I grew up with Dunkin as a child out of state....couldn't wait for them to come to California.... Let's just say VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! First of all, location sucks!!! Takes forever to pull out of either driveway, drive thru line is at least a 15-20 minute wait until you reach the cashier. Donuts ARE NOT MADE ON SITE!!!!!! Donuts are made some place else and half fried. Then they are shipped in. They get a second fry at the restaurant. Donuts are dry and stale tasting. Over priced for the quality. They also use candied cherries instead of marachino cherries for their ice cream desserts which is also way over priced for the size. The only perk is coffee is half decent and less expensive that Starbucks. They have larger sizes and flavored syrup. Only perk is the iced coffee but the line is super long!!!!!! Will continue to eat KD Donuts in Albertson's parking lot and make my own coffee at home...... read more

Dunkin Donuts set my day up for failure. I walked in to no line and still had to wait to be served. After 5 minutes I placed my order and after almost 10 more minutes of waiting I received an incorrect order. I returned the order but had already been in the store for about 17 minutes and no longer had time to wait for my correct order. The cashier let me leave the premises without reimbursement and not even the incorrect order. I spend $6 on one cup of coffee?! Dunkin Donuts customer service has been on a downward trajectory for more than 3 months. This is the only place that I have on more than 1 occasion walked out of without being served. I would say you lost a customer but you are our only option apart from Starbucks. I hope to see some progress in the next few months. read more

Went here yesterday and purchased 2 dozen covering most all flavors offered. I was amazed to find how bad the doughnuts were. I have been to Dunkin on the east coast as well as Dunkin in the Los Angeles area in the late 70's early 80's. Not sure what is going on but yesterday's doughnuts were terrible. No flavor .... No substance ..... poor at best. After all the hype of Ramona getting a Dunkin Doughnuts I was shocked and disappointed to find out how bad these doughnuts tasted. On the bright side the service was good and folks were pleasant. At this pace Dunkin in Ramona will not survive. read more

Very discusting service, bunch of looser school kids wining about having to serve you. Manager was angry because we were wearing masks and keeping social distance. I ask the litle girl for a teiple scoop, she rushed to give me one flavor. I said I want dofferent flavors, she took some ice cream out of the cup and threw it back in the fridge. This shithole has some kind of serious isues, have no idea what. This was done in front of our faces, I hate to think what they do to the food behind our backs. Go there at you ouwn risk. read more

I got a half dozen of donuts on a Friday evening and was extremely disappointed. Each of the six were stale, dry, and lacked frosting. Incomparable to KD donuts across the street!! The cashier was friendly and I haven't tried the Baskin Robbins ice cream but I would NOT recommend the donuts. Support local business and go to KD donuts. Last time I went to dunkin donuts was in 2009 it was in connecticut I don't have had any idea the dunkin donuts in CA are like a fancy place to drink coffee or have a donut but I miss them in connecticut I went there almost everyday specialy in winter time why aren't they popular in CA or in Escondido CA for the Willimantic CT ones I would like to give them five stars. read more
