This store intentionally served me contaminated food in order to try to infect me with Covid. I had just tested positive for Covid-19 and was on my way to the doctor. I ordered curbside pickup from this dunkin, through the app, and called when I arrived, like the sign says to do. I let them know I was worried about transmitting Covid, and that they could just bring out the food and set it on the sidewalk in front of my car. The young lady who brought the food out walked right up to my car, waving my food around in the air (2 sandwiches in a bag, plus a coffee) and yelling at me through my car window that "you can't avoid Covid and now you're going to get Covid because all of us just breathed all over your food." She refused to put it down, and spent a minute ranting in the parking lot. I cracked my window (wearing an N95 mask) and told her I wasn't trying to AVOID Covid. I already HAVE Covid and am trying to avoid infecting her. She looked confused for a moment and then said "oh, so you want me to just set your food down so you can get it?" Yes, exactly like I said when I called to say I was there... I couldn't eat that infected food and am contacting public health officials. That behavior, which she admitted, threatening me with infection with a possibly deadly disease is beyond the pale. And to think that several employees participated in her "revenge" on me, which she also gleefully told me before she understood the situation... I will never go to that Dunkin' or any Dunkin' again. read more

Not very close to Brown, but close to home. Same DD quality with excellent iced coffee. There's lots of seating for talking, eating, and nursing that hangover. It seems that the muffin selection here is larger than usual. The staff gets entertainingly funny the later it gets. Very friendly. read more

Very clean, efficient and friendly Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee is as weak as at all the other Dunkin' Donuts but the place was spotless and a great location for me to get some reading done while waiting for someone. Also plenty of parking in the lot which was nice! read more

Ok, I know it's kind of stupid to review a Dunkin' Donuts. But this is an especially clean and large location with lots of natural light and free wifi. I normally wouldn't do work in a Dunkin' Donuts but this is a great spot! The only downside is that it's right off of Gano St, so pulling in and out can be a little chaotic. But it's very convenient to the highway! read more

As far as dunkin goes, this place is great. I wish they had a drive thru but I know that would complete cause chaos. I live about a block away so I walk down sometimes. I usually get extra skim milk and Splenda in my iced coffee which they make well. And on the off chance that I want to treat myself to a donut, they have always been very fresh and amazing. I stop in on the way to work some days which makes for a bit of a hectic experience but I can totally understand why. I'll be back in soon. read more

For a Dunkin Donuts, it's usually really empty and the service is wonderful. I've never had a bad experience here. For students, it may not have the atmosphere of Starbucks, but the wifi is pretty good and you can usually find more than a couple of empty tables. I brought a coupon here once and for some reason it wasn't scanning. It was pretty late at night and close to closing and the young lady at the front was patient and somehow made it go through. I was with my boyfriend and she handed us our drink and free donut (with the coupon). We left and when we got home we realized she had put in an extra free heart donut (this was near Valentine's Day). This was really sweet of her and I appreciated her efforts with my stubborn coupon code. read more

No drive thru but plenty of convenient parking. My mother and I usually stop at this location on the way to our respective doctors since it's right off the highway. The service is always friendly, prompt and the interior super clean and well lit. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes even when the line is out the door. They also have a REALLY good selection of donuts unlike the location near my home so extra points in that regard! My coffee is always made as requested and I've never had a single issue. read more

Place is clean enough. Everytime I come here, they're always busy! Right off a really busy main road that it's hard to get out from the parking lot. I like that it's only a few walk towards the dog park. So I stop by and get my fix while walking the dog! read more

some of the workers at this Dunkin' are loud and obnoxious, especially the ones in the night shift. They are so loud that one cannot hear anything on the computer. One of them constantly yells at coworkers. read more

So i came here with my sleepin babe in the car, thinkin it was a drivethru. Makin a stop during nap time before heading to the childrens museum! And when i saw there wasnt a drivethru I called to see if they would take my order over the phone and bring it out to me! Dianna took my order came out and brought me my order. Always great to have a Dunkin Donuts nearby. Ok, maybe not the best thing for my waist, but hell who cares. I'll step on the treadmill a few extra minutes! I hear the coffee is one of the best? Hard for me to say since I don't drink much coffee. However, they have the best muffins, breakfast sandwiches/burritos, and of course donuts. They are not as sweet as your Krispy Kremes and you feel a little better after eating one. Plenty of parking, free wifi, but it's hard to make a left out of the parking lot since Gano St is often REALLY busy!!! read more

I don't drink a lot of Dunkin' because I don't really like it (I know sorry) but when I do, I come here. This is a nice store, the people are friendly and efficient. There isn't drive through sorry so you'll have to come in and see those people! BONUS this store has ALMOND MILK!!! No tummy aches for me! Best Dunkin I've been to after nine years in RI and southeastern Mass. The staff is super efficient and the egg sandwiches never taste like freezer burn. The low staff turnover is another good thing. This is the Dunkin by which I measure other Dunkins. read more

Clean, quick, and well stocked. Exactly what I expect from a Dunkin.

Don't get me wrong there are times when I come to this Dunkin and the coffee tastes good. However, lately when I come the coffee tastes old and bitter. My husband gets a different flavor and says the same thing. They have a lot of holiday decorations inside and plenty of seating if you want to sit for a bit, but I am having a hard time drinking the coffee. read more

Nice clean location - lots of seating. Main issue is that the breakfast sandwiches are never warm or fully toasted - a toasted bagel should not be cold and soft. Sausage & cheese on a sandwich is also often cold - it seems to depend on who is working the food prep line. Staff is generally friendly, although there is one younger lady that is extremely checked out and rude - she will barely even look at you and getting a hello or thank you from her is almost impossible. read more
