Neglecting gloves after the bathroom! Such a disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins. This location is combined with Dunkin' Donuts, yet not a single cashier was at the counter when I arrived. After waiting about 10 minutes, a young woman finally showed up--but instead of acknowledging the customers (there were three of us by then, including a couple behind me), she completely ignored us. When she eventually turned to me, I asked for a sample and was ready to place my order right away. Instead, she immediately switched her attention to the people BEHIND me and started serving them, cutting me off mid-sentence. Their order took another 10 minutes, as the woman was picking out multiple tubs of ice cream and her husband was struggling to get into the bathroom because the code given was "951 backwards" (meaning 951159). The employee then ran over to help with the code (makes you wonder how clean that lock is...), and when she came back, she went straight to scooping ice cream WITHOUT washing her hands or putting on gloves. At that point, I honestly wanted to leave. I don't think it's a customer's job to explain to food service workers why gloves are necessary, especially after touching questionable surfaces. Thankfully, another employee returned from break and served me instead. She was quick, polite, and most importantly, put on gloves. Because of her, I didn't give this place just 1 star. The ice cream itself is always delicious--that's why I go to Baskin Robbins in the first place. But as for this specific location, I'll be avoiding it. read more

Ordered a drink, was pretty watered down with ZERO coffee flavor, just water and syrup flavor. Asked for a new one, the male was super nice, then a blonde female supervisor, that I hadn't had any interaction with, hands me my remake and informs me that coffee is made with water. WTH is that about? I'm not an idiot. I call to speak to a manger, this same girl answers and tells me she's the manager (find out later she's not) the other supervisor on duty tells me she can't speak for the situation bc she wasn't there. No accountability. No I'll look into it. Nothing. This crew on Sunday is rude. It's coffee, it's not that deep. Btw the remake was just watered down caramel syrup tasting too. It should have some coffee flavoring, I've had this dozens of times. It was the handing me my drink and talking down to me for zero reason that annoys me, and the second supervisor for taking zero accountability. They need to hire more mature staff. I've been coming here for over 3 years now, enjoy the staff, idk who these girls are but they're rude. Grow up, it's a dang drink. Being originally from the east coast, it's always a nostalgic experience when we get to have some Dunkin Donuts. Our first stop at the Ramona location was a few years ago after a choir concert at a local church. We're all in awe when we noticed the bright building sign while driving down Main Street. We just had to stop since it had been a long while since we had some way back in MA. This last visit was a bit lackluster. The space now shares room with a Baskin-Robbins, the donuts were a bit stale, and it lacked a bit on cleanliness. I hope it was a one-off experience as we do like to enjoy this nostalgia from time, but if not we know we can get it closer to home now as more stores are popping up. read more

The drive thru line wait was very long. First time coming here it took around 10 mins even with a mobile order. The second time once again a very long wait with only 2 cars. I tried mobile orders to maybe speed up the process, but didnt help. They asked me what I ordered so clearly their mobile system is not effective. read more

