). There is literally something for everyone. We've visited this coffee shop three times now in just a few weeks. I've been pretty impressed with their drinks, especially the coffee flight. It's been so nice that it's only been walking distance from us; however, we've noticed that their customer service is a bit more of a hit or miss. One time, I asked one of the ladies a drink I was thinking of getting but wasn't sure what was in it and she didn't know either. Most recently, I got an Iced Chai Latte and when they rung me up, the charge was a little higher than what was listed on their menu. I asked about it since there was only one Chai Latte I could see on their menu with three sizes and I was getting charged more than the large sized drink. One of the ladies explained that their hot & iced drinks had different prices since their cups differed in sizes as well, which was fine... but there was no Chai Latte listed under the iced drinks, so that got a little confusing. What we tried: Coffee Flight - best coffee flight I've had so far. Every single cup was just made with love. Not a single cup was watery or bland, which has usually been my experience when ordering a flight. They truly were like mini cups of the regular drink with just the right amount of sweetness, richness & creaminess. Except for the iced Vietnamese Coffee--that one was way too sweet even after waiting for the ice to melt; a bit too heavy on the condensed milk. My favorite was the Cold Brew with Foam--it's super simple but it really hit the spot for me. The cold brew had that bold coffee flavor and you just get the right amount of sweet creaminess from the foam. I would definitely get it again. My runner up would be the Lavender Latte--another simple one, but they put just the right amount of lavender syrup in the cup that made it perfect. My husband doesn't usually like floral flavors and even he loved this one! Cherry Blossom Latte - strawberries (& cherries) and cream with espresso! This was a huge surprise for me. When you mix the drink up, everything just blends so well together. At the same time, you're still getting the distinct notes of the strawberries, cherries, and coffee. An absolute must try! Dirty Chai Tea Latte - the balance of this drink was a tad off and I probably won't be getting it again. To me, it was too heavy on the chai and could use a lot more creaminess. I felt a bit acidic afterwards and I wasn't even able to finish the entire thing. Although others might prefer it that way! That's just me. Overall, I'm most likely going back here. It's a Main Street staple, and they have so many drinks (including mimosas!) and food to choose from. Their spot is so nice and chill too, with a good amount of seating in the front & back. A delightfully adorable little coffee shop off Main Street in Ramona, this charming country style patio offers plenty of insta worthy photo opps, but the beauty is not just skin deep. Delicious coffee drinks (my favorite is the almond lavender latte) and even deliciousER and craveable crepes (my favorite is the turkey lurkey) along with plenty of other lunch and breakfast menu items which I've not yet to try. A great place to stop for a few bites and sips with friends - their welcoming patio is a great place to spend an afternoon, complete with some games like giant jenga and connect4. Stopped in for a morning cup of coffee, the reviews on here looked decent. There is parking so that's good, the girl who helped me was nice . I've got two drinks 16oz and a 24oz both iced caramel lattes. I asked for light ice in mine and got basically a 16oz cup of coffee honestly if I'm paying $8 for a ice latter that latte better be filled , i felt like that was ridiculous. Definitely NOT worth the money what so ever. Better off going to Starbucks or dunkin for less the price and a full drink that I won't be disappointed with. Also got avocado toast with red pepper flakes and it was alright but pretty thin piece of bread wasn't very satisfying. The ambiance was pretty homey nice atmosphere, relaxing. Planned on going to Cattle Dog Cafe down the block, but, nobody over there wanted to answer their phone (number that was provided on Google.- and believe me- I called on 3 separate days). When I called Main Street Cafe this morning- my call was answered without hesitation. Why did I have to call? Because we rode our motorcycles out and I always need a bathroom, especially after having a drink! Although there's a parking lot at Main Street Cafe, we parked right on Main. So many shaded tables outside! Ladies behind the counter are so friendly! And you can't go wrong with food options here! There's a baked goods case on the counter and I forgot to ask if their from a local bakery ! The Hammy ($13) crepes are light and not too filling at all! Stopped by for a coffee here on a warm Sunday afternoon. No real seating inside but there is a nice setup outdoors with plenty of shade. Lots of specialty drinks on the menu that the barista did her best in explaining out. Many of them are very sweet, so opted instead on the medium cold brew ($4.60). Strong coffee without being burnt; pleasant to sip on while outside. Also had some of the Sugar and Butter Crepe ($8) - doughy and sweet, countering the coffee. I was craving coffee and looking for a quick spot, I always try to opt away from big chain StarBcks when I can and support local. This Is the cutest little shop, very family friendly with outdoor games for my toddler and tween to play together. (Big jenga & connect 4) it kept my toddler busy while we ordered. There was tables and chairs outside with big umbrellas and even a bar area overlooking the street. I originally came here because of their coffee flights, those look amazing but instead opted for a regular medium iced caramel with oak milk. We ordered: everything avocado toast $4.95 Great price & perfect for my daughter, she rly liked it. I ordered: sourdough breakfast sandwich with added avocado and Turkey. It was good & filling, perfect for what I wanted. $6.95 My daughter ordered; a caramel Alaskan blended coffee $5.95 (the gal we ordered with told me she could make it decaf since it was for my tween) loved that. My toddler got a blueberry muffin: (unsure of price) Total: 29.98 Not bad for us 3 to all have something. All in all If I am ever in Romona again I will Definitely stop by.
