What a superior sub sandwich!! I recently compared the "Italian" sun at Mr. Pickles to the "Italian" sub at Jersey Mike's, and hands down, Mr. Pickle's was far better. More meat, and I ordered the Jersey with extra meat, better bread, and overall better flavor. read more

Thieves. I'm absolutely disgusted with their lack of customer service and extreme lack of integrity. Not only did they charge me twice for my sandwich, the manager felt like she didn't need to return my call, and she states they didn't charge me twice. You can see my posted transactions below and how she is dishonest. So I hope $16 was worth this negative review. I'll continue to post negative reviews of this place so hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I normally do not write reviews, but after hearing from people how good Mr. Pickles is, we stopped in and ordered. Do not waste your money and go somewhere else. I ordered a large Club on toasted dutch crunch and received a cold, dry, and hard, dutch crunch roll. When I complained the girl just gave me a "I already had made your sandwich". This garbage cost me $16 for about 3" of sandwich that I managed to eat before throwing it in the trash. read more

Served me bread that was harder than a rock, and then proceeded to tell me Dutch crunch is supposed to be hard. It was blatantly stale.

Good sandwich-everything was so fresh . Sandwich was big enough to get two meals out of

Was a customer a few days ago, big variety of sandwiches which is good, but unfortunately can't say the same about the people. I can tell not all people get treated the same there based off the energy as soon as i walked in , and they should be investigated for work place discrimination. i'd give 5 stars if the managers were better at treating their people, wouldn't be surprised if this was a racist business. read more

Try the BLTA! It's next level and tons to eat (you've been warned) but great value and excellent food. I've never gotten a bad sandwich and they often do deals for $5 sandwich's which is awesome read more

This was my first order. The food was prepared and ready on time. I ordered 4 sandwiches with customizations and each one was correct. The sandwiches were fresh and tasted delicious. They even included cookies with each sandwich. Yummy bonus! I will order from again. read more

The very, very, very best reuben sandwich, but I got mine on dutch crunch roll, and it was, so, so good. Piled high with delicious corned beef, saurcraut, horseradish mayo. Addicting!! read more

I had not been back to Mr. Pickle for many years having moved to Oregon. But, I'm very happy to have a healthier choice for drive-thru, rather- fast food while visiting family. Love the BLAT and having my choice of sliced or a roll of sour dough and "fixin's". Tasty and much healthier than the other drive-thrus in town. Thanks, Mr. Pickles! read more

Great service and as always great sandwiches. Get the turkey and avocado with cream cheese.

We usually love a good Mr pickles sandwich, been going for years. Today's sandwich was pathetic and small and didn't taste as good. We don't order chips or drinks. The prices have gone up and the sandwich size for a medium has shrunk. It was hot dog bun size. The cookies used to be good sized and tasted home made. Now they're small and taste like cheap store bought. Definitely not worth the trip anymore. Do better Mr pickles! read more

I know running a small business in California is tough and they are trying to save money but our Mr Pickles has hit an all time low. I ordered a got beef on sourdough. The new "sourdough" they have is a sweet roll and not sourdough. There was very little roast beef and 1 slice of pastrami. After an hour in an ice chest (no water in it) and the bread was saturated. It was gross. For what we pay I at least expect something edible and similar to what it should be. read more

I used to love this location. Today I went into the store to order a Cali Tuna. The staff wasn't very friendly and made me feel like an inconvenience so when I got home and opened the sandwich to find the fish had gone rancid, I was hesitant to go back. Obviously they weren't pleased to see me and when I had informed them that the fish had smelled rotten, the lady behind the counter held up the tub of tuna and said, "still good til tomorrow". I invited her to smell the product, she declined and asked very impatiently if I wanted a refund or new sandwich. I chose to wait for a new sandwich feeling like the smallest person in the room at this point. A different staff member than the one I had spoken with brought out my new sandwich with a scowl and sneered "have a better day" to me. Needless to say I won't be visiting this location ever again. I'd rather drive 20 min to a store where they treat their customers with kindness versus the convenient, but risky location 3 min up the road. read more

This used to be my favorite spot! What happend??? They have changed so much! Their sandwiches are amazing and you can turn every sandwich into a salad, and they are normally massive. I just got one and it was so tiny, I feel like they put more veggies on an actual sandwich. Im so sorry Mr. Pickles but a salad is more then a handful of lettuce and some onions. $14! for a quarter cup of lettuce. What happend?? read more

I ordered through DoorDash. I got a French dip sandwich with potato salad however they sent macaroni salad. I was very disappointed and it wasn't great. read more