This place used to be amazing now it seems like everytime we go there's always an issue. Constantly out of all types of donuts around 2pm when they're open til 9pm. Coffee drinks made completely different every single time, even though we order the SAME drink. Bacon is either burnt or not cooked thoroughly. Two days in a row I've been there super early around 5:30. First day I ordered an oat milk latte and got regular milk... second day (today) ordered veggie egg white omelet bites and they gave me the bacon ones. This place obviously does not cater to vegetarians.. or care what peoples allergens are. What if I was allergic? They've also taken off the only good vegetarian option from their menu... the beyond sausage sandwiches.. I just don't see a reason to return to this place. I've driven several miles after leaving the drive-thru to find my order incorrect or my sandwiches a huge mess in the bottom of the bag. The drive-thru is ate up. Consistently screw up orders. I've got to double check my order ALL the time, EVERYTIME.. Bring reading material if you go inside, you'll be standing around waiting for your order to be taken. They're so dicked up 'n disorganized they'll forget your order or screw it up. The staff are not knowledgeable with the Dunkin' app, so don't ask. You'll have to figure that out yourself. I 'ought to look forward to getting my breakfast on-the-go and my coffee from Dunkin', but I don't because they screw it up consistently. I figured it was time to leave a review. Someone needs to tell the building manager to treat for termites. They're just everywhere flying around out by the sign. If they don't get it under control it could get bad. Plus no one wants bugs flying in at them while we're waiting 10 plus minutes for the girl to come back to the speaker while getting a few of the 5 cars in front of me out the door. On a side note the girl made me wait 20 minutes to let me know that the customers order wasn't exactly what they wanted but it was similar. Decided to give DD another try tonight, and to my dismay I received another incorrect order. We ordered two milk shakes, one small and one medium, we ordered at the drive thru and when we paid we were asked to pull into a parking space though there was no one behind us. After waiting 10 minutes a workers brought out two 16 Oz shakes. We said we ordered one medium and one small. The worker responded she gave us both mediums. We insisted that they are smalls as the shakes were clearly in 16 Oz cups which is DDs small. She went in to remake the medium shake and a few minutes later she came out with another small shake. So. I am an east coast gal, so DD runs in my blood. I was so excited when they opened. Today we got our usual, two regular coffees.... which means with cream and sugar to anyone new to DD, and some of the yums... One thing that I saw change today, was the change in the coffee cup. Which may not seem like a lot or a big deal. But it totally is. From a styrofoam to a paper cup. This has made the coffee more drinkable (ie less crazy hot), and the flavor is sooo good and there is no competing styrofoam-ish favor leeching into it. Yay!!!!! We had the infamous blueberry donut... chocolate chocolate frosted.. the seasonal apple crisp.. The staff so cool and funny :) She made the visit. Donuts- super. Be adventurous try try the seasonal. The staff at Dunkin' Donuts can't handle the morning rush. Their lobby is closed half the time which is incredibly frustrating when they've messed up the order and you can't get inside so you have to wait in line again through drive thru. Although I just stand and bang on the door until someone opens it. The drive thru lines takes forever, I'm sure it's because they are messing up orders and having to remake them. They have messed up my order countless times, I am to my breaking point on that and now say something when it happens and they are so rude about it. Go to Starbucks if your in a rush and want it done right the first time. Starbucks can have a line out of the driveway and you can be out and through in ten minutes. They are way more efficient and have a much more competent staff. read more

I have had some bad luck with this location. Most of the time, my order is wrong or they are out of menu items. The staff always seem nice, but it seems like they are chronically understaffed. 10 minute wait time in the drive thru is not unexpected on weekday mornings. Since COVID started, their store front has been closed every time I visit. But in the app, it still says I can pick up my order by walking in. Regardless if you order ahead, you still have to wait in the drive thru to get your food. This week the local Starbucks has been closed, and this store could have had double or triple business. Waiting for my order I have seen over 10 cars drive in the parking lot, see the long line, and try to park at the store front only to see it is locked. Don't get me wrong, I love the product. But this is the third time in a row I've been asked to park after ordering 2 items in the drive through WITH NO CARS BEHIND ME AT THE TIME OF ORDERING OR PAYING. The first time I almost laughed out loud when she asked me to park on the side and told me they will bring my bagel and coffee out, because it was a Sunday at 5 AM and THERE WAS NO ONE INSIDE OR BEHIND ME WAITING. I sat in my car, half mad but half laughing, because not a single car came in the drive through while I waited for my order. When the other employee came out with my stuff she apologized when she saw my confused look and told me the girl who asked me to park was her manager & that there is a timer that counts how long the customer is waiting at the window from the time they order so her manager sent me to park to stop that timer. So they would rather cheat on their own customer service system by having me park so it doesn't count against them and the irony of that isn't lost on me. Oh Dunkin Donuts-how I've missed thee!!! I'm a native of Massachusetts, where there is a DD on practically every corner. Since moving to California several years ago, my existence has been made very sad by the lack of chocolate glazed deep fried deliciousness. Well, upon moving to Northern San Diego county, I discovered the is one lone DD all the way up in Ramona. Yesterday was the day that I made the long winding drive from San Marcos to get my fix. And get my fix I did. The lovely young lad manning the drive-through (no self-respecting New Englander gets out of their car for donuts), took my order and I pulled forward. He took my money with a smile and very professional attitude, handed me my box of butt-fattening heaven, and I was on my way. The donuts are exactly like the Dunkins back home.
