Medium iced chai latte next to napkin holder for size comparison.

Exploring downtown Warren and wanted something cool and caffeinated. Stopped in here from recommendation of fellow Rhode Islander. Glad I did. I love chai lattes; iced or hot. Ordered an iced vanilla chai latte, medium. Wow. I couldn't stop drinking it was so good! Borderline chugging that bad boy. My s/o kept laughing because I just wouldn't stop saying "yummmmmm, this is so GOOD". Price was pretty darn reasonable too. It cost about the same as a medium iced chai from Dunkin Donuts. Yet, this was fresh and so flavorful! Plus, the place is adorable and really welcoming. The woman who served me was funny and very kind. Lots of baked goods available as well. I will absolutely be going back.

    Lots of comfy seating!

The Coffee Depot is one of my favorite nooks to fuel up on caffeine whenever I venture off the island! Sorry, Empire, but I gotta do what I gotta do! This cute and venerable spot has plenty of seating in cozy chairs and tables for catching up with friends, curling up with a novel, or getting some work done on your laptop. With free Wifi for customers, it's a great place to be productive when you don't feel like hanging in the confines of your cubicle! The menu has all of your usual coffeeshop suspects, but also some next-level offerings, like seasonal Strawberry Basil Ice Tea and the perennially trendy Nitro Cold Brew Coffee. With reasonable prices especially for an indie coffeehouse, and a wide selection of drink and tasty baked goods both sweet and savory (the best quiche ever!), you can't go wrong at Coffee Depot! They also recently switched over to Square to give customers the option of using credit/debit cards after years of being a cash-only establishment! Yaaaaas! Service is friendly and quick, and extra shoutout to Shannon, barista extraordinaire, for recommending the fabulous iced tea and preparing it with a smile! You couldn't ask for a better local hangout than Coffee Depot!

Love this place! The caramel latte is among the best I've ever had. They have really tasty soufflés and the atmosphere is really calm, warm, relaxing. All the baristas have been kind, helpful and stay on top of things besides long lines. I make it a point to come here whenever I'm in the area

I must say, Im pretty disappointed. Ive been a regular for years, and the past year, I feel like it has not been as a great as it used to be. I actually left my last review 11 months ago. Not to mention, certain employees are not very nice as of lately. I kind of feel judged/rushed at times. It doesn't have a hometown, warm coffee shop vibe anymore. Secondly, the coffee. I have been getting a matcha lately. As for the matcha, Ive been asking for a little extra powder because the normal amount is weak. The lattes have also just not been as good or as strong as they used to be. I have been getting the same four drinks for years, and I just feel like the quality has gone down. I also have some friends who feel the same way, who have also been coming for years. I do really love this place, but as of lately, I have not been enjoying my drinks.

Cute little coffee spot in the heart of Main St! I love the vibe here--very chill and modern. I would definitely come here to get some work done since there's so many tables and it's very quiet. The staff is also very sweet! I ordered the Matcha Latte, which was great but not the best I've had. Next time, I want to try their coffees. I've heard they're known for amazing coffee, but i just wasn't feeling like getting one when I visited here.

Love this place. The community atmosphere is fantastic. Great place to hang out chat with friends or work on computer. Dog friendly tooGreat assortment of breakfast muffins to choose from. Love the chai and the teas.

Delicious iced Oatmilk Caramel latte. Didn't have much of a food selection but I was there an hour before closing so that could be why. Like most places in this location parking can be problematic.

Best latte I ever had.they have inside and outside seating! Always busy place.love the smell and old style decorations

A perfect afternoon setup: hot chocolate, cinnamon raison nut bread, yogurt parfait. *bliss*

I wished I lived in Warren so I could come here ALL THE TIME. This is where I would bring a laptop, find a cozy spot, and lounge for hours (which I'm sure the waitstaff would love. But maybe I could write a best-seller and end up on their mural someday?) Things to love: 1. Ambience. Well-lit, artsy, cool local items for sale, small-town feel but enough space to actually accommodate people. 2. Drinks. I order hot chocolate everywhere I go because my inner human is 8 years old, so I can't comment on the coffee. But the last time I was there, I had one of the best almond milk hot chocolates of my life. High five. 3. Food. The cranberry pecan and wheat walnut raison breads are SO GOOD. After a long day of walking, I was seeing mirages of those slices of bread and had to go straight to Coffee Depot. The yogurt parfait is phenomenal. The food is locally sourced and fresh and will satisfy your coffee-accompanyment desires (they also have soups and "real" food, too) 4. Staff. Friendly! Things to note: Has anyone mentioned they're cash only? Yes? Only EVERY SINGLE POST? Okay. Please be aware they're cash only and embrace it, deal with it, or stop freaking out about it. Also, check out the wall mural and local artists' work. A very cool place!

You can get spiced or vanilla chai at the depot, but the vanilla is a little too sweet for me, so spiced it is.

