The lady working the bar was super nice! I think the bar was technically closed when we finished our round, but she was king enough to serve us one last drink! Wish I had got her name, either way thank you!

Cant believe Ive never been here! Sooo beautiful! Great golf course but its not just for playing golf, it has a gorgeous castle that serves for events and beautiful green areas for a pick nick, they have a place for snacks sandwiches and salads, at a very good price!

Really good casual place with great food. We had gone horseback riding in Poway. We were looking for a good place nearby and knew we wanted to head into Ramona. This place has BEAUTIFUL surroundings and overlooks the golf course. Good burgers. Turkey club was so yummy and their fries were delicious. Breakfast was great with really good bacon and ham. Order first and they bring to you. Eating outside was lovely. They have a full bar as well. You don't have to play golf to enjoy this place We ate so quickly no pictures of our food.

A beautiful setting for a quick bite before/after golf. We love Hilario - best cook. You must try the Par Four - breakfast croissant with bacon. It is sooooo delicious and buttery! My husband gets it with double egg. You can call and order for pick up if you're passing through Ramona.

Cute little place hiding in Ramona! I've lived in ramona for 33 years and never ate here until January 1, 2022. My boyfriend got a burger and I got the BLT and they were delicious! I actually was pretty envious of his burger after having a bite. The bun was nice and toasty. And the fries were really good and crisp. This is a cute little spot that's worth checking out!

IPA and Stella on tap - part of the lunch special!

Lovely setting for lunch and a beer. It was packed inside with golfers, but plenty of room outside under patio umbrellas overlooking a gorgeous fountain, the greens and Stony Mountain. Order from the counter inside and they serve you when it's ready. We had the Bratwurst lunch special for $13.00. Perfectly grilled sausages on a bun with delicious grilled onions served with a beer on tap and your choice of onion rings, fries, potato salad. Hubby had the onion rings and I had the potato salad which did not disappoint. They are dog friendly and provided excellent service! Would definitely recommend stopping here whether you're playing golf or on your way to antiquing in Romona.

Outstanding ambiance. Food was upper end. One of three meals was delivered 15 minutes before the other two. Unforgivable.

The smaller indoor space and shaded patio have a modern rustic cozy vibe that fits Ramona perfectly. We were seated and ordered quickly despite it being busy, but the food took about 40 minutes, which felt excessive. Thankfully, everything was delicious! We had the pulled pork sandwich, mac and cheese, and chicken sandwich, all fresh and flavorful, with generous adult portions. Prices were fair overall, but the kids' meals cost almost as much as the adult meals with much smaller portions. Next time, I'd order an adult meal and take leftovers home. Definitely recommend for a delicious farm-to-table meal

Metal chairs and wooden booth/bench that lines the front and side of the restaurant. Pillows are spread across the booth/bench for those needing a little back support. We were seated quickly and our waitress addressed us promptly, which is much appreciated. I ordered the nonalcoholic blackberry mojito. It took all of my might not to drink it all at once. So refreshing, not overly sweet. We ordered the Brussel sprouts appetizer, which appeared faster than we had expected. Yummy I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with the fried chicken. He ordered the burger. Fettuccine light but with excellent flavor, the fried chicken was moist and not over coated. The burger was oozing with beef juices. Although his mashed potatoes were a bit dry, the gravy was very tasty. I'd say the atmosphere is casual, but not shorts and tank casual. Definitely not business casual or dressy. The staff were all so kind and checked in on us and attended to our needs when requested. Go in and check it out for yourself, you won't regret it. It's a great place but one drawback is the inside dining seating isn't comfortable for "lazy" dining (as you don't want to sit on the seats long)

I'd say it rivals, or even beats, BBQ in Kansas City, Kansas. The menu is fairly large. I've tried a few selections, and none disappointed. My favorite is the Brisket; the pulled pork is also awesome. And get this: he has his own cornbread recipe, and it's over-the-moon, especially with their homemade butter honey- yes, it's real butter. It's hard to find because it's inside the liquor store, but it has its own designated area. Very warm and family-friendly. As a foodie, I highly recommend it.

Visually, it's a stunning cook--great muscle texture, a beautiful smoke ring, and a perfect bark. All the intense flavor and smoke live between the surface and that inner pink ring, so make sure your bite includes a bit of both. Man, what a delicious bite. I've been to that Michelin-recommended BBQ joint east of DTLA, and Pete's 100% blows it out of the water. This place makes California BBQ proud (that other spot is an embarrassment). I only wish they offered some zesty sides to pair with the meats to take it to the absolute next level! 1/3 lb Sausage: First bite delivers a perfect snap followed by great meat texture. Initially, you get hit with a slightly heavy saltiness, followed by a sharp, spicy goodness. I was on the fence after the very first bite, but the more you eat, the more the saltiness balances out. That snap, texture, spice, and salt combo just gets better and better until you realize you can't stop eating it. It is incredibly good. Pairing it with a creamy side perfectly complements the kick. Cornbread Upgrade: YES! The cornbread itself is delicious--excellent texture, great corn flavor, and a very mild sweetness. Plus, it comes with a honey butter blend that is next-level delicious. It was a very pleasant surprise just how good this was!

Today, we ordered the classic lunch combo burger with fries-delicious and does not taste like freezer burn!!! There is a choice of not just beef, but also impossible, gluten free, and grass fed meats. All burgers are cooked to medium unless you specify otherwise. Easy to order-just go to the counter and order, pick a seat and wait for your meal. The interior dining area has plenty of seating and restrooms in the back. The outdoor patio looks nice enough for when it's a nice cool night, it is covered as well. Anyway, we'll be back since the menu looks super inviting because there are other choices besides burgers and the best thing is that they use a lot of local, fresh ingredients! You order at the counter and they'll bring the food to your table. It's hard to find a burger place with all my favorites: an egg, bacon, and avocado. The bacon was crispy, the egg was medium and wasn't too runny, and the brioche bread was a little sweet and fluffy. They use angus beef for their patties. You can also split your fries which I love! I got to try the onion rings and sweet potato fries. I wish the sweet potato fries were crispy. They were more on the soggy side. The onion rings batter was a lil thicker than I like. The batter overpowered the onion. We also got the Cajun wings to try which was nice and crispy! They give you a few sauces on the side so you can dip it. I got the ranch which was so good with the wings, fries and burger. The milkshakes are pretty delicious! We got the classic vanilla one. It was a pretty thick shake so you know they use legit ice cream! I also liked the peach lemonade. I would check this place out if you're in the area!

I had been here once before and decided to have breakfast here. It was early, still dark when I happened to find street parking. I decided to go with the Elevated Avo with Sourdough Toast w/ scrambled eggs and requested the feta cheese on the side. I also ordered to go a small order of biscuit and gravy for the next morning. I was not in the mood for cooking since I was going to be quite busy with my camping group. The Avo toast was delicious! I ordered a side of the red pickled onion that was on the toast to go as well!
