Well well we have a brand new Starbucks with a very nice drive thru. Easy in easy out. Much bigger than the last. A little seating. I do miss Starbucks with the casual sofa areas. Stuffed chairs. Every time I go to Starbucks I regret going. Why are you so expensive and why doesn't my drink always taste the same? I went yesterday on my precious and valuable 15 min break and I was sad that it wasn't worth it. My drink tasted like it had a singular drop of caramel in it and I feel like the cup size continues to get smaller and the price continues to go up. I didn't hate my spinach and egg white wrap, but it was uncomfortably moist. read more

The customer service here is terrible. I went through the drive through and was given the incorrect beverage. I returned through the drive through and when receiving the correct one, attempted to hand back the incorrect one. I was lectured about how they can't take it. I told them I just want them to throw it away for me. I can't carry two beverages and a toddler. They continued to argue with me but I suppose they figured I wasn't given in when I asked if a manager could take the incorrect drink off my hands. Instead of apologizing and taking the incorrect beverage off my hands, they gave me a hard time and the lady acted dramatic about needing to put gloves on to take my full incorrect drink. (Small and hardly satisfying) Hard to verify there actually is chicken in it, Additionally, if I was to add up all the "star" balance points that Starbucks expired, I could have Starbucks for a month straight with my points, hate expiring points. This Starbucks has the worst customer service! They are rude and extremely slow. I thought maybe I caught them on a bad day, but then I went a couple of more times and had the same experience. Also, the drinks never taste right, and to be spending that kind of money one would hope the drinks would at least be satisfying. Horrible quality and horrible customer service. This Starbucks is very standard. I think they are very brave to open a location in Dunkin'land. But I truly believe that it far surpasses the quality of Dunkin'. I like to order on the app because you can truly customize your drink to your heart's content. read more

I have never had a problem with Starbucks Barrington. The fact that it is located in what was previously Jos. A. Bank is a little off-putting, but I'm trying to work through this. My therapist has been on the clock. The service has not let me down yet, although in the drive-thru, I fear they get my order wrong sometimes. I had been going into this Starbucks once a week. Each time, I am floored by how unfriendly the staff is. I've watched baristas chatting with each other when there is a line of people waiting, waving around food that is supposed to go into the microwave. I have a lot of patience and empathy as a former barista, but this place needs a manager with strong boundaries. I'll be switching back to Seven Stars. read more

Good coffee, friendly service but the tables and counter and floor are really dirty. The mobile order counter was a mess, wrappers on the floor, outside tables with dirt, etc looked like they had not been wiped down for days. Sad state of affairs. read more

Get your act together. You Don't take online orders and have several ppl in line and no one behind the counter. Where did all your staff go. It's faster to drive to Seekonk and go through the drive through and come back to Barrington than to walk into this ridiculous new location. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Every week the line is out the door. The manager doesn't care. Order ahead means you still wait 45 minutes when you arrive. People complain all the time and nothing is ever done. read more

My only complaint would be that there were two employees that did not have their hair tied back. I'm not sure if that's a rule there or not, but as a customer ordering food and beverages, I didn't like that. Other than that, no complaints. It's a cute location and appeared clean. read more

This is a fabulous Starbucks location. They go above and beyond saying hello, they try to get to know you! The gentleman in front of me was clearly a regular and she asked if he was getting his usual. When it was my turn, they treated me with the same upbeat friendliness. Even the barista engaged me and another woman in conversation and let us know when to expect our beverages. Location is small, but clean. Ample parking and a public restroom. read more

Me and my Brother visit this establishment on the regular. Earlier this week i walk in to get our coffee per usual. There is no one else inside, but you can tell the team is busy working on mobile orders. I put in my coffee and wait. Five minutes goes by, nothing. 10 minutes goes by, still nothing. Finally, after about 12 minutes of waiting, one of the very professional managers came over and asked if I was waiting on something. I told her yes I have been waiting over 10 minutes. The girl with the short colored hair and the nose ring proceeded to claim that she forgot to print the sticker but it was very evident by its body language and tone that it was no mistake. I happened to be wearing an article of clothing that definitely don't match up with her political views, and we strongly believe this was the reason for the "mistake". The manager said that i could receive a refund but the colored hair seemed to think differently, expressing that she didn't think i deserved one! If you can't keep yourself under control your political beliefs at home then don't show up to work! read more

This location is located in a plaza that also has a Loft and a few other stores. Doesn't seem to be much else around it. We were visiting Bristol and it's the closest one. The drinks were fine and staff friendly and fast. However, the place was a MESS. I arrived at 10:15 am. The floor was grimy, bits of paper and lots of spills. The place just looked dystopian with all the dirty floor marking and chairs randomly stacked. I understand that it's operating in the midst of a pandemic so I gave it 4 stars as opposed to three but the time for a CLEAN place of business is more important than ever. read more

I've been to this location a number of times and this review is an aggregate of all of my visits. However, yesterday's trip was the reason I am writing this. In between the kids soccer games I decided to hop over to Starbucks to Grab coffee for the wife and myself. My daughter had 35 minutes before her game started so she joined me. When we walked through the door the line had to be 15 people deep. I almost left, but then thought to myself, how could this take more than 15-20 minutes. Well I couldn't have been more wrong. Upon arrival there were 3 people working. About 5 minutes in to my wait the third lady working decided to leave. I don't know if her shift was over or if it was break time, but really?? Fast forward 25 minutes and we're still waiting for our order. My daughter is freaking out because her game is in 20 minutes, people waiting are arguing with each other on whose order should be filled next and the poor barista is doing everything she can to push out drinks. As I said, this review is an average of all my visits. In the past they have been great and they are always friendly. Today's visit didn't even deserve 1 star. read more

This place can do no wrong in my eyes. I'll tell you why. My elderly mother was a regular customer for years. She broke her hip and when they found out, they all signed and sent her a card. She has started to decline mentally and can't always go, but when I am able to bring her in there, she is treated like a rock star. They know her name, they know her drink, they comped her drink when I managed to bring her in before Christmas. Today I went in and they wrote a little note on the receipt for her. I don't notice if there is a slow line, or a messy drink. These folks could write a book on customer service, kindness and how to make an adult daughter get misty-eyed from just buying a cup of coffee for her mom. Thanks Starbucks for making my mom smile. Your typical Starbucks but it seems they tend to hire an older type barista. Which is fine but my experience here has been...they are slow and not quick to provide a cleanup crew for the sugar and milk table. The Starbucks here in Barrington has excellent customer service. The employees are amazing and overall I had a great experience. Generally they seem really nice, but the last time I was there, I stood there while the guy making the drinks made FOUR of the drinks behind mine. When I said I thought he had missed me he acted like I was crazy and said no and then all of a sudden had my drink. Kind of lame and not how I would conduct business. read more

Busy location for sure! The coffee is consistently good even though they are busy. They are messy making them so be ready for sticky cups especially if you have caramel drizzle in your drink. The wifi service is terrible in here so don't expect to use your phone because it just won't work read more
