The chocolate taste was rich and decadent while the jam on top was sweet but not cloyingly sweet. The fresh raspberries on top were not only a pretty decoration but each raspberry was perfect. We also tasted the cannele that were perfectly made with a hint of orange and a center that is not dry but moist and very enjoyable.