Bought a sandwich tonight, 5-16-24 at 6:47 P.M. I thought it was just weird that I ordered a sandwich with just chicken breast, cheddar cheese, and ranch. When I checked my receipt, it had been rung up as a BBQ Melt?? Ok, no big deal. Hopefully, they charged me the right price. Then, halfway through my sandwich, I ended up taking a bite of straight raw bacon or ham. What if I did not eat pork for religious reasons? Or if somebody was possibly allergic? Absolutely disgusting that their food handlers would allow this. I will be discussing this with someone who knows more about this industry to see if it is as big of a problem as I believe it is. Until something changes, please don't trust these people to make dinner for your families. read more

Yummy! My sandwich was SO good and the lady working was so nice. Not too expensive, made really well, and tasted delicious. Super filling.

my bread was stale and the bacon was burnt. I have to add more thoughts I always go to Mr pickles but this one suckkkssss

I debated leaving this review, but after much reflection, I think it's worth sharing. Yesterday my sister and I stopped in for lunch around 1 pm. The restaurant was quiet, just one other person ordering in front of us. We weren't even acknowledged as we came in, and when it came time to order it was a very awkward experience. Like the workers were annoyed we were there. I ordered my food and paid, the cashier was polite. Here's where my experience went from okay to awful. My sister was ordering behind me, mind you we had waited a good 15 minutes at this point to finally get food, as the drive through was being served before us. The worker was rude to her and corrected how she was ordering her sandwich, once her order was in, a gentleman walked through the door and was enthusiastically greeted and served before my sister received her order. This level of service is not okay, you should serve who is there first and has been waiting. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before my sister finally received her order and we could finally eat together. I am so disappointed in this locations service. I have never been treated so dismissively by a Mr. Pickles location. The food was good, bread was fresh and ingredients on the sandwich were nicely distributed. A for food quality. It was a good sandwich. D for service, dismissive and if you obviously aren't a regular they couldn't care less about when you receive your order. read more

The food was so yummy and the service was wonderful! I was able to build my own sandwich and got a free cookie with my sandwich!!

We use to love this place until today. Ordered the French dip 1/2. First of all I think that the half has shrunk because it was about 3 in long. Also, there was hardly and filling and the au jus was tasteless. We also ordered a 1/2 Baja cheese steak which wasn't much better. There are so many other places in the area that will give you a much better sandwich for the price. Next time I'll go to one of those places. read more

I order from here all the time for our staff, & this place never disappoints! High quality meats & the Dutch Crunch rolls are always fresh!

Went into the store and ordered 2 sandwiches. The place was pretty busy. Had asked for no mayo and only mustard on 1 of the sandwiches. When I got home I saw that she ended up putting mayo even after I requested no mayo. I geuss it's my fault for not checking before I left the store. So word to the wise make sure you check your order before you leave the store. Otherwise you may end up disappointed. read more

This was my first visit. What makes the place stand out are the employees. These kids were friendly and gave me tips on ordering. At a time when nobody wants to work, they worked as a team to get orders out. Then I accidentally left my credit card behind and they searched for me on social media to let me know! So, great food, great HONEST staff. Two thumbs up to the manager, the employees AND the teenagers' parents for raising such good kids! read more

I love Mr. Pickles, I truly do, but this location definitely disappointed me. The staff here was friendly and quick, and we still got a tasty sandwich. But as the tiktokers says, "it's the not enforcing masks for me." When we were ordering to-go inside the sandwich shop, at least half of the customers were not wearing masks and staff did not say anything. They do have a sign on the front door that says, "we kindly ask that you wear a mask. Thank you!", but obviously they'll still serve you if you forgo a mask. Staff didn't even suggest customers to put on a mask as they walked in, it was very permissible. Also, the staff were constantly touching their masks as they were wearing gloves and handling the food. Mr. Pickles, please enforce COVID standards in the way you enforce providing delicious food! read more

Stopped here for lunch yesterday and ordered the tri tip sandwich and then last night contracted the worst case of food poisoning in my life. I thought the meat tasted off but there was so much bbq sauce on it trying to cover up the taste. This is the first time and will be the last time I ever eat here. I have spent all day either in the bathroom or laying in bed with the worst stomach cramps. I would be curious to know how old that meat was. read more

This location gets my order wrong everytime. Decided to try it again today the two things I ask to not have on my sandwich they ALWAYS put it on. Mayo and pickles. I paid $14 for a sandwich I didn't even enjoy. I think they need a new drive thru speaker. Better off going to sourdough & co. read more

Online pickup order was messed up, a coworker picked up and turns out and I was missing some things. I wasn't able to leave work again to have it corrected, so I called and asked for a refund for the things they neglected to put in my order. I was told they could mail me a gift card or write my name down to come get it later. Again, can't leave work to come get it later, all I'm asking for is a refund and they apparently can't do that. Call me Karen, cuz this is ridiculous to me. To top it off, these things are half burnt and taste like bricks. Total waste of time and money. read more
