Drive through!
Al S.

First time I went through the drive through to get a Protein Latte and an egg and turkey sausage wrap. The food was hot and tastey and the coffee was really good. The challenge that had was the service was really slow and there were two vehivcles ahead of me and it took 12 minutes to wait to get to the window and another 7 minutes to receive my food which was 19 minutes. The young lady was pleasant and apologized for the time it took to get my food and she was plesant but it took time. The other challenge is the entrance and the parking lot can be a little challenging with cars at times not controlling their speed. Lots of congestion even at 6:30am in the morning. Ambiance is good with a nice brand new facility but I have to say the service could have been much better.

Where's the donuts????

Out of donuts today and the few they had were stale! Very disappointed. Nothing better snarky service that make you feel like an inconvenience. What happened to Happy donuts ! Drove 20 minutes for attitude and clerk that told me to have a nice night at one o'clock in the afternoon. Surely she wasn't up all night making donuts!

As per usual great service and how cute they have buckets that make a donut in the sand! All for $5 this is a must ! Lots of room love the cool air outside AC is super high inside, so many things to choose from they got foot but ate it before I got photos.

really shocked at the bad reviews because we had a great experience! despite having to wait a hot minute because it was packed! this is a great location right off the freeway with tons of parking. when you walk in, you can order at the counter or the self serve kiosks! we decided to go to the self serve kiosk since the line was a few people deep. i loved this feature. there's tons of customizable options for your drinks, and it's a great way to see all the menu options since there are photos of each item listed. tons of seating inside too, which is always a plus! the staff were all friendly and kind despite it being so busy. will absolutely be back!

Nice display!

The first Dunkin' store in EDC!!! Been looking forward to this for a long time. They have a great pastry display counter so you can check out what goodies are available and hi-tech TV menu monitors. Not a ton of seating inside, but most people order to go so it's no big deal! This store is also combined with a Baskin Robbin's so it's family friendly - coffee for parents and ice cream for the kiddos! Great location right off the freeway too, so perfect for drive thru orders or mobile orders for those on a time crunch. Best coffee for any franchise hands down! And they always have good seasonal drinks and treats to try. They have a great rewards program too - for the avid app users be sure to check it out!!!

Service was amazing- friendly and quick. Pumpkin spice latte with almond milk (customized) was on point. Clean restaurant with lounge area, music background - great start to Saturday. Quick stop for sweet and savory, hot and frozen treats.

Great coffee- both hot and iced and she has a big cooler full of creamers to choose from- including heavy whipping cream! Her sandwiches are delicious too. Great place for breakfast or lunch.

That restaurant moved down the road to a bigger location. Now it's the home for Sunshine Donuts. They have darn delicious donuts! I only tried their donuts; at least for now. They also sell bagels, breakfast sandwiches, hot coffee, and a humongous cold case of nonalcoholic drinks (milk, teas, sodas, seltzers, waters. juices, energy drinks, and coffee drinks). Lots of drink choices to quench your thirst even if donuts aren't your thing. I know my way around a donut. Having been a connoisseur from an early age, thanks dad. The donuts sat so prettily behind the glass counter. All so gorgeous without bubbling and cracked glazes. That tells me they know how to handle the various doughs and baking methods for the donuts. I bought one of each: cake, glazed and old fashion. And ate them right away. Mmm. Delicious. The vanilla cake with white frosting tasted rich and dense like a cake. Not heavy. The glazed donut was light, fluffy, with a slight all so prefect signature donut chew. Beautiful glazing, not too sweet. My favorite. The old fashion like the cake donut had a tasty cakey interior but classic crackly outside texture. The family that owns the business knows donuts! And are so welcoming, epitome of a local donut shop. Throwing out a history lesson: This area is informally called Gutenberg Corner. The Victorian house across the street was built around 1859 by the local mill owner. Then purchased in 1912 by pharmacist Gutenberg. He owned a 400+ acre ranch along with a pharmacy. Asian owned business.

They serve organic coffee and I could really taste the difference. They currently have a seasonal menu and their regular menu included some unique options. The maple latte caught my eye; I ordered it with oat milk and it was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. Seriously! It wasn't overpoweringly sweet, but there was enough flavor so it actually tasted like a maple latte instead of a warm milk as many special drinks end up tasting from my experience. It's always disappointing to buy an expensive coffee that doesn't have enough flavor, but you'll get what you pay for here. They offer a few little snacks and there is tons of seating (indoor and outdoor!) with beautiful natural light, art and plants. The baristas were kind and helpful and made beautiful latte art. If you love it as much as I did, you can even buy coffee beans and merchandise as well. It's tucked away in downtown placerville and I would highly recommend Pachamama to everyone!

This particular one is in Placerville, right on touristy Main Street. Well It's actually tucked in a shopping pedestrian alley right off Main Street. The coffee is delicious. I've had their various drip coffees before, all terrific tasting. My usual go to's are their lattes. This time I was in the mood for a seasonal winter drink, wintermint mocha. Yum! I ordered it with oat milk and they don't up charge. The mocha had a smooth, creamy chocolate espresso taste. I even got a pretty design of foamed milk on top of my drink. Aww it was cute. No up charge for that as well and I didn't even ask them to do it Outside the cafe is an outdoor courtyard with bistro tables for folks to sit n enjoy their coffee or whatever. I say whatever because the area is open for all to sit a spell. The courtyard is enclosed with brick buildings around its square perimeter. The buildings provide ample shade and cooling temps in the summer. Plus there is a water fountain that provides a calming zen like sound of trickling water. The cafe also has an indoor seating area. The interior furniture includes tables, sofas, lounge chairs, and high top tables aesthetically giving off modern, minimalist Scandinavian design vibes. Luvin this look.

Perfect Spot for a Fall Day [Apple Hill|Camino CA]…read more The number of orchards in Apple Hill can be overwhelming that's why each year my eldest daughter always has a game plan to visit farms we haven't tried yet (and some repeat visits to our favorites) This was my first time at the Apple Ridge Farms. We spent most of our time here. There was a lot to do including an actual u-pick Apple orchard. Apple Ridge Farms is dog friendly. BBQ and Bakery with a full menu including sandwiches, salads and sides. They had a special on apple pies this weekend... $20 for a whole pie. Picnic Area - got our lunch and enjoyed it in the covered picnic area. Love their fries! Apple Barn - frozen pies, pastries, apple cider, fresh apples, Christmas boutique Country Store - filled with jams, jellies, fudge, chocolates, and great gift ideas Nature trail - visitors are able to choose between an easy trail and a not-so-easy trail. We chose the easy trail but I think they are both easy. Flower trail - unfortunately our visit was in early November and we missed when the flowers were in bloom. September would be the best time to visit and check out the colorful zinnias. Free to access. Gem mining - daughter has enjoyed this activity in other places since she was little. She's 23 now and still has fun with this experience. There is a fee for this activity. Pop ups Artisan Crafters - arts & crafts including wood works, handmade jewelry, handcrafted soaps and candles, paintings, dried nuts and fruits. Unique finds! Face painting - we did not do this activity due to time constraints but daughter had wanted one of Patrick Starr (SpongeBob Square Pants)... next time! Portable toilets are on-site.
