I asked an employee a simple question about pickup orders respectfully because I was confused about the process and thought my order had been taken. Instead of helping, the employee became belligerent, he raised his voice, and asked "what's the problem?" when there wasn't one. I was calm and respectful the entire time. I used to come to this location regularly, but I won't be returning as long as this employee works here. He is a young man. Bummer--I really liked coming here. I placed an online order and came home to find a really sad sub. I noticed right away they forgot the lettuce and tomato, so I opened it up to check, and sure enough, it was missing. Some of the cheese had melted onto the paper instead of being in the sandwich. Then the second girl who took care of me (Sydney I think her name was she had a rose tattoo on her arm) was very rude and she acted like she didn't want to be there. I believe the general manager was there and he obviously didn't see or hear because he didn't say or do anything. Visited 7/6/2020 Jersey Mike's is the name. Great Sandwiches is the game. Picked up a couple of sandwiches 1 hot and 1 cold. For the cold I got a regular Original Italian Sub. A fantastic sandwich. For the hot one I got a regular Big Kahuna Is steak. A perfect cheesesteak. Spicy, delicious meat, and comes automatically with double cheese. Definitely my new favorite. My sandwich took a little longer than I had hopped for. They had 10x more to-go orders than they did people in the restaurant. Ronny was busting her butt at the grill. Everybody was busting their butts really. She was very nice and apologetic that it took so long. And I really don't think it was her fault. She was going in order of the tickets. Probably having a hard time finding employees. I walked in and they were making pick up orders. Stood there for a few minutes. No one looked up or said anything. Waited a few more minutes before they even looked at me and took my order. Got home, and the gluten free sandwich was the wrong sandwich. They mixed the order up even though I repeated it three times at their request. The non-Mike's way was Mike's way. The Gluten Free was not gluten free. I'm so happy that we got this addition to Ramona! This much needed franchise is something we needed in this small town because of there great sandwiches and catering boxes. Having to go down to poway was to far of a drive from Ramona and the Ramona location is well managed, clean and the staff is very friendly. First off they have one of the best cheese steaks I have ever had and I've been to the ones in philly multiple times having traveled there for work. There cold subs are great too, one of my favorites is the number 13 it has lots of different Italian meats and you have to get it Mike's way. The bread is fresh and has great flavor. The sandwiches with bacon on them are a must try there bacon tastes amazing and is always fresh. For our last rodeo party we got the catering box and was ready when we went to pick I it up. read more

The counter staff are friendly, they can be observed preparing the sandwiches. When I use my phone to order, my sandwich is ready at the time I select. I was so excited to try this New Jersey Mike's. I got in line to order and I was able to look behind the counter area. DISGUSTING FILTHILY floors. Food all over the place, serving gloves all over and piles of lettuce on the floor at the lettuce shredder prep area. I was so tempted to walk away but I didn't. I ordered a Ruben sandwich. It was terrible. I don't think it was worth the $$$ spent. I'm definitely not going back. I won't be surprised if the Health Department doesn't turn that A card into a B card on the door. We used to order from this store frequently. Over time it seems the quality has gone down. I submitted a phone order a few weeks ago and ordered a toasted sandwich and it was not. The bread seemed stale and I had to wait for the order that was sitting on the counter for quite awhile. Service was ok but the sandwich doesn't seem to be at all like they used to be. I have been coming to this Jersey Mike's for about six months and they always have a strong dedicated staff and usually always busy. The main reason we frequent this establishment is for the delicious sandwiches but also because of their attentiveness toward gluten free patrons. Their preparation and process for gluten free sandwiches is awesome and extremely thorough. If you have Celiac, I would recommend this JM, the staff takes care of everything and there is no fear of cross contamination. (We always order our sandwhiches in store) Most restaurants don't even know what gluten is and or will make little to zero accomidations for people with Celiac. We will be in waiting, just standing, while everyone else is helped far before us. You're losing really valuable customers. We decided to give it another shot for dinner tonight. I have always been a huge fan of Jersey Mikes, last night after a long day of work I didn't feel like cooking, I placed my order through the app and was in a joking mood. In the comments I put, "make it with love," and in fact they sure did. I used to like this place until my app orders were missing ingredients, made wrongs and completely forgetting to read the instructions provided. I reached out to the store after every incident and spoke to a manager. The delivery orders aren't cheap and cost extra fees. To my dismay the male manager that I spoke with offered no resolve for my missing items and food being prepared wrongly. This has happened multiple times under his watch. I had this issue before and it was a female manager who responded and was very polite and accommodating. They're not reading the requests on the receipts because when I call, my app order and their receipts match. How can you make a sandwich wrong when you have the ingredients list in front of you is befuddling to me. There's absolutely no attention to detail let alone oversight of the delivery orders. It's unfortunate that when I even reached out to their HQ trying to get resolve, the owners never replied to my forwarded complaint which was on June 27! Kristi from Jersey Mikes HQ reached out and told me they have forwarded my message to the franchisee and I should hear back from them. Well, I never did. Furthermore, I'd rather drive down into Poway to a another location than to give my money to this franchisee, because they obviously don't care about their reputation, let alone their customers satisfaction. Being a pillar in the community and a military family, I'd expect more out of them. No worries, I'll make sure to let my military friends know, not to spend their money here. read more
