Decided to try this place as I was near the Estates. The price for the lunch special was outstanding. I got a slice of pepperoni and a 32 ounce drink. The place is cute, somewhere between a fast food joint and a little Cafe. The pizza was large and a bit greasy. The taste was just okay. Kind of bland, actually. I would have liked it to have some more bite to it. It was warmed up well so it didn't burn my mouth. Service was nice. My wife loved the crust.. for me it seemed more bready than a true pizza crust, I didn't hate it it, but bottom was crisp, the outer edge was tasty, but more like a bread stick... Toppings were enjoyable,, could have used a bit more sauce, or maybe there was enough sauce, but the fact there was too much cheese, overwhelmed the sauce flavor,, too wat too much cheese, when you take a slice cheese shouldn't run off the pizza and form a pool,,for some of you I'm sure ,are going you can't have too much cheese,well you can, pizza is a blend of crust, sauce, and cheese. Ive lived here a few years and have always ordered the same thing ... because I love it and it is always good plus they deliver! Spaghetti Marinara and it comes with shredded melted cheese on top! Delicious and never disappoints' I also order a side of fried zucchini. Also always good. One time they were burnt. i like them well done . so they comped me the next order and its always been good since! There weren't very many Mexican restaurants or any that delivered out to Oak Tree Ranch on Black Mountain Rd. They still do. I've been to this establishment multiple times largely because it's close by and because of the menu selection. However, if ordering a sandwich, be careful to check that what you received is what you actually ordered. On 3 different occasions now, I've ordered a simple 3-4 ingredient sandwich and received a far different sandwich than expected. As an example, I ordered a BLT on white with oil and vinegar only. What I got was white bread with bacon only. No LT!! Of course, I didn't adequately make sure of this as I was handed the bag for takeout. I couldn't help laugh at this. However, it's happened more than once now and the going price at today's rates for a couple of 6" sandwiches is nearing $30. Ok, the price is the price. But for God's sake, make sure the order you wrote down is actually understood by the person actually making the sandwich!! Your customers deserve better! read more

They have the best Everything:, Crust, Cheese, Sauce, and meats. And they don't skimp! If, like me, you order a lot of toppings, Order it "cooked well" and "Double cut" unless you will be able to sit down there, or at home, and eat it with a knife & fork, with a lotta napkins. -- It really was the tastiest pizza I've had in several Decades. Possibly the best ever. But... I had not eaten, and was driving home, hoping to eat a bit on the way. It was so tasty, I wolfed down two slices & made a mess. Give it more respect! Outstanding Italian food delivered from Ra-Mona Lisa's! They were offering free delivery (in SDCE) during all the 'rona mess. Ordering online via their website was very easy and highly customizable. I ordered one of their excellent Stromboli's (highly recommended if you've never tried). For my son, an order of cheese ravioli that includes garlic bread and a side salad (I ate the salad). I have to say, I've never seen such small cucumbers. My wife had one of their hot deli sammiches. Everything was great, thoughtfully packaged, hot & fresh tasting. Payment was very easy on the website with credit card where you can include tip and whatnot. Also was able to use their coupon code for 5% off. Food delivered 5 minutes ahead of their quoted timeframe of 45 minutes. Pizzas here are always solid. Your mileage may vary though with other menu items. Particularly the calamari that looks like onion rings, or fried ravioli that tastes like it's from the bottom shelf of the Sysco truck. read more

This place is a gem!!! It only has one little table outside, but next door there is a fabulous wine bar with the best wine.. and you can order & they bring it over when it's ready. I ordered the medium size which is approximately 12 inches across and I would say is good for two people if you have a decent appetite like me. The crust is a medium thickness, great flavor and a nice bit of crisp to it, toppings are high quality and fresh. I ordered the works & asked for a little extra sauce & a little extra time in the oven and it's was absolutely perfect and so tasty. I am from an Italian family so my standards are high- in my opinion this place is very underrated on yelp! I can't wait to go back. A clever name for a business can only go so far... My hamburger was great but it didn't make up for the shortcomings that I experienced I am in the area often, visiting loved ones in SD Country Estates, where they can deliver to but also less than 5 min drive from the house. We picked up food a couple years ago and never came back after they forgot bread sticks that we paid for. I remembered we tried calling but got no response. Not a good first impression After some years of forgiveness, my fam suggested to get some food delivered to the house and we agreed. We ordered a burger meal that came with fries, a salad, and can of soda for $9.99. That was a good deal! The burger and fries tasted great. Burger came with all the right fix-ins and the patty was real hearty and delicious. Not too dry. I also got to pick my bun. They offer regular, onion, and sesame buns which was cool cause no other place has given me that option. They did deliver in 25 min which they promised and the delivery guy Kyle is nice and friendly I wasn't happy with the fact that they didn't supply us with any plastic ware, napkins, or ketchup. The salad had healthy chopped greens which were also in the burger but the salad didn't have any dressing? We also ordered wings and there were two ranches in the carrot and celery bag. This was my first time ordering from this place. I ordered a Valentina pizza and they accidentally delivered the wrong one. I called and let them know and they brought me my original pizza in less than a half an hour. It was a Pepperoni, Ham and mushroom pizza and it was really good! I ordered the same meal as I had the previous week. The first time I ordered it, it was amazing. But when it's bad, it was almost inedible:( spaghetti and meatballs with next to no pasta, it had so much melted cheese it was nothing but greasy sauce And my "side salad" was 8 pieces of lettuce and an entire tomato cut up to fill the teeny tiny container. Again, my first experience was absolutely fine- but they clearly have different chefs and that was just BAD. Just be cautious when you order because I am truly upset I paid money for a large serving of nasty grease and an old tomato. also the garlic bread was so burned my son couldn't even eat it. Pizza was good, although when it arrived it was squished to one side of the box and a little messy (I believe that was the delivery service that is to blame for that). But I ordered my food late evening last night. And am just now going to eat the salad less than 24 hours later and all of the lettuce is bad. A $13 salad and I can't eat it. dishonest, rude, manager, ripped me off, came here after I had a wad of cash on me since I just got off work. the rude manager told me it was 35.50 for a pizza and I asked him again "35.50"? he clarified and said yes. I go home and check the menu and it says 29.50 mind you I am 17 so he probably thinks he can make some extra money off of meso I had my mom call and ask the same thing this time he says the real price. mind you this is 20 minutes after. so I take the phone and tell him he charged me 5 dollars extra then he goes on a rant completely classless and disrespectful something like "oh you want your 5 dollars come get your 5 dollars". I show up and I have voice recording of the whole thing he mentions "why do you have your mom and stuff call me just tell me" and I mention how I had to drive all the way back down here and 5 dollars isn't going to cut it, I am talking completely respectfully and he points to his head and asks if I'm okay. absolutely terrible service pizza was cold and I am never going back here ever again. this was never a situation about the money it was the principle of the situation which is why I am left shocked this place is still in business. read more
