A friend of mine is pregnant and needed her sandwich meat to be warmed up in order for it for her to be safe to eat. After 30 minutes she received a very cold sandwich which we sent back since she's unable to eat it as it was. They offered to prepare a new sandwich for us and did not add avocado, which was paid for as an extra charge, when called out instead it was put in a tiny plastic container. Watching others eat their entire meal and leave to enjoy the day while waiting around for 3 turkey sandwich's for almost an hour is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, it has disappeared from the menu and now Chicken is the only poultry option. She reported it to be good but dry. Her Caesar salad though was terrific.
