We ordered two cups of coffee and wanted to share a blueberry French toast. Upon ordering, the waitress proceeded to tell us that there was a $3 charge "to share". We decided that was definitely not worth the extra charge and asked for the bill for our two cups of coffee ($7.00!!!). While retrieving our check, we could see the owner questioning the waitress, who was very sweet, about our order. The waitress told her it was because of the up-charge to share. The owner then proceeded to shoot us a nasty look and slammed the back door on her way out. Hence the review: kinda cute inside, don't know about the food, coffee was hot. Wouldn't return unfortunately.

Breakfast was good and service was a bit slower than I would like. Totally a mom and pop place with neat decorative walks but definitely an older dig. I liked this place and the super laid back atmosphere. Prices were a bit pricey though so I probably wouldn't be back.

There were a good number of people in the restaurant, but I edited them out for their privacy.

I used to come here all the time, but for some reason, I just haven't come back in a while. I decided to drive up from Rancho for breakfast. A great decision. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but looks can be, and in this case are, deceiving. On the inside, the place is just a good old-fashioned coffee shop, like you would see way back when. Even on a Wednesday morning, there were a good number of people in the restaurant. They get pretty busy on the weekend, because they are so good. Everybody is very friendly, as it's a family run place. I was handed a menu, but I knew what I wanted already. The seafood omelette. It has shrimp, salmon, avocado, cheese, and hollandaise on top. The hollandaise is amazing, but I'm trying to eat lighter, so this time I asked them to leave it off. It comes with potatoes, but I asked for fruit, and for my bread I got a biscuit. When they call it a seafood omelette, they are not kidding! The thing was absolutely chock full of delicious salmon and shrimp. They did not skimp on the fillings. The avocado was creamy, I liked the Swiss cheese on top. I asked for light cheese, was just the right amount. It went with the omelette perfectly. I got a very nice selection of fruit, the biscuit was fluffy, the coffee was great, and they kept my cup full. I was stuffed when I left the table. Breakfast was $22 before tip. Considering the amount of seafood that was in that omelette, it's an amazing value! I will be back more often. Thanks.

Sadly this place used to be ok at best. It was a convenient place to stop for breakfast. Recently, they have decided to raise their prices by nearly $5.00 a plate and make their portions smaller. I can understand doing one but not both at the same time.. The service is mediocre at best. So, with the portions going down, price going up, and the mediocre service, I will no longer be eating at this establishment. There are plenty of other places within a few miles that haven't decided to gouge the customer yet.!

The staff is welcoming, very nice and patient. We had a big group and they were as nice as could be! The portions are very large and at a very reasonable price. Everyone in our party was happy. The French Toast looked Amazing. Funny sayings can be found on the walls and menus giving laid back and welcoming feels! Enjoyed our morning here, and will be back.

    Staff and patrons!

It's a nice, friendly neighborhood spot with a full bar, lots of seating, pool tables and a little arcade. The menu has lots of burgers and plenty of other great choices. And the burgers did not disappoint! I went for the PacMan, a basic cheeseburger, and my husband had the BlueCue. Both were delicious and juicy, and the buns tasted super fresh. We subbed salad for our sides and it was a really nice salad with cheese, onions, and tomatoes, not just a few greens. Servers were all really friendly and we had plenty of time to enjoy even though we arrived close to last call. We will definitely be back!

Wanted to watch the Broncos vs Bills game and enjoy some nice drinks. So I found this place…read more Based on their menu online I wasent sure if they had cocktails. But I called them up and they said they do have a full bar. So here we are!! There's plenty of seating. They have a bar area. Then a restaurant style area with booth seating. Then some high tops where the pool tables are. As well as some regular tables in front of the TV. They have the ability to turn the game sound on as shown by when the 49ers game came on (they got smacked by the Seahawks). But during the Broncos game they had the music playing but thats ok. The tvs here are at least 55 inch tvs. Crystal clear. Great for watching the games. There were no Broncos fans or Bills fans here. So it was just my wife and I having basically the entire place to ourselves for the game. We sat (stood too) for the entire game. It was an epic OT win by the Broncos. We each ordered about 4 drinks and had 2 apps. The drinks were all very pretty. Some were good. Some not so much. They are able to make up drinks on the fly as well as customize them. We had their boneless wings and pretzel sticks. Good finger food type snacks. Our waitress disappeared for long periods of time. I think initially she was annoyed that we were just ordering drinks. But I feel like we made it worth her while with 8 drinks and 2 apps ordered.... They have a small arcade to the back. As well as a large private event room. No tvs in there as everyone was coming out to watch the ending of the Broncos game. Overall a nice restaurant. Lots of older people here. But also some families and young people on dates too. So fun for the whole family. Good amounts of drinks. Good amounts of food as well.

