There is a bathroom that you must ask for a key to. Once 1:30 rolled around, I was excited to try my sandwich given the great reviews, then came 1:40, then 1:50, and I did not have my sandwich until around 1:55. I worked in a sandwich shop for 3 years, so I know sometimes a wait is unavoidable and can recall dealing with rude customers, so I did not approach the staff regarding the wait. They were trying their best to accommodate the orders. However-- 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches, I think, is a little excessive. In the end, my sandwiches were spectacular, genuinely well crafted, and met (maybe even surpassed) my expectations. When I got back to my car, I noticed the worker (owner?) gave me a full sandwich despite me ordering half. I wasn't sure if this was purposeful as means of saying "our bad", or just a mistake, but I will say it left me in better spirits. If you have some extra time to kill, with friends etc., this is a must try. However, if you are on ANY sort of time restriction, I would not recommend stopping here. I'm sure this is not always the case, but as a stop on a long drive, I did not consider an extra 45 minutes for a sandwich. If the owners are reading this, I truly mean well and hope you know a long wait is a sign of success. Growth is inevitable!

The service was excellent and everyone was friendly and our food was fresh and fast. 5/5 for the service and ambience. The food however was a 3.5. The issue wasn't quality or freshness. It needs a sauce or mayo or maybe even some veg, the bread and meat were delish though. The burrito was the same it just lacked flavor and salt, grilling the burrito would definitely elevate it. The hot sauce was burn your mouth off hot lol. The potato salad was ok, a little on the sweet side. The fries were good. I think the prices are more than fair. I recently had the pleasure of catering my daughter's baby shower with Jersey Mike's, and I must say, it was an absolute hit! From the moment we placed our order, their team went above and beyond to ensure that everything was just perfect. First and foremost, let's talk about the sandwiches. They were nothing short of delicious! The bread was fresh, and the fillings were generous and flavorful. Whether it was their classic subs or the specialty options, each bite was simply heavenly. And let's not forget about the sides and toppings! They added an extra layer of goodness to the overall experience. And the Mike's Way sauce? It was the icing on the cake, elevating the flavor profile to a whole new level! But it wasn't just the food that impressed us. The service provided by Jersey Mike's was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure that every detail was taken care of. They truly understood the importance of this special occasion and went above and beyond to make it memorable. From accommodating dietary preferences to ensuring timely delivery, their professionalism was evident throughout. I also appreciated their attention to cleanliness and hygiene. In today's times, it's essential to prioritize such factors, and Jersey Mike's definitely didn't disappoint. Everything was well-packaged, and the delivery process was seamless, giving us complete peace of mind. Overall, I cannot recommend Jersey Mike's enough for any catering needs, including special events like baby showers. Their delicious sandwiches and exceptional service left a lasting impression on everyone who attended. So if you're looking for a reliable and scrumptious option, look no further than Jersey Mike's! read more