Everything about this place is a win, from the variety of treats, drinks and coffee, to a fabulous sandwich and menu selection. This is quite literally the BEST breakfast sandwich I've eaten. Hands down. I got the #4 on a Asiago bagel. When I tell you it's the size of your face, believe me. I'm a big dude and only put down half of the sandwich! The rich fattiness of the meat was perfectly balanced with a subtle sweetness from either the bacon or ham. I couldn't put my finger in it, but it was fire! The eggs were fluffy, the cheese was gooey, and my belly was HAPPY! Every staff member was super friendly, and treated you like they were genuinely happy you came in. I will definitely try this place for lunch and other goodies they offer. Give this place a try, you truly won't regret it!

(Gluten free options and non dairy options.) 9/10 for food and drink. 10/10 location (not much else close by like this place) Things Ive ordered: Berry/yogurt smoothie: missing something. Heavy on the fruit flavor in the beginning of the sip and then comes the tart yogurt flavor. Its good and healthy! Just missing another layer. Maybe honey? Everything bagel w/ cc: was not asked if I wanted my bagel toasted or not. So I was stuck with an untoasted bagel that already had cc on it- so I couldn't retoast. However, bagel was delicious and amount of cream cheese was perfect. Matcha latte w almond milk: only $5.29 for a LARGE iced matcha latte?! Move aside starbucks ! My only complaint is that the almond milk offered is vanilla/sweetened. I prefer an unsweetened plain almond milk in my matcha, therefore it tasted much sweeter than I prefer. But still great and cant beat the price. Homemade granola bars at register: omg so filling and healthy and Delish! I'm probably gonna snag one everytime I stop in. Would love other varieties:) Cute place, friendly staff and locals, huge selection, fair prices.

It was the perfect little outing and pick me up on a gloomy Sunday-full-of-scaries. The spring specials all sounded amazing. Because I got there close to closing, no food or espresso was available (totally fair), but I was still able to order the "Ellie" (basically my name so meant to beeee!) Fruity Pebbles Matcha. It was not only extremely photogenic but also tasty - fruity cold foam, not too bitey of a matcha taste, and eco-friendly with the sipping lid instead of a straw. I also got the raspberry shortbread bar to try out the sweeys, but somehow have restrained myself and not tried it yet. Will report back. It's so bright, airy, and girly in here - I can't wait to come back to try more things and maybe hang out a bit or bring a book. There's decent street parking being on Main Street, but I imagine it gets quite hard to find on a weekend - we'll find out next time! Soaring through the…read morestreets of Warren and Swansea, flanked by woods and water, were just the beginning of a magical experience. Then came the destination: at first, I doubted myself because I thought I was just looking at a bakery. When I pulled into the parking lot and opened the front door, I finally began to understand what "hole-in-the-wall" truly meant. Not only was the family ownership and honest-to-goodness service in place the minute I entered, but the sampling of lightly-seasoned bread with olive oil was the definitive way to begin dinner. When I came here last weekend with my stepbrother and his gf, I had finished a workout earlier that day, so the idea of a chicken parm dished mixed with bolognese sauce sounded killer; all of us had ordered that exact dish! Boy, was my hunch trustworthy. A comforting mix of seasonings, a breading with a well-done crispness around the edges, and a quality of meat that felt wholesome without being overbearing were the elements that comprised a hearty serving of cheese-stuffed ravioli. The following Saturday, my mother and stepfather were more than happy to reserve seating (when you're a small restaurant with a penchant for legendary cooking, even the weekdays are bound to be packed). While my mother gorged on a plain chicken parm and my old man was enthused with his seafood platter, I dove into creamy pink vodka sauce and smoky sweet Italian sausage. The bacon-y flavor of the sausage complemented the sharp cheesiness of the broth, culminating in a spectacle of flavors that never stopped short of excellence. While the Nutella-filled egg dessert I had on the first day was nice, I was told that most of the offerings provided in the bakery were crafted by a Boston-based confectioner. What was homemade, however, was a fruity pie carefully designed and baked by the proprietor's wife. The crostata, as it was called, tasted just as scrumptious as the description of apples and raspberries and gooey gelato that I had been provided. One of the reasons I support small is because there's no conglomerate overreach to corrupt the flavors a competitive small-town scene can offer, which Spaghetti Lane perfectly embodied. When Mike the founder had been so uplifted by vocal enthusiasm for his business, he was generous to provide me with a Spaghetti Lane-branded shirt. I told him he truly did not have to offer such a generous gift, but I thanked him nonetheless afterward. I must also point out the ambience of the restaurant. The place was comprised of two dining rooms: one of which leaned into the elegance of Italian spirits stacked neatly on shelves and the hypersonic drift of Italo Disco filling the air, the other was a contemporary-style cafe setting with a dessert cashier and a giant cabinet lined with cannoli, cheesecake, and whoopie pies. For some reason, my soul lit up when I heard the Umberto Tozzi version of "Gloria" as I was chomping on my penne. Now that's a vibe. That's my TED Talk. Thank you, everyone!