Yay! Our new favorite lunch place on Main Street!…read more We just stopped by last weekend, we've been wanting to try this place out but it just hadn't happened.... Last Monday we decided to have lunch there, one of our regular places is closed Mondays and this place was open so we checked it out...and we're SO SO glad we did! Atmosphere was nice and server was very friendly from the moment we walked in. First thing I noticed; $5 mimosas!! I asked if they did anything other than orange juice and yes, they had several other options so I had the cranberry version. Delicious! I went with their mac and cheese, my partner got the basic hamburger. Mac and Cheese -- definitely very bacon forward, much more than I prefer. That being said, I still liked it, it also had sour cream and green onion on top. Bacon lovers will LOOOVE this version, there is LOTS of it and every bite you can taste it. Normally I prefer my mac & cheese with no bacon or just a bit here and there, I prefer to taste more of the cheeses.....again, it still tasted good, its a good serving and I ate half and had enough to save for the next day at work. Creamy and well made, again I just prefer to taste more cheese than bacon. I wouldn't order this again but like I said, a bacon lover will LOVE this version. Now, my partner's burger was Incredible. We are PICKY with our burgers, and we both thought this one was fantastic. Big, and great ratio to the bun. He ordered it medium and asked for "a little char" and they made it perfectly. I took a bite and yeah, I'd order that for sure. The fries were great, too. Overall we were super happy with our lunch, I thought it was priced fairly as well. We will definitely be back!!

The pitfalls of the restaurant seem to be entirely the service. Most recently we went to Franny's on Mother's Day. We had reservations and walked in, on time. We were initially sat in a nice booth in the front of the restaurant. It was my wife and I plus our 2 kids, the table size seemed appropriate. After being sat, we sat without talking to a server for 10+ minutes, not even getting waters. Eventually, when someone did come, it was a waitress/hostess telling us that there had been a mix up, and we needed to move. We weren't excited on the idea, as we were happy where we were, but we moved to the back of the restaurant. This time we sat for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any wait staff. At this point it is 9:25 and we've been seated for 25 minutes without even water. Finally a waitress comes, and takes our drink order, and our food order as we'd definitely had ample time to look over the menu. About 9:50 the food arrives. My wife and kids' food comes and is great. My food comes and looks off, and the waitress tells me that the kitchen accidentally made me a "veggie" scramble instead of the chorizo that I had ordered, but that she'd get me some bacon and all was well. I asked what was in the veggie scramble and was told it has mushrooms, which is a hard pass for me. She told me she could have what I had actually ordered made but it would "take a long time". I said O.K. - what else was I going to do? Finally it comes, and my wife is done eating, and the kids are close, so, I asked for it to be "boxed up". The waitress rolled her eyes and set to the task. I'm not a restaurant snob - but I really expected an apology or something to be "comp'd" due to the rough experience, but nope, full bill and no apology. Regrettably, despite Franny's being a local joint and having good food, we won't be back.

We arrived and while the place was busy, we were seated right away at a table of our choosing. We both went back and forth about what to order, so many things sounded good. My husband opted for their classic egg Benny and I did a two egg (over easy) breakfast with a burger patty, country potatoes, and sourdough toast. Eggs with a burger patty is a breakfast I eat very often and I love it- kind of like a poor man's version of steak and eggs. Food arrived in an acceptable amount of time. Hubby's eggs Benedict looked great. As soon as they set my plate down, I knew I'd made a mistake. That burger patty was clearly a pre-made frozen one and just looked so sad. I barely managed a few bites of it. Absolutely no flavor or seasoning, still tasted awful after I heavily salted and peppered it myself. The meat was like pure mush. Worst excuse for a burger patty I've ever had. It honestly kind of turned my appetite a bit. Thankfully my eggs were cooked very well and the toast was good. Potatoes were decent, though a bit on the cold side when they arrived. My husband seemed to enjoy his meal but said the hollandaise was a tad watery. Giving this place 3 stars because the service was really nice. I have a feeling a lot of the other things on their menu would be great. But lord, that burger was absolutely pitiful.
